The sales team is very good and helpful. However, I am not satisfied with the workmanship and materials used. The service team seems to be on top of the issues and fix them pretty fast.

Upside experience - sales person, interior design personnel and closing group all professional in every aspect. Downside- overall home construction and workmanship & materials were substandard. Information passed on to us that layers of staff to QA relative to the building process to ensure building integrity- safety was very deceiving. There was only a pair of eyes performing this QA (James). Thus a long list was submitted of incomplete, faulty workmanship and substandard materials which needed remediation from pre closing, closing 02/26 up to this point in time 4/23/25. Some issues resolved some still remain active in a long & continuous process. Issues presented to construction manager, Customer Care Staff including the senior staff Rick. We are now on our second phase of remediation process (dated 4/21/25). Some issues were resolved but others remain and new ones discovered. The workmanship and quality of materials not in sync with the price tag and did not do justice to the person who designed this beautiful house. We have stated in the previous evaluation that workmanship was shoddy. The journey remains bumpy, stressful/frustrating & costly on our end ( in time & money as out of state buyers). But most importantly, we were deprived of the JOY & PRIDE of a Pulte home ownership. Sad to say in all honesty; Pulte's mission statement did not hold true. Be careful buying a home with Pulte. Lots of items promised & not delivered that we paid for! Overall, a terrible experience with the construction manager.

Too many quality issues with appliances(range, microwave) not working and needed replacement. Lot of painting tapes not cleared and needed to pinpoint.Electrical issues with lighting and plugs.

There were issues that needed to be fixed before closing, but some weren't completed. I was assured they would be fixed, and I trusted them. After closing, the issues remained. I reported the problems and submitted requests, but I'm still waiting for someone to address them. I don't trust this builder. They took shortcuts to complete my house, and now I need to fix the problems. I'm frustrated that I can't get anyone to respond to me.

Disaster, nightmare with construction manager, so many unfinished jobs, , no response from him, left us hanging in there , oven and microwave cut out was wrong, wrong dimensions, has to pay so much money for installers , oven base was not build properly, chimney hood not aligned , toilets leaking , hoa is nightmare, wrong information provided at the time of purchase that we can build fence because we have dogs but now they denying us, they taking too long to approve the patio or driveway extension , can not park two cars because driveway not wide enough , if there was no appliances provided like other builders at least provided us with correct cut outs, lots of jobs construction manager promised to finish if we give him perfect score on his survey and go for closing those were not finished after closing , no response, he got the money for scoring high , we had to because we ask him to do certain things but nothing got done. It’s all about getting survey and money they want to look good and get the money for each survey that’s all , we spend so much money it’s over half a million dollars and got not a satisfactory service. ... have multiple issues with the home from nails popping out of the carpet, missing Hangers, caulk, gaps between wall and floor.

Paint issues, stucco issues, drywall texture issues, granite counter top issues, interior door issues, cabinet issues, plus many other including very poor follow-up from construction manager Conner.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Told by two home appraiser do not buy, but we have you the benefit of the doubt. Lots of things to be corrected.

I had multiple issues with my home and they were VERY slow to resolve the issues and the more I look around the house the more poor craftmanship I see

I recently moved into my Pulte Townhome. For the price I paid I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. Pulte is more concerned about putting up homes quickly rather than the quality of the home. Here are just some examples- 2 bedrooms wired wrong tripping breaker, tacks not nailed down in carpeted areas hence pricking bottom of feet when walking on, garage door broke after 2 wks Bc it was installed improperly, sloppy trim work, worst painting job I’ve ever seen where painter totally missed doors and trim and on trim painted over drywall dust and bits of dry mudding instead of wiping it off or removing it, AC vents, thermostat and cold air return mounted crooked. And the worst example - plumber installed toilet in powder room incorrectly. Instead of tank bring just a couple inches from wall it was like 8-10 inches. I literally could fit through the space. The lies by the field manager

Within a couple weeks moving into what I thought would be a quality home things are falling apart . There are many corners / walls in my home that are not even . Kitchen cabinets have fallen apart . Heater was defective and never tested properly . Plumbing was backed up . Cracks all over the exterior or the home . Cracks in the interior of my home around all the windows . The quality absolutely sucks .

