Material quality is poor and very lower end finishing by workers. You fill less than a month all bad quality Pulte have used. I will not recommend anyone to spend their savings to buy pultehomes.

Poor Quality of Homes and Finishing

From dimensions of home to poor build quality in each aspect of construction, they have used the lowest quality material possible to give homeowners their homes so that they will end up spending thousands and thousands in dollars in subsequent years while Pulte maximizes the profit. This kind of corporate greed at expense of consumer is appalling. Pulte and its employees are so rude and dont care about issues

I had not lived in my new home for a month when I had an emergency plumbing issue. I could not get a hold of anyone immediately. My down stairs flooded with sewer water still no response from Pulte. The plumbing company did come and identified that the sewer pipe was broken. It has been replaced but have still not had contact with Pulte. Not the way I would do business

Questionable work by contractors. Poor drywall work, crooked walls, nail pops in ceiling, uneven flooring, lumps in carpet, caulking separating from counter, dings in cabinets.

We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. The cans to our lighting were falling off, we had asked several times why they looked that way and he kept tallimg us he would push them back in place. when we moved in we figured out the were all missing a screw, they are all haing on by one screw. lets see how long they last. Second week in tje house we had to call Xcel energy becuse we had a strong gas odor in our kitchen. We 1st called the emergency number on the move in packet but ...

Not even willing to come out and take a look at the construction defect issues. Just Video call appointment and declined all of repairs request. All of my claims are industry standard and asked me to go to model home and take a look at it. Air conditioning rattling/vibration issue, the customer service supervisor said my neighbor have the same problem and asked me to start logging when it happens. This is not customer service! We sold a house to you so rest of them are “All your problems” We bought several properties from different builders but Pulte is the worst so far. None of builders ...

So many times people in & out to repair your house. Many problems in your house: from water to electric, to the walls (bend), bathrooms leak!! Water outside and talking with presentative who do not responds .. just by pass your requests.

Since I moved I have home issues but Mr King came 1 time after that I summit my request nothing was done. Also dumpster truck company started to work at 5 am this is unacceptable because we have kids and dogs sleeping at this time. and others words super intendents only sleeping in the trucks all day. Contractors block streets and do what they want . my next review is going to google.

We were told 8-10 months build time. It took 12 months. The workmanship on the house is subpar! We have sent emails to Pulte warranty department for two separate water leak issues days ago, and we have yet to hear back from them. We would not buy another Pulte home!

Poor sub standard quality of work. Very poor service. Pulte lost its credibility by charging massively for a piece of cardboard house. There are nails comming from all over the carpet area. Walls are so week that a 3 year old can break it. Try to drill a nail on the wall it keeps going In and drops inside. Ceiling lights are not alligned all the lights looks like it's an abstract art. And even after raising the concern no response. PULTE IS NOT TRUST WORTHY AND NOT APPROACHABLE. AND CHARGES YOU TRIPLE FOR POOR QUALITY HOMES.

LaShay the sales rep for the community, was awesome. She is the sweetest and helps as much as she can. She always responds swiftly to your question and concerns. The mortgage process was extremely easy. We purchased our home at the end of the building process, so all our finishes and colors were picked before we came into the picture. We did get to do a final walk thru before we closed. We asked for some items to be addressed and fixed before hand and most of them were. Once we closed, it was a different story. Thought we were going to get a quality home and instead we got a used house that we've been fixing ever since we moved in.(it's new construction bit doesn't feel like it it) The construction manager Mike was NOT helpful at getting things resolved prior to us moving is even though he was informed of all the issues. DO NOT expect great things if you go with Pulte.

Very poor quality of work in the house so many things are missing ..There was water falling from the gathering room when i entered in my house after closing on first day with my family and my luggage..its been almost 1month to staying at my house still i don’t have electricity in my two bedrooms..so many things are there ,that should not be like that.Garage work has issue there is big hole in garage and big crackes also there ,not finishing well as well .A.c roof vent was missing so started blowing out packing from the roof ..its been up two weeks but no-one still coming for fix it . back ...

Lack of professional service from issues identified after move in. My major issue is with the sink that is not long enough and when washing hand or dishes excessive water gets on the counter. The advise given is that to pull the hose down with one hand and wash with the other. Incredible! How do I do that when I need both hands to wash hands and dishes! Terrible service. I asked for follow up from manager and was told “you do it”. Terrible!!!!

Pulte Sold us an Unfinished Home

Purchasing a Pulte home has been a huge mistake. Pulte sold us a home that was not completed and a week after moving in the first floor flooded, not just once but twice. Pulte has no concept of customer service, unless their strategy is to ignore your concerns until you give up trying to get their assistance. All the issues we brought up prior to closing during the final walk through were completely disregarded and a month after closing have still gone unaddressed. What a huge disappointment!!

Pulte has become more about their profits than delivering a quality home. They cut corners everywhere. After spending near a million, we have to spend money to fix the problems that Pulte is not correcting. There is zero pride of craftsmanship, poor responsiveness. We were Told when pointed out deficiencies, problems, and mistakes.... that "well these are production homes and this is what you get". The subs say Pulte refuses to pay to have it done right. Cheap materials, cheap labor, would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

My experience with my builder here with Pulte was terrific. Matt was my contractor, I give him 5 stars on communication and quality workmanship. He walked me through the whole process of building my home and communicated all along the way. He is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Matt and his team! I felt very confident and cared for during the whole process and even after I moved in. The warranty team is great and all of my minor issues were attended to quickly and efficiently. Thank you Pulte for the great experience!
