Pulte builds a quality home at a very fair price. We bought during an incentive campaign so we did very well.

Communication is terrible. While not a custom builder (and they are quick to tell you so) quality of workmanship is awful. So many unfinished issues even a month after closing.

I love my home but there have been so many issues come up that have been unaddressed which is frustrating. Dents in a door, scuffs on my cabinets (pointed out a month prior to closing), gouges in my bathtub, horrible looking thresholds, the list goes on and on. By in large it has been crickets! I am so frustrated!

Everyone was very responsive and the quality was great as well. The only issue is the house was not designed with the owner in mind. There are a lot of inconveniently located items that Pulte was unwilling to change prior to construction. These items severely limit space.

I would say the price is too high for the quality of the materials. Given that is mass production, attention to detail is lost, but other than that people are attentive and fast to answer questions and solve any issues.

Issues identified during home inspections and Build Quality Check, are taking months even after closing is done. The fixes are still pending and needs constant followup to get it fixed and still pending. Keep scheduling every week, but then noone shows up and then the cycle repeats.

Great plans , competitive pricing, straightforward options. Project manager and sales staff were all wonderful.

Matt was great at sending us weekly photos of the progress of our home! Robert, was very responsive in dealing with home warranty issues.

Great builder! We are enjoying our new home and would not hesitate to purchase another home from Pulte. Thank you!!

We have a lot of warranty issues but they get taken care of

The patio screen was broken from day 1 and pulte was contacted for it since last 2 months and the issue has not been resolved. Atleast was not expecting this with the brand new home.

Builder said he would provide something, even in email, and eventually did nothing. The issue was brought to the builder's attention 6weeks before closing. Shortly before closing I was told it would not be done. Cost to me to fix: about $30,000.

Great attitude from sales people and construction managers. Very friendly and attentive as well.

Well done on timeline

I was not happy with the experience. I feel that they do not go above and beyond and once you sign they don't even call you back. They don't finish the end product.

Got pretty much different minor issues like missing turntable, dried stucco on the garage floor and not working water heater, etc. Customer care is responsive however service teams who were working on the submitted orders are not professional

We’ve had plumbing issues multiple times. One plumber found paint inside the toilet tank clogging it. The paint inside the home rubs off if you attempt to clean anything off of it. Everything that touches the wall leaves a mark or rips the paint off. We have multiple chipped tiles and it occurred within the first 1-2 months of closing. Roxanne, the sales agent was very unprofessional when we had an issue about a stair-railing selection. Pulte was very prompt in following up with these issues once reported. Our home cost in the upper 300’s, we expected a little more.

I would only depend on the Pulte homes staff, my process surely would have gone much more smooth. Unfortunately the financial agents these days became a complex part of the process... The unit I just bought was above my expectations and the service provided by Pulte has been outstanding so far.

Made things right, stuck by promises

We have had a wonderful experience buying our first new home.

I am ADA in a wheelchair and the rolling issues were emailed out; 1.Unfinished under sinks 2.Counter height at 34-36" not 30" 3.Narrow throughway between kitchen island and counter Non-ADA 1.2 Door bowed 2.Gap undeR door into garage 3.Rust from grab bars installed in shower 4.Landscaping is not good - coverage of pool/lanai and tree in front is dying 5.Aaragon - not helpful 6.Garage floor not cleaned left cement small piles 7.Painting touch ups 8.Wall are in kitchen uneven - bar area at 15" on left side and 17" on right - why? Not sure how we put in a bar top later John has been very helpful but overall this isa brand new home that we were prepared to pay extra for added on features (ADA) Generally people were very nice to talk with not sure where the breakdown is though. ... Lack of communication from the start. Nobody realized that the option for large frosted glass window in master bath was not allowed by the computer with the walk in shower. It took multiple times of reviewing paperwork to figure it out. Field supervisor was out at the beginning and nobody picked up the ball. Finally heard from him a month after contract and then after that only about every four weeks and that was only after bringing in someone else. That supervisor was out closing week and punch list was not completed before we signed paperwork and even then the fill in just gave excuses. Excellent service from the sales (Henry), closing (Amber) and service (Kirk). Overall, a very nicely planned community.

they made the process easy

Most of our experience was great. Our site supervisor was very attentive handled most of our concerns quickly. We love our home.
