I have reported several major problems since I moved-in in early march2021. Up to now, the shower room still not usable due to very low water pressure, the water leaking problem on all sinks still has no one to fix. No updated at all about the estimate fixing time. Most of the windows are still very dirty outside which is I don't know how to clean, or if it is my responsibility to clean them all by myself.

They did a great job especially water tank less and garage key key less it make life easier and also solar systems

There was an incredible amount of trash left in our yard that was simply buried. We love our home, but I would not classify it as “high quality” craftsmanship.

We absolutely love our construction supervisor, Carlos. He was so personable and always very understanding. Although, the crews that Pulte decides to hire for drywall, texture, painting and especially Landscaping are crap! Having no construction experience, I feel like I could’ve done a better job! The landscape company that was hired for our neighborhood does the BARE MINIMUM!! They DO NOT roll out the ground before lying down the sod. We did not have any dirt in some areas and even had areas full of mulch under patches of sod. Since the ground wasn’t rolled out, we’re having drainage issues that higher ups and grading companies don’t think are bad enough to do anything about. These areas will cause foundation issues eventually and I refuse to settle for mediocre work and excuses. As far as the drywall and texturing, there are numerous VISIBLE nail holes from securing the dry wall. Instead of fixing it, they just textured and painted it. Would recommend Pulte to all family and friends

Site manager didn’t provide any photos of the house during the build process. Was “extra” helpful when we signed for the house because of a survey. Gave him a bad survey, so he quit taking our calls, emails, and text messages. If it wasn’t for the site manager, I would rate Pulte much, much higher!

Great site construction manager 5 stars...the rest of the process was not satisfactory which brings down the overall experience to basically 2.5 stars

We recently purchased a home at the Bald Mountain community in Michigan. This is our second home that we were building so we had past experiences to compare. (1) The quality of workmanship has been horrible - architecturally and aesthetically. (2) The clarity on timelines was poorly managed - something that I had expected to be a well oiled machine given the quantity of homes that Pulte builds. (3) The quality of the home does not show for the amount that we paid.

The super was great, the quality was good for single family housing, the upgrades and pricing was predatory to say the least.

The Pulte group has been readily available since the beginning to help start the process and purchase a home smoothly. I was pleased to know I can reach the agent so easily for any questions on the process.

I filled one of these out in great detail and no one responded so please stop sending these because they obviously don’t matter and no one cares.

We were very happy with our selection of Pulte Homes for our new build at The Place at Corkscrew. The entire team was very organized and knowledgeable and we felt like they were truly invested in our project. When comparing other options, Pulte offered many options that other builders didn't. We would highly recommend Pulte to anyone building a new home.

Nice unique homes with smart features

We are so frustrated with Pulte. We have leaking doors, an upgraded electrical package that was installed incorrectly, missing fixtures, a beautiful but faulty sliding glass door that needs repair, sticky paint, a leaking shower and the list goes on and on. Communication is terrible. I receive work orders for things to be repaired and then no one shows up. None of these issues have been addressed and we have been in the house for over a month. If you buy from Pulte be prepared for a long list of issues and top dollar for shotty work. It’s no wonder they have pending lawsuits.

I experienced an issue after I moved in and the field managers (Tim and Javier) both assisted me with the process to get the issue remedied. I had gone through warranty but both personally came to my door to inspect and deeply apologize for any trouble. Javier and Tim would also drop by to check in on the process as well as text me to see if everything was OK. At times, while I walking my dogs, I would bump into them and, like family, they would always say hello and ask if all is well. I feel well taken care and much enjoying my beautiful amazing home.
