Lack of communication from the start. Nobody realized that the option for large frosted glass window in master bath was not allowed by the computer with the walk in shower. It took multiple times of reviewing paperwork to figure it out. Field supervisor was out at the beginning and nobody picked up the ball. Finally heard from him a month after contract and then after that only about every four weeks and that was only after bringing in someone else. That supervisor was out closing week and punch list was not completed before we signed paperwork and even then the fill in just gave excuses. The construction manger delayed the closing and promised to fix a list of unfinished/half finished items. he never did. We paid a lot of money for this house trusting Pulte, now we have to pay extra to fix the problems on a new house!

The home was delivered to me 6 weeks later than original closing date with so many problems. It is 8 weeks and I am still getting things fixed in the home. To give an example the door knows were placed on backwards and I was stuck in the bathroom for over 1 hour. I finally got the refrigerator and it is also broken . The floors were full of paint (fixed and cleaned they look great now). So many other issues who puts in a bath tub without sealing around it. The AC was broken. Among so many other issues. They are fixing everything but taking time from work is not conducive anymore

My experience as a buyer was enhanced by the Pulte personnel. These knowledgeable professionals impressed me with their timely responses to questions and concerns all of which were addressed to my satisfaction. Three cheers!

Our salesman Brian did a great job sending us photos weekly on the progress of our new home. Since we live 3 hours away this was greatly appreciated.

Terrible issues on day one

A lot of issues have been noted since we moved in on 27Jan2021. -Plumbing issues - several occasions. Flooded my whole powder room, living room. leaking thru kitchen flood light due to water going thru overflow in master bedroom -responsiveness to issues - very non-cholent and careless attitude -a couple defects i noticed and have reported that is still not addressed. overall, not impressed.
