I was disappointed by my experience with Pulte. The workmanship was poor as best. I spent 6 hours marking nearly 2000 workmanship and quality defects. Ten days later at my pre-closing walk-through - 30 minutes before closing - trades were in the house still working on the builder’s punch list and maybe 25% of the issues I pointed out. There were issues I pointed out during the walk-through that were ignored. Paint over that flaw, smudge some goop in that scratch, didn’t clean up paint splatter on the floors and tiles. Holes still needing repaired. But all we were told was when do you want painters? Did our walk through and marked up a lot of cosmetic items, holes, missing items. Come to closing and sign our paperwork to be told the painters are still there. Oh and we haven't scheduled cleaners. Painters used all types of finishes on all walls, trim is half painted, sometimes even changing from flat to semi gloss to flat again on the same board. UNRELIABLE! I hoped he would be different from all the others I've worked with, but sadly, he's not. I believed he would stand by his word, but he turned out to be just as dishonest as the salesman I was dealing with and his manager. It feels like everyone in this organization is colluding to mislead and deceive buyers, and it's truly disheartening.

Home horribly built. Rushed into a closing date with an ill equipped home from a QC perspective. Documented over 10 active issues with paramount issue of faulty air. Takes numerous emails that finally threatened escalation for a finger to get lifted. Unbelievably dissatisfied . If you don’t mind being just another number Instead of a human being use Pulte. They could care less. Loan processing is a joke. We have been here over a month in our new home and we can’t fully move in because of all the issues with this home drywall fixes, paint on our new $28,000 floors, electrical, plumbing, concrete, painting. We did our 2 hour walk through and upon closing less than 5 days later none of the punch list items were complete. Beyond terrible experience. Pulte just wants to close as many houses as they can as fast as possible. Very poor quality of workmanship. Pulte dissapointed us. We have found so many things that needed to be fixed that is so terrible. Even my fridge was scratched and something didn’t look good inside, but they didn’t take responsibility for it. I needed to contact the appliance company so they can take care of it. We thought Pulte was a more quality builder but we were wrong. Even my garage was built with broken concrete blocks. I don’t recommend this builder. Good thing they repair everything that we had pointed to them.
