We love our new home. We’ve had a great experience. Our contractor has gone above and beyond. He has responded to all our questions and addressed any concerns etc that we have had.

Although Pulte is a well known builder, you never know when you purchase a home if it will measure up to your expectations. In this case, I do believe my expectations were met and in some cases exceeded. There are still a few things left to do but I am confident the Pulte team will resolve them as quickly as humanly possible. I am very pleased with the outcome and the results of the Pulte teams' efforts.

Quality workmanship Our field manager was great and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.

Everyone I worked with during the build, including the sales agent and the construction manager, kept me well-informed and were a pleasure to talk with. There were no delays with the build - in fact, it was complete ahead of schedule! The quality of the house was beyond what I expected, and I've not had any major issues since I moved into the house. Completed satisfied and I strongly recommend Pulte Homes.

We were very happy with our new build experience with Pulte Homes. From our first meeting with Andi, our salesperson, we were made to feel at ease and were given a good understanding of the process. Our meetings with the design team and project manager were more of the same. Being from out of town, we were a little nervous about not being able to see the progress on the build but Chad, the build project manager, and Andi did a great job keeping us informed of what was happening as well as sending pictures. On the several occasions we did get into town to see the house, Chad seemed to have a 6th sense and know we were here and stopped by to answer questions and explain next steps. There kindness is what I will remember

Pulte built us an absolutely wonderful dream home. Our construction manager was the best individual you could ever have for building your home. They took care in every process of the build and communicated very well throughout the process. We love Pulte and they have the best floor plan layouts. Our home was built well ahead of schedule, and they even put the highest SEER rating HVAC units and we can't say enough wonderful things about the home.

Experience overall, they made the entire process easy. Building manager, was so detail oriented and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Great build quality and design.

Buying our home from Pulte was seamless. From our initial contact with Dylan our sales rep to the after Customer Care rep Kevin, the service has been phenomenal. There were a few minor issues as your would expect with a new build. Customer care responded immediately and got the issues resolved with no questions asked. I would highly recommend Pulte to anyone and will definitely do business with them in the future if we ever decide to sell our beautiful home!
