Kitchen cabinets quality is poor many flaw's in them

Although our salesman was new with Pulte he was fantastic!! He always made himself available and he is the sole reason my husband and I stuck it out with Pulte when things became rocky. Our first construction site manager refuse to ever meet with us then out of the blue he quit. The second site manager was 100% better and communicated with us weekly. There was a 60-day delay in the construction of our house. Delays happen with construction; however Pulte did an extremely poor job at communicating these delays. When there is a lack of communication, problems will surely arise! All delays were discovered solely because we were proactive in requesting updates. Pulte provided us feedback regarding the delays: 1). The first site manager quite and he did not do some of the things he was supposed to do. Well the customer is not responsible for the actions of Pulte’s employees. 2). Pulte’s second reason for the delay was their construction worker were getting sick from COVID-19. I completely understood Pulte’s second reason for the delays. Where Pulte failed was in the communication department. Had we not inquired about not seeing any movement at the house site, we would have been in the dark. Supposedly, the delays had an effect on multiple houses been built. If this was a mass problem Pulte should have communicated these issues in writing (email/letter). When we would visit the construction worksite we often found beer cans throughout the house and yard (yes, we have pictures). We were extremely concerned and provided a Pulte representative the pictures and mention this matter in a survey. No one from Pulte contacted us regarding this matter. We found a water bottle find with urine placed in one of our tubs and yes we reported it and have pictures. Just as we reported food wrappers throughout the house site (in and out) to include yogurt, some type of meat bone, and fountain drinks. Then one day we notice what appeared to be raccoon footprints and once again I took photos. We did hire an independent home inspector, especially after a couple driving by in the neighborhood yelled out “Make sure you get a home inspector.” I have never experienced anything from neighbors before. We decided to go with Pulte’s financing due to their incentives. The young lady who served as a loan manager for my loan was very pleasant. I noticed she was asking for paperwork that was originally generated from Pulte. What I discovered is Pulte business processes need to be improved!! An example is a request for a receipt. We made a payment to the Pulte’s sales office using our debt card however Pulte’s financial department request a copy of the receipt from us the customer when Pulte already had a copy of the receipt on file. This is at no fault of my loan manger as she was just following Pulte’s processes. There should be a benefit to doing everything related to your house with one company. As with any new house defects will be discovered and we are slowly discovering them. We discovered one major defects (front door lock not working) and multiple minor defect. It took roughly 30-days for our front door to be replaced (completed yesterday). We are waiting the other items we discovered to be fixed and some replaced. The PG loan process was smooth

Sloppy workmanship sums it up.

I built and bought the house in the winter so I have lots of details to be fixed that were not noticeable or fixable during that time. Since I already closed on the house, now I have to wait until they have time to come and fix them after they finish building other houses they have to close on first. It seems Pulte is in a hurry to sell and close on houses. I wish I didn't close until they got everything done.

The home was well built with only a couple of minor issues

Good quality for production home builder. Construction Manager and Service Manager ensured our home was move in ready. They were also professional, effecient and prompt to respond to any questions and very minor touch ups.

Pulte at Avalon park has been very responsive to repair and correction needs after move in.

The sales person we had Matt he was great.

The house looked great! However, our house got broken into the day after keys were turned over. There was no support from pulte whatsoever! Pulte Sales rep was no where to be found for advise or assistance. Currently living in house, but all these small repairs takes a while before they even respond. Overall buying process was easy, but quality and service needs to be improved. The way I see it... They've made the sale now its your problem!

What Pulte home said is what is delivered!

It was great experience to build our own home. I don’t have list of friends because they already own home in same community.

So many things we noticed wrong about how this house was built. As if the workers got lazy towards the end and left so many mistakes. Ac broke our first month, crooked cabinets, uneven baseboards. Frustrating. Our sales rep, Eric was also not helpful at all during our process of buying. Always seemed bothered when reached out to.

Pulte has a good process but like every home building project you must be involved to make sure things are done right

Response time of almost all the people working here is very good. Why Warranty? Pulte homes gives four category of warranty upto 10 years. Specially 5-10 years warranty of the structure which stand pulte out from the other builders around. The design of pulte are different and even appreciated by most of my friends.

This was the worst home buying experience I have ever had. From the sales person who lied to us over 4 times, from personally having to talk to people to get things fixed proved that this was not worth the investment in time. Timelines were way off when they told us of the bill, they kept realtor in the dark and also messed up the title service paying our people. This is not acceptable when you are selling 350K homes.

We lived 2700 miles away and had never visited the site until the day we moved into our new home. The Pulte team of Patti, Rob and Eric were great to work with and went the extra mile to make everything come together.
