Every Pulte employee was a joy to work with from start to finish. All were clear, concise, professional, and friendly. Up until closing weekly updates were given and appreciated. In my opinion, workmanship and materials used are far from excellent. This includes sheet rock, paint, flooring, studs placed at 24 inches, lighting selections, and energy efficiency. The wind blows right through my front door. Since closing it had Ben difficult to get information and timelines for exterior work such as grading and concrete. The development is going to be beautiful and the location is perfect for me.

You will have to be on top of management to ensure any issues in the new home are solved. Months later, I am still waiting for items identified before closing to be even addressed.

Both my husband and I think that Pulte should consider the following as standards. Prewire, front landscaping, height of toilets. These are just some examples of things that are basic common sense. For the amount of money one is paying, we expected these to be standard.

Second pulte home I had built and must say that the first time was a Much more Pleasant experience for a Number of reasons: sales Was not familiar with the new models (cosenza) so some things that were told to me turned out not to be true. I felt very much rushed and pressured during the closing process and pulte Was not flexible on modifying dates for closing even though I mentioned I had a death in the family. My Pulte home is the 5th new build I have moved into, and the only one where I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Pulte does not offer any opportunity for changes except what is on their very overpriced options list. It seems like there are lots of options but most of these are still highly constrained in terms of what you can pick from. Other builders I have worked with were fine with simple change orders but not Pulte. They chose windows inferior in quality and convenience, no thermostat in my finished basement (only 1 in the house - in the master bedroom!), you can't get ...

People were always very reponsive to me. No complains. However regarding quailty of material is perceived after a little more than a month in the house. The whole second floor squeaks, in some areas very loud where we avoid to walk when little kids are sleeping. Carpet instalation is very poor, there are places where it is already pealing off and also there are many places with carpet nail not properly installed that hurts when we walk over. This is not a quality custom builder

Our experience started out wonderfully but we ignored the fact this is not a custom builder. They are a first off quantity builder, meaning they build as many as possible as quickly as possible. They have a system that helps them achieve this. The home is delivered partially built to the site and put together like a puzzle. While Pulte Homes are rated one of the highest quality homes in the home-buying field they are amazing. However the pulsing Mortgage Company is less than to be desired. Our sales men and our construction manager we're also very good I would recommend Pulte Homes we love our new Dream Home.

She was very helpful, responsive, and we had no issues working with her. Unfortunately, most of the problems began during the completion of our home. Getting any issue fixed from Pulte is a nightmare and the customer service is very poor, They don't have required knowledge to understand the issues and they don't resolve most of the problems during the warranty period without arguments and multiple follow ups...

We have felt like we have built this home ourselves. There have been a lot of things to put right and make it how we expected it to look. Having to contact customer care and builders to get things done and waiting in for people who don't show up on time or even at all ! The customer care team are very good but have said no to things that we had to take higher in order to have fixed. We love our new home but it has been a work in progress after moving in nearly three months ago.

Lack of responsiveness to issues, low quality of workmanship

Most problems caused by lack of communications. In most situations if they had responded on time or if they had paid attention to our concerns, many problems would have been prevented. Hasty construction: installing sods in the yard without leveling & treating the soil, leaving garage in an unfinished & incomplete stage, installing interior doors unadjusted with large openings around them, not removing the accidental paint stains during construction, etc. The value you received is not consistent with the high price paid.

Customer service manager is terrible!

On the closing day the customer service manager will promise you he will be on top of the maintenance requests and will take care of them soon. But they are not doing it at all, so hard to hear back from them and no issue fixed. Not recommended!

Homes in Florida are being built at a rapid pace. It appears they bring in workers with minimal to no experience. Most cabinets and door jambs are not lined up. Corners do not match up, so some corners of the cabinets are filled. Some corners are so mismatched there is space...a hole. Wild! Countertops...you can see where the two pieces come together. We do like our home, but since we closed March 9, 2026, the response to finish the outside of our home, driveway, grading the yard, landscaping, etc has been very lacking. We watch the speck homes around us and even the recently closed homes have a driveway before us is very upsetting. Pulte seems to think we are not important since they already have our money. There have been water problems due to things not being done, like water and mud coming into our garage, not being able to get to our cars on the curb because our driveway area was blocked by a pile of rocks and the ground was so muddy ...
