Cheap material the warranty comes with the home is a joke no body cares after the closing contact the manger warranty and the agent department no body responds when they answer the phone they know what is going on they put the owner on hold I have an issue with the upstairs bedroom above the garage due to wrong installation the temperature is very low and the floor is vibrating when I open the garage door I have been saying and calling about that nobody cares neither response to my emails

This is our second home but our first ever built and the whole process was stressful to say the least. I was disappointed at the quality that the house was delivered. The quality of workmanship and materials are embarrassing and doesn't worth the money we pay for the house. We came upon several issues while we did our preclosing check up and our concerns were heard until we had to involve more people. The house would have been delivered better if Pulte homes didn't push to finish the house sooner than it was supposed to. I doubt we will go with Pulte homes for our next house. NEVER AGAIN!

Shandra the realtor lied to us about multiple situations; if a verbal promise is made obtain documentation of that conversation. Upon purchase date former verbal promises were still unclear and we were unable to these benefits. PLEASE READ MY REVIEW,after the closing we discovered that the actually house quality is a trash,all the walls and ceiling are unbelievable uneven,you can’t even install a shelf or any pictures,after one week from closing we saw the roof fell off on the half of the garage, the backyard door isn’t intact,when is raining all the water flows in the house,stove installed in only 2 screws,4 inside doors are not closing properly…and more more other things.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. The quality of the house is definitely not there. The trustworthiness is laughable. And the price absolutely not. I recently purchased a home from Pulte and have experienced numerous issues with the quality of the products and customer service. No one came out to repair the furnace in an emergency, leaving our house temperature to drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for three days straight. I was troubleshooting over the phone. Pulte is the absolute worst in customer service and construction. Problem after problem in my “new” home. I could’ve bought a 30 year old home and had less issues. Construction team does bare minimum, I don’t know how they pass inspections. I’m watching other homes around me get built and it’s unbelievable how many corners are cut. Buying this home is the biggest regret of my life, infested with ants that are biting my two year old constantly and Pulte says “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Despite 6 postponements in 2022, all of a sudden a mad rush to close before 12/31 at the cost of cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, unskilled labor. Quality of the construction work is very poor. The house was not built at the luxury home standards. There was mess up in flooring, they dig the concrete in kitchen which left a lot of dust on all appliances and backsplash in kitchen. Painting work is very bad. I don't recommend Pulte homes.
