The loan office individuals were very helpful and quick to respond. Our project manager Rich did a good Job in keep us updated on the process. Some repairs items could have been prevented if the project manager/customer services manager were given more time to review and walkthrough property prior to pre close walkthrough. The customer services manager has been responsive. The warranty issue process of getting things scheduled or vendors showing up unannounced was a little frustrating and I think could have been improved with coordination or systems on the back end. This is not the Fault of the customer services manager but maybe process that could be improved. Some instances was easier to communicate with the Contractors to get items fixed. Overall experience was not bad. would recommend Pulte but make sure people are aware that you will have to track items after closing and in some cases have people come out multiple times to fix the same issue due to not be able to get another person to come out and fix it same day. Reason for the overall rating of 3 and rating of 3 for Quality of Workmanship & materials is because the sub contractors work should be reviewed more my the project manager and they should be given more time to review the work of the sub contractors for simple craftmanship items. ... Smooth process through purchase, mortgage and construction. Our Project Manager kept us informed, handled questions timely, kept construction on-track and immediately addressed any items.

Overall good experience, the final product met our expectations. Responsiveness to minor issues after close have been prompt and resolved to our sastisfaction.

The quantity of the build is above industry standards. Finish trim also a great value.

Eric provided phenomenal service throughout the purchasing process and the construction team have been very responsive as well.

Built and delivered on time. Informed the progress of construction in a timely manner. Sales representative is very informative and friendly. All the products are delivered as in the sales agreement.

I love my new Pulte home. It is every thing I could have asked for.

Sales process was solid. Mortgage process was fair (positive with advisor / negative with processor). Building quality manager was fantastic pre-closing (very helpful and attentive) - but disappeared after we submitted a positive survey result. Overall pleased, just currently frustrated as we are unable to close out 4 simple, lingering issues since pre-closing (2 months post!!).

Don't be afraid to pick out your own items in the house, even if they don't offer it.

Very inflexible. Once contract is signed they do not accommodate even minor simple changes.

Building from afar is always a challenge. My sales agent Matt was always there to answer my questions. Phone calls and texts made the process easier. Weekly photos were much appreciated. My Building Super was great too. Thankful for John overseeing the actual construction.

This is our first home purchase and the experience left deep scars. Pulte delivered us an unfinished house that still is not complete 45 days post closing. We had to follow up more than what we felt was acceptable throughout the build process to ensure quality standards were being met. Communication was poor throughout the build and continues post closing as we try to get our house completed.

From start to finish, the communication throughout the building process was exceptional. Pulte scheduled weekly meeting calls to keep us apprised of the progress and answer any questions that we may have. Once the house was built, the follow-up on the minor issues that needed attention was equally impressive. This is our second Pulte home and we trust them to deliver on the quality and value.

Builder offers ideal floor plans while other builders do not. There were limited options to select from which made the selection process that much quicker. Would have liked to have seen attention to detail and follow through on overall product workmanship. Issues with scratched windows and sills, drywall unfinished areas that later were finished, painting blemishes, lack of insulation on second floor bathroom, stained sink hardware and multiple months delay on sod.

Pulte does not supervise subcontractors and demand that work be done right the first time. Subcontractors do the bare minimum. They are supposed to clean up after themselves, but this is not enforced, so our lot and house were trashed repeatedly. There is no pride in workmanship.

Love my new home. Still working out some kinks with minor issues we had since moving in but overall a good experience

Organize and prepare. Study the material provided and choose carefully with an eye on cost and value.

The build was good but after closing sucks

Even on settlement day,there was no preparation for delivery of house,but only the words of the person in charge of of the field and waited,but until now,it has not been fulfilled. 1. It has been more than a month since the water from master bedroom has leaked out and has been shown to the site manager, but there has been no contact yet. 2. I asked to check up garage’ outlet. But he said to me as it. That is it. So I personally called electrician for fixing 3.From the beginning,I made issued that the tree in front of house is something like die.. he said that it is ok. I wait but die. 4.Even though the lawn was damaged after installing the fence in the backyard,it has not repaired until now 5.Even thought it was the day of settlement,some jobs were completed,not clean house, not clean window that there is lots of silicon and dirty one. 6.Also there are so many main issues that I can not write.. Anyway I had very very worst experience and I never recommend Pulte homes. Before moving. I lived at Pultes home but 100 percent different now I can not understand why changed too much. Seems like they do a good job all around

Too many problems when we moved in. For the price we paid the problems should have been corrected.

We're happy with the layout and the choice of flooring, tiles, and paint colors. However, the workmanship was hurriedly done to complete the job. There were many rough edges, chipped tiles, grout unsealed and excess grout and paint drips that should have been corrected. Also, our new washing machine required warranty work, which took seven weeks to get new parts installed. Pulte refused to replace with a working washer and turned the matter over to Whirlpool, who insisted that they would order new parts but had no idea when they would arrive.

My buying experience was wonderful you walk in and you fall in love the high-quality materials very so much from other homes I went through probably 10 and Pulte was by far the very very best the floor they don’t use any second right products the carpet in the bedrooms is wonderful I put my ceiling fans in and my lighting and it’s absolutely amazing I love this house and would buy another from Pulte again and again Shane Eric and the crew made this experience one of the very very best!!!!
