Smooth process , Great place , good time frame

We are in LOVE with our townhome. The process was seamless from start to finish! The best part was seeing all of our design options come to life.

I am very upset that pulse is trying to put in new building with no garage space that will hinder our parking

Below average support by sales staff partly arising from sellers market. They interact with you as if they are doing you a favor. Stress during closing process was horrible

The overall process with Pulte was very frustrating, unprofessional, and of low quality. The quality and workmanship of the home were below our expectations and standards that Pulte portrayed during the buying process. The team was unresponsive and unprofessional until we went to management with our concerns.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with a new home build and only heard stories about negative experiences. I’m pleasantly surprised to report that my experience has been great. Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. It’s in your beat interest to be highly involved in the build process. If your expectation is a HGTV hands off experience you may find yourself disappointed. Stay engaged with the process. Find all pictures you can representing the features and materials you want included in your home that Pulte provides so that there are no surprises at the final reveal. Seems they are using lowest bidder on the block for their electrical and Sheetrock. Our ceiling is wavy and will need to be replaced (all of it). This is beyond inconvenient as I’ll have to pack everything up again and clean endlessly. I have electrical issues and Buick’s County Electric is staying my dimming lights whenever I turn something on is “normal”. As I work in the business of construction I know better. The warranty department is doing nothing but take the electricians side because they don’t know any better. I’m going to get it fixed and submit the bill to them before I have further issues. ... Stay away from Pulte Builders .... they use unqualified people to build your home.

Very responsive and able to call immediately even for small issues that I am sending.

Not quite sure why I never built a new home before?? The process was straightforward and very affordable! We have been in our home for a little over a month with only one concern about the final check process. We love our home- the floorplan is perfect for us and 2700 sf really feels bigger than our previous 3200 sf home. We are happy with Pulte and hope to never have to build again, but when we do, we'll be checking in with Pulte!

In general the quality is ok, it could’ve be better. Response to solve quality issues very slow. Pulte QC need to improve.

When you hear a big name builder you assume everyone gets the same stock house, not with Pulte. Pulte is as close as you can get to a custom builder without paying the custom build price. We were pleased at how many structural changes were offered. And the design center appointment will blow you away with the amount of style choices to pick from. Our Superintendent, Ed, was top notch the entire process. We a very happy with our new Pulte Home.

Well designed process reflects years of experience.

Build floor plans, options, details and designs compared to similar builders in the Myrtle Beach area. A little more expensive as well but worth it for that curb appeal and "WOW" factor. Extremely happy with my Pulte home and love seeing the neighborhood grow with bunches of new homes.

The Pulte team provided a great home buying experience throughout the entire process from the sale through the build, financing, and closing of our new home. They exceeded all our expectations.

I still have some outstanding issues that are being worked on. Overall, most of my issues has been resolved.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .

From initial visit to closing, everything worked like clockwork. We were informed of all the progress and asked to make decisions at the right times. We particularly enjoyed the final walkthrough a few days before closing to show us how everything worked. We will definitely recommend Pulte to anybody who wants to purchase a new home.
