They get the work completed very fast!

The buying process and regular progress updates were great.

My wife and I built our first home and had a wonderful experience. We unfortunately had to move due to a family member’s declining health. We then decided to build again and found an area we were interested in, which was being built by Pulte. Prior to signing the purchase agreement, we asked our sales representative about the community’s water source and property taxes. We were told the community was on city water, but failed to mention this “city water” was actually sourced from a well and was very hard water. They also failed to mention the additional $6,000 tax assessment that would be added to our property taxes. Once this information came to light, Pulte refused to take responsibility for the information and their only “solution” was to offer us a full refund *11 days* before closing. That being said, our project manager was outstanding and built my wife and I a beautiful home. Unfortunately, due to the business ethics of the sales side, I cannot recommend Pulte for building your home. The Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance reps I worked with were pleasant and helpful. It was great working with them

Quality of work is okay, not great. Sloppy, no pride in workmanship. 50/50 on materials. Many were very cheap for the price we paid. Quality Control was basically none. Terrible. Responsiveness to issues, basically we got "ghosted". At 2 months from move-in, still many issues were not addressed. Word of trust to take care of things, doesn't exist. The only positive portion of this experience was the Loan Processing. Basically smooth, though communication was lacking, it was better than the rest of the process. At this point, we would not purchase another Pulte Home or recommend them. Too many issues that we personally should never had to have been part of. This house was by far "Ready to Move-In". We're still waiting for several issues to be addressed and repaired or replaced. Extremely disappointing. Pulte can certainly do much, much better. ... More

Quality of the build was not what it should have been.

The overall workmanship of the paint, floorboards, and Sheetrock taping seemed to be ok. There are some areas where the work looks amateur-ish. Some floor moldings didn’t get covered thoroughly with paint, and when carpet was installed there are cuts in floor moldings made by the knife used to install carpet. There are areas in Sheetrock were you can see the seams. 2 weeks After we closed my stove shorted out, and there was a crack in one of the tubs upstairs. Both issues were resolved quickly.

Great team, from sales, design, field manager/build, mortgage, to closing! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with through entire process.

Our experience building a home with Pulte was great. From our initial contact with the sales center through to closing, we dealt with knowledgeable, generally quality and responsive members of the Pulte team. We experienced a few hiccups along the way, but in the overall scheme of things, the hiccups were relatively minor and resolvable. In the end, the house Pulte built for us met and, in some cases, exceeded our expectations. We liked the range of selections choice Pulte offers and we appreciated the accuracy of the timing of when the house would be completed. Dave Rose was extremely responsive, informative, professional and made sure all our needs were met. I’d recommend a bit more training on floor plans layouts , options and upgrades with the sales team. They didn’t appear to fully know the inventory and options. Overall very happy with the home and effort in closing Complete and on time. Thank you

Pulte is very knowledgeable in the construction site. The seller was very helpful!

Some better attention to minor details, which in the long run makes a difference. Don’t rely on the homeowner to check your work.

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte as a first time home builder. I didn't really know what to expect but the build team was very helpful with answering my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout. The time from breaking ground to closing was a LOT faster than I had thought it might be, very happy with that! I didn't give 5 stars on quality because there was upselling for things that should have been standard (granite countertops throughout, media ports in living areas, etc.). Also some really easy design improvements would have put it up to 5 stars: For a "smart home" make sure the thermostat is smart compatible; Round the edge of the stair tread before laying the carpet on the stairs; Provide an option for the type of trees to plant in the front and back, ... Had a amazing team to work with... from sales to construction managers to mortgage processors. My answers and concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

Best experience ever , the attention and patience of explaining everything so you can fully understand the process is amazing.

Overall we had a decent home buying experience with the sales side. We had an AMAZING experience with the builder, Wally. He went above and beyond responding to (and fixing when necessary) any questions or issues we had. Wally really made the whole experience for us and we are really grateful he was there to help every step of the way. He even sought us out AFTER we were moved in to give us additional information and fix a small problem we had mentioned off hand on the final check of the house.

Very easy to work with. Justin was always on top of things. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the building process.

From the sales rep, the project manager and the referrals (insurance, mortgage, etc) my experience has been exceptional. I love everything about my new home and any issues I have had have been very minor and was resolved with one text to Ed Norris.

From sales to design and construction, the process was very well coordinated. I couldn't imagine a better new-build experience. Loving our new home...Thank you Pulte!

Electrical, plumbing, and flooring issues were supposed to be fixed prior to closing on our home. We were assured everything was completed and ready for us to move in. We are having major electrical problems and plumbing issues since we moved in and they have not been addressed yet. We also have structural issues that have not been addressed. Garage company has yet to fix our garage doors. We closed in the beginning of January and as of March 3rd, nothing has been fixed. We have tried to reach out to our Field Manager and no response. The windows do not open and shut correctly. The home buying process was horrible and Pulte deceived us from the design center and mortgage company. ... More

If you buy from Pulte while the market is still hot in ATL , do not expect anyone to hear or address your concerns. It is take it or leave it.

The Pulte sales team has been fantastic throughout the entire process. If looking in Elyson, go visit Alex and Steve!

Don’t believe the hype ! The houses are nice but way over priced especially what you get and the size of the lot . Our main issue is the fact that when we closed on our house it still was not finished ! It’s taking about a month to finally get things to about 90% . There is much better builders out there that will actually finish a build before you move into it . I would not recommend Pulte to anybody! No integrity or Quality control process .
