I was treated very well to start, but then as time went on that all changed I dont believe what happened to me is the norm but it was horrible. I was treated so badly no respect and lied to I would not suggest to anyone to buy here I am still waiting to have things fixed and finding more things wrong

Build quality was sub par , paid excessive money and response on issues much worse . Driveway and pathway and lawn is taking more than 3 months or even for some neighbors 6 months to compete . While new home buyers now are getting everything on time .

What a joke. This entire process has been 1 fight after another. The construction manager was useless. Any time I had questions or concerns I was dismissed or ignored. Escalating issues did nothing as management did not care, want to understand or acknowledge what I had to say. Pulte quality has gone down hill and they are trading off a reputation.

From the beginning, everything has gone wrong. We have not been happy with a single aspect of our home. Everything is sloppy, rushed, broken, just plain awful craftsmanship. There is too much to type to explain all the awful things we have experienced. Just know that it is awful. Hated every minute and still have issues with my home.

I was really hoping that the home buying process will be good and easy with Pulte group. But I was wrong. Right from first step, I had very bad experiences with Pulte group. The buying process started out as expected, with our home estimated to be delivered in 7-9 months. The construction manager (CM) and sales team kept reinforcing that timeline until about the beginning of month 8. Andrew- Sales- absolutely worthless. Dishonest and untrustworthy. If you can find someone else to deal with, do it. He lied to make the sale. Craftsmanship is an absolute joke. The list of items that were fixed preclose was huge, but since I’ve closed 2 things have been addressed. My cabinets- level 4- look like trash. I was told they’d fix them at the cabinet punch on 5/19- 2 cabinets were fixed, the rest are still damaged. Overall I would avoid building with pulte. The quality of the home is poor. We have walls with giant waves in them due to poor craftsmanship. The cabinets feel cheap and are falling apart already and we upgraded them. The stair treads look rushed and show gaps and look bad. The trim work is terrible. The painters left paint splattered everywhere inside and out. They painted over nails sticking out of the trim. Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. This is the worst business of my life. the house does not have any construction quality for the price. Absolutely Substandard appliances given, since one month issues are not being addressed. Only a blame game, fire alarm is not functioning well and beeps daily full day and night. Be cautious about one sided contract. If you delay closing they charge $250 a day. If they delay closing they don’t pay you anything. Delivering a finished home before closing is never in their dictionary, to have buffer for inspection is not a possibility. The worst build process I’ve ever been through in my life. Too many issues to type but all it takes is one look through my history. Since I’ve been in the home (2 months), I’ve already had a ceiling leak in my master bath, electrical problems (outlets not working in all bathrooms, window still not fixed that was on closing detail, landscaping not completed. I would not and will not recommend Pulte, not even to my worst enemy.

Terrible experience with Pulte. This is my fourth new build and I understand there will be problems with the home after it's finished. The workmanship is sloppy, lack of accountability is unacceptable, and communication should have been much better. My small home of less than 1,800 sq. ft. and priced over 500K, and it looks more like a $250K home. Closets and pantry wire shelves are narrow, they could have installed the much deeper size or wood shelves. All areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installing recalled electrical panels and refusing to replace them tells the ethical issue. Doors and windows do not match and close properly. The hardware installed is not aligned and is crooked. Tiles have grout and glues that weren't cleaned properly now it is too late to clean. I do not recommend anyone paying round million dollars for the home they are building. Please vet other builders before choosing Pulti.

Facing issues on many areas. First of all the build quality is very poor and finishing is not good at all. I will explain this in detail. All issues were uncovered after closing. Below are areas of concern 1. Poor quality paint job despite paying for an upgrade 2.
