This was our third Pulte home as we moved from Illinois to Arizona. During the overall process, we had a good experience with our Construction manager Tony and the construction of our new home. He kept us in the loop and updated us and fixed issues as they came up. The house was finished three months early (which would normally be a great thing) however, based on our situation was not fantastic because we had a less than optimal experience with the Pulte mortgage side of things. In the end, everything worked out so as reviews go, we love the new house and are super excited about it. However, Pulte really does need to work on the communication loan/mortgage part especially when houses are being finished faster than what was expected. Ultimately, it is a good location - in a newly forming development right near Ft Meade. The layout is pure open concept, and pretty useful. Some areas to be aware of: First, be diligent in the QA/QC process before accepting the new home. There are lots of areas that will show hurried work (it happens). Second, Pulte mortgage is a pretty invasive process - and then you get moved to a new mortgage holder (finance company) before the first payment. Just know those things going in, and make the best decisions for you. Good luck.

No quality at all

Overall, I love my home! The buying process was extremely positive and straightforward. The home was completed on time, however, on closing there were items that still needed to be addressed in the home, a post construction clean was not performed so there was dust everywhere, and there are several areas of sloppy rushed work that should have been addressed prior to closing.

The process was transparent and easy purchasing a home with Pulte. Our home looks great and the construction manager is so helpful in fixing stuff or informing us on how to maintain things as first-time homeowners.

We are very pleased with our new home. The process was simple and the end product turned out really great. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but Pulte provided options for us to choose from.

My wife and I decided to make this big decision to build new planning for a home that would help us to live as long as possible in our home as we grow older. From our working with Linda in sales to Ray (construction manager) they both have been very responsive with us from making changes in the design to now that we have moved in to making repairs to the small home issues. We are thrilled with every aspect of our home purchase from Pulte. The sales team and construction manager were exceptional!!!

We love our home. We moved here after working in the military and the federal government. Love the tranquility and our neighbors, plus the proximity to Ft. Jackson and Columbia. Any minor issues we have had were addressed ASAP by the Pulte building manager, Holden and his team. We leveraged the partners of Pulte by installing our alarm and security system and extending our HVAC warranties. Love the pre-wired internet and enjoying Spectrum’s service. Grand Arbor is a great amenity-rich community, we call home.

Beautiful home, fast and smooth process

The whole home buying experience has been great thanks to the support received by each person we have dealt with at Pulte. It shows they are really committed to providing the best possible service and support, starting with our first contact with the sales representative, then construction manager, and the maintenance manager. And that positive experience is is what makes a big difference. Besides the house is beautiful and well constructed with a nice community. We really love it here and we are very happy with our decision to buy a house from Pulte.

Bought a new Pulte home 25 years ago. The home was a disaster. The front porch pulled away from the house; the quality was terrible, the builders attitude was: if the customer doesn’t know about a problem, do nothing.to fix it. There were no walk-throughs, or customer updates. Pulte today is not the same. It has vastly improved. The quality of the product is excellent; the communication with us was great; the salesperson Charlene was helpful and responsive, the Construction Manager Jeremy was awesome - every concern we expressed was promptly and professionally addressed. Thank you for everything

The sales team was easy to work with and very effective in helping my family to achieve our goal of home ownership. The property has delivered great value and the builder did a fantastic job using quality products in the home. The construction team and customer service team has been very responsive to any issues that arise.

From my very first interaction with my sweet salesperson, Lindsey to my final walk through with construction manager, Jacob and turning in my last documents for closing to Gabby and Keila, I had a fantastic home buying experience! I was treated with kindness, fairness, respect, compassion and professionalism along the way. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Very smooth transaction from sales to pre inspection to closing. A lot of information to go thru but the entire team is very informative and knowledgable every step of the way to help thru the process. Very satisfied with my home, thank you!

I believe what we got is a spec home, sold as is built as someone dropped. We faced number of challenges since we moved in and customer service personnel seem to be more of a co-ordinator rather than owning up to service the needs. Issues identified on hardwood flooring was coordinated with manufacturer who apparently said they don't cover the issues reported although it was acknowledged as an issue. An AC sensor along with thermostat that was supposed to be installed was never done, so the cool/heat is inconsistent. AC service company visited thrice to fix basement issues correcting issues caused by previous service person settings. And other issues reported were addressed with delays. For a such price and supposedely a premium offering, I was hoping Pulte would do its best (this is my second Pulte home). I strongly feel like many of those specifications were dropped since the original buyer dropped and hence we are the mercy of now relying on this service model to report, fix each and every single thing. I have had an amazing experience with all staff of Pulte, from sales, closing, on site managers. Everything, and when I say everything, I’m talking super small silly stuff, that was off or just not working properly, was addressed immediately. The unit is very well made and finishings are great quality as well. I have zero complaints, only all praises and everything good to say about my experience and happiness in the entire process start to finish:-) I couldn’t be happier! Excellent building design and great landscaping

Pulte homes has a team of professionals that will take care of their customers from the start. Everybody I worked with our true consummate professionals, two that stood out where Belynda and Kevin. You’re in good hands!

We’ve had a great home buying experience! Construction and Customer Satisfaction Manager Mike has been proactive and very responsive to the few issues we’ve had. The quality has been good, and so far the energy efficiency has been great. Highly recommend.
