After I moved in for a month the most feeling is disappointing. I have so much stress from this house. I have spent so much time cleaning this house when I moved in. They don't even clean it before I close this house. There are stains on the bathtub and shower that I still cannot remove. Every window is full of dust. The quality of this house is not ok. The paint on the wall easily falls off. The dishwasher is not working. The A/C has been fixed 4 times and the pipeline issues are still haven't fixed yet. My grading of side yard was not done properly and the construction manager has been delaying it since then.It has been many months and nobody is looking into it.I had a very bad experience and I wanted to escalate it.This is not what you expect after paying so much.

Jon the builder told us if we have any issues to call him directly. Everytime we get a survey we miraculously hear from him. We had a variety of issues the first 3 days and not only did he not return our phone calls but he referred us to the customer service line and they told us he needs to fix the plumbing and contact him. My wife is 7 months pregnant and imagine our surprise when we couldn't shower or use the bathroom because the plumbing wasn't working and there wasn't any hot water. Upside experience - sales person, interior design personnel and closing group all professional in every aspect. Downside- overall home construction and workmanship & materials were substandard. Information passed on to us that layers of staff to QA relative to the building process to ensure building integrity- safety was very deceiving. There was only a pair of eyes performing this QA (James). Thus a long list was submitted of incomplete, faulty workmanship and substandard materials which needed remediation from pre closing, closing 02/26 up to this point in time 4/23/25. Some issues ...

There were issues that needed to be fixed before closing, but some weren't completed. I was assured they would be fixed, and I trusted them. After closing, the issues remained. I reported the problems and submitted requests, but I'm still waiting for someone to address them. I don't trust this builder. They took shortcuts to complete my house, and now I need to fix the problems. I'm frustrated that I can't get anyone to respond to me.

Disaster, nightmare with construction manager, so many unfinished jobs, , no response from him, left us hanging in there , oven and microwave cut out was wrong, wrong dimensions, has to pay so much money for installers , oven base was not build properly, chimney hood not aligned , toilets leaking , hoa is nightmare, wrong information provided at the time of purchase that we can build fence because we have dogs but now they denying us, they taking too long to approve the patio or driveway extension , can not park two cars because driveway not wide enough , if there was no appliances provided ...

Do Not Buy a Pulte Home

I recently moved into my Pulte Townhome. For the price I paid I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. Pulte is more concerned about putting up homes quickly rather than the quality of the home. Here are just some examples- 2 bedrooms wired wrong tripping breaker, tacks not nailed down in carpeted areas hence pricking bottom of feet when walking on, garage door broke after 2 wks Bc it was installed improperly, sloppy trim work, worst painting job I’ve ever seen where painter totally missed doors and trim and on trim painted over drywall dust and bits of dry mudding instead ...

Within a couple weeks moving into what I thought would be a quality home things are falling apart . There are many corners / walls in my home that are not even . Kitchen cabinets have fallen apart . Heater was defective and never tested properly . Plumbing was backed up . Cracks all over the exterior or the home . Cracks in the interior of my home around all the windows . The quality absolutely sucks .

Quality control is an issue. Huge issue. No one is checking the work to make sure done correctly. No one is maintaining containing regarding weathered list. Wished I hadn’t of signed so bonuses were dispersed for those who do work hard. Response from maintenance issues 30 days out from closing...well...still haven’t heard back but website says will in 24-48 hours. It’s been almost 2 weeks now...that speaks for itself.

Overall the house is decent but for the price they charge, the quality is just not there. Numerous issues that builder tried to explain away. Also, builders response time is horrible still waiting on items to be fixed from two months ago.

They have beautiful home plans. However, I was so disappointed with the materials and appliances that they use. They use the cheapest, crappy materials which disappointed me a lot considering the amount of money you spend on the home and what’s expected of a brand new built home. The other disappointment was, when I moved into my house, it was missing a lot of things that they didn’t finish in time. I almost didn’t close on the scheduled day as promised!
