On each stage it was bad experience with Pulte starting from Sales Team, Pulte Design Center and Construction quality and standard. Worst part is big brand Pulte can construct Sleight walls.

The delays on building . The workshop craft . Material used very cheap. Bad experience with Pulte . I had to constantly keep in contact with construction manager to make sure things got done and on time. A complete headache

This was a horrible experience. I chose Pulte due to the longevity of house building experience. My experience made me felt this was working with company just starting off . I will say my loan consultant were great. My construction manager(Kelly) answer every call and email. After the move the customer service contact (Meghan )made sure all needed repairs were done.. the sales person in the front office (Robin) was very unresponsive to my concerns and questions . Only until my brick was cancel and I had to pick a new brick which was another nightmare. The was my 2nd home and it was the worst ...

A terrible experience. More than a month has elapsed since closing and there is no internet service to the unit we purchased. We were sold a "smart house" but there is no access to internet. Very frustrating and totally inexcusable. Someone has dropped the ball.

Our construction manager Mike wasn’t very communicative throughout the process on giving us updates to the build. We drove by the lot daily to check up on progress ourselves. Many items on our final walk through were left unfinished, there’s a stain on the new carpet in one of the bedrooms that has been there since before closing. Our windows don’t latch properly and I still have not heard back from Mike when the tradesmen is scheduled to come by. This is a safety issue, overall not very satisfied with the customer service. Incomplete House and Lack to no communication

Second house with Pulte. Totally different experience this time. We knew there would be delays due to worker shortage and supplies. Our house did get delayed and we were ok with with. There is a total lack of communication on everything. We closed with our house not being complete. We have a work order to finish the house. It has been 8 weeks and we have had a couple things done. But now Pulte has stopped with completing our house.

Would not build with Pulte again. Many of the subcontractors did poor quality work and much of it had to be done redone several times. Significant issues remain 30 days after closing.

The Sales team and Field Manager are the only super plus

We were very happy that we purchased a new home and Pulte builders were seen decent. But sorry to say other than the Sales team and the field manager none from above them seem to care about anything. I see both of them trying to do everything possible to get things done but Pulte quality and the contractors that they use are very bad. Phenomenal delays and too much vendor dependent

Emotionally draining and Traumatic experience, we have to pay money and then beg for it to completed soon by given dates. Lot of issues after move in ,you can never get hold of customer service on phone . Requests to fix issues ETA of 4-5 months. Do not take keys until all things are taken care .

I wouldn’t recommend Pulte to my worst enemy. The seller I worked with kept on forgetting things to busy trying to rush the deal. I brought 2 others when with me when I selected the home and upgrades. I requested irrigation systems to be installed. The seller failed to include that. I found out 2 weeks before I close and they did not approve the add on later. The builder manager told him it can be installed. Now I am shopping around for an irrigation system. Most home builders in TX already include irrigation without being requested. On top of that my grass is dying since it wasn’t being ...

My Third New Home; Pulte Worst Experience Ever

Pulte is a cookie cutter homebuilder. Please do not expect to make any changes, even with a change order. Three days after I put my contract in, I wanted to put in a change order for a screened in lanai. I was told I couldn't, because the order had already been submitted to the county. I am still without screening for my lanai (the housing industry is booming in Florida, it is difficult to schedule the work or get a response). My experience was and still is very stressful (ongoing issues). I am still trying to get items up to par. They push closing because they are schedule driven. ...

Needs to pay attention to details

I see many issues after my closing date and I discover new ones everyday. You need yo make sure that your craftsmanship is high quality. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have the switch of disposer in my cabinet. But why? I have unpainted portion of a wall. I had a door that was impossible to lock now I can lock it but door has a bad alignment now. Please make sure you pay particular attention to details.

We had a very terrible experience with overall quality and management of our house construction. Nearly two months after purchasing and closing our home and we still have a long list of pending incomplete work that we are not sure whether they would be addressed or not. Shoddy work and mismanagement of the entire process. The quality of the cabinets and wood used was very poor. I wouldn't recommend anyone wanting to build a quality home for the price charged choosing Pulte Homes!

The local construction managers were great to work with and did an amazing job helping us get into the house. Unfortunately, there are many issues with the house that they are unable to resolve due to the company policy. The gutters on the house are too small to handle the rain in Georgia and will need to be replaced at my cost. Lots of small issues that we are finding all over the interior and exterior of the home. The local process with Pulte (sales rep and building manager) was amazing. The Pulte Mortgage side in Colorado was terrible. They will make promises then stop communicating with you when you need them the most.