Limited communication, number of outstanding punch list items not resolved, 4 months after settlement and have not received permanent garage door

Quality control is an issue. Huge issue. No one is checking the work to make sure done correctly. No one is maintaining containing regarding weathered list. Wished I hadn’t of signed so bonuses were dispersed for those who do work hard. Response from maintenance issues 30 days out from closing...well...still haven’t heard back but website says will in 24-48 hours. It’s been almost 2 weeks now...that speaks for itself.

Overall the house is decent but for the price they charge, the quality is just not there. Numerous issues that builder tried to explain away. Also, builders response time is horrible still waiting on items to be fixed from two months ago.

They have beautiful home plans. However, I was so disappointed with the materials and appliances that they use. They use the cheapest, crappy materials which disappointed me a lot considering the amount of money you spend on the home and what’s expected of a brand new built home. The other disappointment was, when I moved into my house, it was missing a lot of things that they didn’t finish in time. I almost didn’t close on the scheduled day as promised! However not only was it missing stuff, I was under the impression they would get all that fixed right away but evidently not. It’s taking them centuries which is very inconveniencing. Per the contracts you sign, your house is supposed to be fully completed except for the outside grass and plants but with them, it wasn’t the case with me and it’s taking them along time to fix it. Communicating with them during the process is great but communicating with them now is a headache which makes you wonder why it gets so complicated once closing is done. They tell you something will get fixed only to turn around and chase them just to have them complete what was promised. Communication with them sucks which is interesting because they tell you that they over communicate which with me, I was always the one reaching out to see how far things were and if the house would be completed in time as promised. I almost was gonna be homeless with my kids during that period which made me very anxious and stressed. However, even though my construction experience wasn’t as great, I liked working with their financing department. They were on top of it and communicated with you in a timely manner. I also liked working with my sales person Anna. She was very helpful in so many ways from structural advice to everything in between. Now if only they could use materials that are worth the money that clients pay for these homes, my experience with them would have been super great but I would rate them a 2/5 just for the financing department and the sales. ... appliances installed are of poor quality and the service is very poor

Material quality is poor and very lower end finishing by workers. You fill less than a month all bad quality Pulte have used. I will not recommend anyone to spend their savings to buy pultehomes.

From dimensions of home to poor build quality in each aspect of construction, they have used the lowest quality material possible to give homeowners their homes so that they will end up spending thousands and thousands in dollars in subsequent years while Pulte maximizes the profit. This kind of corporate greed at expense of consumer is appalling. Pulte and its employees are so rude and dont care about issues

I had not lived in my new home for a month when I had an emergency plumbing issue. I could not get a hold of anyone immediately. My down stairs flooded with sewer water still no response from Pulte. The plumbing company did come and identified that the sewer pipe was broken. It has been replaced but have still not had contact with Pulte. Not the way I would do business

Questionable work by contractors. Poor drywall work, crooked walls, nail pops in ceiling, uneven flooring, lumps in carpet, caulking separating from counter, dings in cabinets.

We closed 8/27/2024, moved in that same week. From the beginning we noticed a few itmes that were supposed to be taken cared of by our Construction Manager. The cans to our lighting were falling off, we had asked several times why they looked that way and he kept tallimg us he would push them back in place. when we moved in we figured out the were all missing a screw, they are all haing on by one screw. lets see how long they last. Second week in tje house we had to call Xcel energy becuse we had a strong gas odor in our kitchen. We 1st called the emergency number on the move in packet but never received any responce from Pulte about it. Turns out the gas line was not tighten correctly during installation so we had a gas leak. 11/11/2024 we still need paint and caulk on one of our bathroom windows, the stone on the outside has started to fall off and we have not received any response from their Customer Care Manager. Not even willing to come out and take a look at the construction defect issues. Just Video call appointment and declined all of repairs request. All of my claims are industry standard and asked me to go to model home and take a look at it. Air conditioning rattling/vibration issue, the customer service supervisor said my neighbor have the same problem and asked me to start logging when it happens. This is not customer service! We sold a house to you so rest of them are “All your problems” We bought several properties from different builders but Pulte is the worst so far.
