Cheap material the warranty comes with the home is a joke no body cares after the closing contact the manger warranty and the agent department no body responds when they answer the phone they know what is going on they put the owner on hold I have an issue with the upstairs bedroom above the garage due to wrong installation the temperature is very low and the floor is vibrating when I open the garage door I have been saying and calling about that nobody cares neither response to my emails

No proper response and rushed me for closing and no price matching

This is our second home but our first ever built and the whole process was stressful to say the least. I was disappointed at the quality that the house was delivered. The quality of workmanship and materials are embarrassing and doesn't worth the money we pay for the house. We came upon several issues while we did our preclosing check up and our concerns were heard until we had to involve more people. The house would have been delivered better if Pulte homes didn't push to finish the house sooner than it was supposed to. I doubt we will go with Pulte homes for our next house. NEVER AGAIN!

We had a bad bad experience with this builder they use really really bad materials very cheap. My house was never done.

Shandra the realtor lied to us about multiple situations; if a verbal promise is made obtain documentation of that conversation. Upon purchase date former verbal promises were still unclear and we were unable to these benefits. During the home buying process we were informed that the house was being sold to another party, yet this information was false due to improper procedures. Dillon the construction manger is in a constant state of disarray and never holds his word on contracted repairs to the home. It has been 2 months since we have move in and the only fix from tape day was a patched hole that still is not sanded or painted. And yet we still don’t have a functional dishwasher. We have be neglected from every person we have been in contact with and given unfulfilled guarantees on completion of projects. And these are projects that should have been completed before move in day. Including everything from simple wall repairs to having a functional appliance. Side note; we watch from our windows other homes being worked on yet repairs for a home already purchased are not deemed important. We feel completely neglected and even disrespect. When my wife brought up damaged cabinets to the construction manger she was handed a repair kit. We were utterly embarrassed to be repairing our brand new cabinets in-front of our family. I would never purchase a home from Pulte again and recommend against it to anyone I came in contact with. Do not purchase your home until the items from tape day are completed. ... More

Only interested in your money and not your satisfaction

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW,after the closing we discovered that the actually house quality is a trash,all the walls and ceiling are unbelievable uneven,you can’t even install a shelf or any pictures,after one week from closing we saw the roof fell off on the half of the garage, the backyard door isn’t intact,when is raining all the water flows in the house,stove installed in only 2 screws,4 inside doors are not closing properly…and more more other things.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. The quality of the house is definitely not there. The trustworthiness is laughable. And the price absolutely not. And then responsiveness to issues is a joke. Let me start by saying I was forced to close on this house with the head honchos knowing that this house is not ready the tub was chipped. The showers are chipped by countertops and chipped. Most of my cabinets are falling apart or miss matched. I had hinges the wrong colors. I have so many drywall issues so many paint issues I have baseboards that aren’t even painted yet and water damage the first week I moved in a gas leak the second week I moved in, I’ve got the runaround I’ve been there for almost 2 months and I lack the response to take care of any of my issues to get people. There is a joke and when people show up their responses is that’s not my job. My house is a $500,000 home all day. and that’s me being generous. I have drywall cracks everywhere. They used the wrong solution for my joints but now that the heaters on all of my joints are cracking, I have more than a quarter inch gap in my drywall. My baseboards are all cracking my paint with one little rub comes off completely my shower in my kids bathroom leaks, brown things. I have overspray on my toilets and countertops not to mention my tile. Some lines are over a half an inch wide, and my tiles are chipped carpet is very poor quality I can feel imperfections completely I’m not even going to get into the appliance situation, unless I can speak to somebody like Cabinets or a laughing matter considering it’s a $700,000 home these cabinets look like you can get them from less than IKEA. My doors have come off my faces have come off of the cabinet. They are the cheapest quality cabinets you can buy, which I found out. The manufacture doesn’t even make them. They order them and how they come is how they come Pulte should really take pride in the sort of thing, I am literally looking into getting my plans for my house because me installing TVs on the walls nothing is within measurements there’s no 16 inch studs 12 in 24 nothing …, Pulte you have lack the quality this is my third I’ll be home and it’s just getting crappy and crappy here every single house. Responsiveness to completion and warranty issues is terrible.

