Pulte has failed with the quality of the details. There are so many little things wrong it seems that vendors were not supervised and the finishing details were missed all over.

The sales people are great,design team does great job, building process could be better,in spite of waiting close to 9 months from giving deposit at closing time there are deficits in work and finish quality, once Pulte receives money at closing responsiveness of all vendors in correcting deficits before closing date takes back seat because they are so busy doing work on new homes , I guess Pulte got the money from you so where are you going to go.

Overall the house was ok, but there were a ton of little issues that took over a month to get resolved after our close (even when it was agreed upon at close. The customer care system is useless- open tickets with no follow up for over a month. Thankfully Dave our builder helped us out recently on some issues, but outside of that the whole post-close support is completely useless.

Quality of house is not as per my expectation, For example stairs are losing their color and the after sales services team is unable to support saying it’s out of warranty , similar is the case for small other points where I am not even calling now or raising services requests as I have very low expectations from Pulte services team , as the answers are mostly to ignore the requests.

Don't be so excited to close, that you overlook items in your home that should be fixed, installed, or completed with the the highest quality before closing. Also if your gut tells you something should not be a certain way don't be afraid to question it and then follow up on it.

We can understand the uncertainty of construction material's supply during the pandemic, however there should be more communication. From the website supposed to be able to sign in and monitor the progress of construction, there was not much updates we could know. The quality of finished job was not satisfactory. The builder seems to be in hurry, speeding up the work without the quality control, left a few apparent defects which shouldn't happen. Everyone is polite to deal with but unwilling to address obvious issues. It has been a very frustrating experience, the workers are still here, it shouldn’t be this hard. Especially because all of these issues should have been identified through a quality review and resolved before we moved in.

The sales team is great and the financing team is great!! The builders/contractors lack in quality work and getting back to you on issues. If I had known this, I would not ever considered Pulte as my builder. I will never refer anyone to Pulte as the worksmanship is absolutely horrible.

Paint looks awful . cheap, flat paint with - drip/runs, missed areas, paint on floor and grout. None of our outside doors close correctly, doorbell doesn’t work. Carpet is poor quality with little padding. Just a rush job and cheaply done over all. Been in our house less than 2 months- very disappointing

Fine details and finishes needs lots of improvement. For the price you paid, the finishing on the house was poorly done. Makes you worry about things underneath the surface that is not visible to the eye.

We do love our new home but have been repeatedly blown off when we’ve asked for things to be completed or fixed in the first 60 days of owning. The actual interactions with Pulte employees have been very respectful and extremely courteous. We know their hands are tied in most circumstances. Our issue is that Pulte has promised things they cannot deliver and all we’ve been told is “we’re working on it”. No compensation offered. It’s completely unacceptable and if we had to do it again, we wouldn’t have signed the escrow paperwork until everything was done. Unfortunately, we trusted them ...

Bottom Line: If you buy a Pulte home do not close/sign until your problems are resolved because they will not care once the papers are signed. Building workmanship /quality came with many issues that were pushed off and required multiple trips by the construction team to fix simple items that should have been caught by the builder before we arrived. We were accepting that things are busy and that it may take some time to get people over to fix things but now we are a month in and still having issues getting these initial problems addressed.
