What can I say? I was looking forward for a great experience but has been the worse. No what we expected. The materials, the paint, the finishes, Drain back up, AC not working after a month.

I would never recommend building a home with Pulte to anyone. We have been in our new home for about 3 weeks and the entire experience start to finish was miserable. The sales guy, Tom H, has no customer service skills and once our deposit check cleared, he basically told us we weren’t a priority and that we were at the mercy of Pulte given we signed the Purchase Agreement. Please do not use pulte’s PGP for your closing. Get your own. Destiny is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Pulte tried to move our closing a week later because they did not submit the paperwork to the proper county. Having this mistake they told us just the day before our closing and was unwilling to fix it. We remedied the situation on our own and they still didn’t want to close. Avoid Pulte at all costs

Starting with Mark our sales agent he misrepresented many issues. Especially the closing. We were force to live in Airbnb for 3 months at 3x price of our mortgage. The quality of the build is a disaster, our windows are so misaligned we could not put in blinded. Doors are different heights, garage doors were broken and 6weeks later not fixed. The grass was dead on arrival. Tommy, our finally construction manager did everything humanly possible to help but there were to many problems. I warn anyone not to buy from Pulte. Oh, the dog park in Verdana Village is so small no one uses it.

Poor build quality, worst communication

I decided to go with all Pulte products (mortgage, insurance, title company) for my closing. I did this to make things “easier”. What I found is that all of the parties have poor communication that led to delays and inconveniences. Closing was pushed causing me to miss an international trip. The build quality continues to be an issue with no communication on when things will be resolved. Overall, I would not purchase a home from Pulte again.

Delayed the construction in more than 7 months, and delayed closing over 20 days. Lots of unfinished details, broken doors, drawers. Clogged toillets and bathtube. Dirty pool, without the filter.

rushed closing and house was not ready

My builder had rushed closing and left my garage unfinished and multiple issues throughout the house. I have broken wood unleveled floors, cabinets installed incorrectly and paint that is chipping.

Poor workmanship, the quality process is very very poor. Houses pass quality inspection with lots of things missing from what we signed up for. Many items are not in working order and had t be fixed after closing. Response to issues is very poor. Construction team just tries to dust off issues.

Worst service .you pushed me to close my home promising that all issues I pointed out during pre closing orientation will be addressed immediately.now it’s more than a month I closed my home but no one took care of the issues .plumbing,pests,cabinets doesn’t close ,lot of ants and musquitoes due to improper sealing ,commode paint peels off.poor quality materials used and construction quality is below average,carpet padding is not proper and nails hurt me whenever I walk on them .it’s a nightmare with pulte

Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship! Damaged floor tiles, kitchen cabinets and countertop, appliances did not work, fridge needs to be replaced. Paint is on the floor, carpet and windows .Several windows need to be replaced.

Sloppy trades, especially painters. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms not installed properly, huge gaps, do not close like they should, peeling, bubbling. Caulking looks like a five-year-old did it.

Very difficult to get in touch with anyone during the building process. We also had very basic requests post close that are completely unwilling to work with us on. Honestly I feel like there is a bit of common sense missing on Pultes side throughout this process very frustrating.

I would never buy another house from Pulte Builders. First off before we closed the builder would not do anything about a large crack that ran over 10 feet in the garage. This formed in the beginning process of building and there solution was to just cover it up and move on. I asked for test to be done in that area to confirm there were no foundation issues and they refused. I asked for an extended warranty on that area due to it forming so quickly they refused and said if we didn't go to closing we could be charged for holding up the closing. The only positive thing I can say is our sales manager Sam was amazing! He answered all of our questions and more and was very knowledgeable! Besides that our build was littered with issues and now being in the home a few months still experiencing issues. The quality that we received compared to what we paid for is atrocious! I have a very long list of issues but I'll name off as many as I can. We closed without there being a smoke detector on the first floor that wasn't solved until weeks later. This company is very irresponsible, I handed over the house with a large water leak, in bathrooms and an invoice of more than USD859 for this problem, the garden grass was handed over dry in a terrible state. I paid for an electrical connection for an electric car and it was not there, the dishwasher did not work, many touch-ups due to failures in doors, walls, the roof was distorted outside the house, the interior doors are raised with a space of at least 2" left girls, poor quality cabinets, worst of all, is that the water is 30 centimeters deep.
