PROJECT MANAGER VERY RESPONSIVE. HOUSE CLOSED ON DATE PROMISED

I would want them to know the house is more than worth the price and your field manager is one of the most important person during the building process. William really left a lasting impression on my wife and I.

Project Manager Mark did a better than perfect job managing the whole construction project to build an excellent home of top quality materials and design. If you are considering building a new home Pulte should be at the top of your list.

Professionalism , honesty and good quality product.

Gina was great with sales and communication. Anthony and Nick have been helpful and responsive during and after building. Celeste made making design choices easy in the design center. While most of the work was high quality, the quality and neatness of a couple of the sub-contractors was not up to Pulte and our standards.

Daily I have to pick up trash left by construction that they toss water bottles and food items, that should be picked up

Sales agent along with builder were great people to work with. Highly attentive and going the extra mile on everything, made us feel VIP. Great quality build and happy with the full process.

Great price and good value

I wish we had asked more questions. We would have made slightly different moving arrangements. There were too many issues after closing.

Overall, we love our new home and everyone we dealt with from Pulte Homes was amazing. However, there were just a couple of things that “bothered” us. The first thing is that we were a little disappointed in the shortage of options in the catalog for selecting materials and finishes. We just felt for the price of the home, there should be a little more variety or more potions available to the buyer. Second, I think a little more attention should have been placed in cleaning the home when the build was completed. I noticed some sort of clear residue and white caulking on the floors throughout the home, and to spend a few days getting on the floor to scrub and remove the substances. Didn’t really expect to be doing this upon moving into our new home. Other that, everything else is great and the above mentioned “issues” are very minor and wouldn’t be show stoppers. ... More

Overall Pulte is a great homebuilder. The superintendent addresses issues fast. I think the salesperson I had needs to be more attentive . Once the down payment was paid in full... never heard from her again and ignoring of communication from my realtor and myself was frustrating. The mortgage/close process went great! The only other issue I had was design center, this has yet to be fixed with the bath accessories vs faucet package color error

The staff was great and answered all questions in a prompt manner. In terms of construction, a few small issues. First, the laundry room door can’t be open (it swings in) while accessing the washer. Second, the washer and dryer doors open giants each each. So you have to pull the clothes out of the washer and go up and over the contacting doors. The doors should be on opposing sides so you can transfer directly. This is especially true if we pre-ordered the washer and dryer from Pulte. The water and electrical hookups are known, so the models can be selected based on that. Third, the bathroom accessories are installed well but do not seem very sturdy. Plus, the markup on them is absolutely insane. From what I’ve seen them sold for online, I would say 50-100x. Fourth, noticing paint where it shouldn’t be. Fifth, a few other installation matters/decisions associated with personalized selections left me a bit baffled and made those selections difficult to use. And yes, maybe I should have noticed during the walkthrough. But it’s tough to see stuff initially. And more difficult to see through sheetrock until you start to mount/install certain things. ... We closed on our new home on 1/28/2021. Entered on 1st Feb,2021. We reported our dishwasher was not working and pulte seems to have know there was an issue with our dishwasher but they hid from us during closing because the red horse that supplies water to dishwasher was shut off. When we turned it on the water flooded on floor under the kitchen cabinet. We requested it to be fixed on Feb 2nd and they pronised to send a tech on Feb 23 which they later cancel on Feb 21. It is very frustrating that We have not been able to use the dishwasher since we closed on our home. We don't know when it will be fixed since they canceled the appointment. It has been more than a month now. I am very mad and disappointed at pulte right now. ... More

The builder was great on communicating there process

Our builder was awesome to work with. Very knowledgeable, funny and always kept us in the loop. He went above and beyond to keep us updated and on schedule. Only complaint is the actual workers need to clean up messes better. The lot next to me is still being built and the front is an absolute mess. They even moved a huge pile of dirt to my yard this week. Crazy I spent $415k on a house and my yard looks trashed.

Working with Mike on the build and Jason for our punch list has been a pleasure.

The price/value of the home does not equal the price. We felt rushed to go to design before we were even sure about getting a mortgage. As the building process progressed, it would have been nice to change a few things. Design should go through options better. Products used are definitely lower quality and pride of workmanship lacking.
