Construction manager was outstanding

I would not recommend Pulte to others who are interesting in using this builder. After being in the house for a month, I have noticed numerous items that were completely poorly. The lack of response from the PM is disheartening. I have friend who is ready to sign in a different Pulte community that I will be discouraging from doing so.

My 'holistic' experience was excellent from start to finish. I'd recommend Pulte to anyone looking to build in a new builder community environment. My home is lovely and as close to perfect as one can be in these days of 'fast' build. My critique of the process was the inability to 'personalize' certain elements, e.g., punch a hole in a wall during the construction process (as opposed to having to wait until post finish) and to manage the installation of height-driven items, e.g., shelving placement. For example, the standard height for their clothing shelves are quite high for a short person to reach. Also, the paint selection was quite limited; it should be broadened to accommodate a wider selection of color hues. ... More

The home was one of the best builded home I’ve seen. Pulty builds high quality homes. They do not cut corner.

Our experience is very blessed because we had always tried to buy a property but we had problems, but thanks to God and the company we made some of our dreams come true. The company They are always in communication with the client and any questions or help are available. I recommend this company for its integrity, security, punctuality, honesty and in every step that is in the process, you are always in communication. I know that this company many families who wish to have their home their dreams will come true.

Great sakes staff, very attentive to your needs.

QUALITY CONTROL should be much better. Some sub-contractors do not clean up messes they made to material that was previous installed. Pulte personal do not seem to check after them to see they have done the job right or cleaned up afterwards.

Terrible experience!! They don't pay their bill. I would never ever recommend this builder to my worst enemy!!!

They've done an excellent job!

Working with our construction manager, Robert was great. He was kind and helpful. Once you are moved in, it seems that it takes a bit longer to get things addressed, but they get done.

These homebuilders take the time listen to your concerns and fix anything that you see that may have missed while living in the home.

field superintendent (Andrew) was great .. answered any and all questions quickly and with great knowledge .. I really feel good about the product I purchased .. good value and well constructed SS

Pulte homes are well built and have good quality!

Be very careful to get all the details that may help you make an informed decision to by . Poultry has a policy of not availing things you need to know before you go to p&s and contract to by. If I was made more aware I would not have done business with them.

We didn't build. We purchased an inventory home being used as a model home for 1 year and closed in less than 4 weeks (around Christmas). During the celebration meeting, I pointed out issues such as dirty/stained grout, repainting needs, whole/gap in cabinet, broken sliding door handle, sloppy work in the master bath and other areas, as well as overall wear and tear issues given that the home was used as a model. While the issues were minor and fixable, I felt that I shouldn't have had to point them out - Pulte should've caught them and fixed them prior to the celebration meeting because poor workmanship erodes trust, which is the biggest challenge builders have now. While most issues that we identified were resolved by closing, we are now dealing with other poor quality of workmanship issues that we've noticed now that we are in the home (leaky faucets due to misplacement; electrical issues, etc..), which somehow weren't noticed (or addressed?) during the time the home was used as a model. One particular area of concern is that we/our neighbors have faulty drainage issues that creates water saturation in our properties, which the neighbors indicated they have been trying to resolve with Pulte for 6+ months, so I'm concerned about the timeline in getting issues resolved. What I noticed and what several neighbors have mentioned, is that homeowners have to keep following up to get their issues resolved - I'm sure supply chain backlogs due to the pandemic may have impacted this, but don't know how much. I'm scheduled to have the first round of issues resolved within the next couple of weeks, 3 weeks after I first brought them up and followed up, so I would be lying if I said I wasn't concerned.