I recently purchased a home from Pulte and have experienced numerous issues with the quality of the products and customer service. No one came out to repair the furnace in an emergency, leaving our house temperature to drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for three days straight. I was troubleshooting over the phone. Additionally, there were condensation issues with the windows, which the builder refused to cover under warranty. Finally, there were no trims or molding on the basement stairs they had in other homes but decided not to do for my house. I was assured that all issues would be covered in the first year, but this has not been the case. This has been incredibly disappointing. I have paid 50K premium over the Lot premium price and bought upgrades of 91K, and still, Pulte has cheap out on so many things and given me a really bad experience with customer service, they do not want to do anything, ... It’s our first time building a home and buying a home. Pulte made it seem so easy and seamless in the beginning. This all changed once production started. We had 2 different realtors from Pulte and 3 different field/construction managers who oversaw our house. We were promised finishing dates and the BEST quality of work. What we received was lies, bad quality of work, and a delay of closing for over a year and an half. We’ve moved in now after being pushed to closed. We missed so many details that we hate to see everyday. Uneven window frames, tile that’s not leveled, bad paint quality, broken/cracked caulking, nails sticking out of our carpet, warped walls, and the list goes on. Pulte is the absolute worst in customer service and construction. Problem after problem in my “new” home. I could’ve bought a 30 year old home and had less issues. Construction team does bare minimum, I don’t know how they pass inspections. I’m watching other homes around me get built and it’s unbelievable how many corners are cut. Buying this home is the biggest regret of my life, infested with ants that are biting my two year old constantly and Pulte says “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Something they could have done is close the doors and windows during the weeks leading up to closing. Every time I came to see progress, everything was left open. They lie about everything and nobody is ever held accountable. If I weren’t going to lose a ton of money, I would sell this house in a heartbeat. No communication, no invitation to see work progress, no follow up. Despite 6 postponements in 2022, all of a sudden a mad rush to close before 12/31 at the cost of cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, unskilled labor. Attribute the lack of quality work to absence of supervision or sub contracting to lowest possible bidder. Things such as cracked tiles, then when replacing tiles, using wrong color grout. Terrible finish work on sheet rock seams and edges. Paint on doorknobs and hinges. Paint spots on brand new appliances and floor. Sloppy finish work on all 5 bathroom cabinets. Wrong touch up paint, using matte where should have been semi-gloss. All 5 toilet seats had blade marks where worker cut through cardboard to remove from packaging. Floor boards in loft completely loose, resulting in removal of carpet to secure and now loose carpet with visible seams. Master bedroom upstairs ceiling joint completely loose, when they tried to repair were unable to screw into ceiling joists leading me to believe that there were no joists in that area. Entire sections of pool area missing sand between pavers. Missing caulk throughout, inside and outside. All in all, sub standard work. The fact that you're asking me for my experience leads me to believe that your company is clueless as to the type of sub standard, unprofessional work being performed by what are obviously unskilled workers. (The young lady attempting to repair sheetrock in upper master bedroom ceiling was about 24 and absolutely clueless as to what she was doing, I saw her!) All of this I observed before closing, I don't want to even think of what is hidden behind the walls, what corners were cut, what shoddy workmanship was performed etc. Sorry, wish I could give better review. ... I was super excited when I first saw the house 12 months ago. But once I was in contract, the employees I worked with at the design center were curt, Zach with the financial department out of Colorado is why I didn’t do with Pulte, he was so rude, and after I closed, Pulte fired my point of contact and nearly 5 weeks later I get a response about setting up appointments to work on my punch list. Meanwhile, I have a hole in my ceiling, my banister isn’t secure, my fireplace doesn’t work, and the lights and cabinets aren’t installed according to the design packet, sloppy work all around the house. My walls are covered in blue tape. I want to love this house but this process has been awful. We have a leak in our ceiling (now with two holes in it), flooring damaged, garage door seal / weather strip damage, interior doors not shutting properly and one whole side of our garage is not powered. Not what you expect when moving into a model when the Pulte sales team worked here every day and had to notice / see all this.

Terrible, construction was delayed and Pulte won’t confirm due date to protect themselves. Still no repair on the defects that was pointed out during the walk through inspection. Overall, the delay that Pulte caused has caused my interest rate to go up.

A completely dysfunctional and incompetent company. Poor management, lack of communications and lack of supervision amongst project managers and their subs and laborers. No quality of work, no craftsmanship and very low quality materials used. Nothing but lip service to the consumer.

Have nothing good to say -- I'd be happy to write a stellar review if anyone followed through and if anyone had a plan to remediate all the issues.

Sales pitch was excellent but after that all that we saw was 1. Poor quality of workmanship 2. Don't care attitude from construction teams and sales team 3. Terrible experience working with Pulte Mortgage (Lied saying they would match the rate but ate up the time for the rate to go up) 4. Did not even care to fix all the issues reported before closing 5. Did not even care to hand over the keys after closing Made us feel that why did we even choose this builder. Regretting till now looking at their worst quality, workmanship and experience with Pulte team. My 2 cents for any buyers in future, DO NOT trust Pulte team as they are one of the biggest builder, do your detailed followup and question them every step of the process (almost every week) make them accountable for issue starting from sales team to construction team & closing team if not you will end up having bad experience for sure. ... Delayed by 4 months and then rushed into my home that was less than satisfactory. Have had nothing but issues and it's been a headache trying to get ahold of anyone to get them resolved.

Quality of the construction work is very poor. The house was not built at the luxury home standards. There was mess up in flooring, they dig the concrete in kitchen which left a lot of dust on all appliances and backsplash in kitchen. Painting work is very bad. I don't recommend Pulte homes.

There should be screens on the backyard door. After closing the house, it was promised to be installed, but it has not been installed after 2 months.
