Gorgeous neighborhood. Nice and quiet. Good sales staff. I kind of felt like I was being scammed by the mortgage company. The construction guy was a moron; he did not finished the final walk through list before closing. The majority of items are still unresolved a month later.

Great experience expect our construction builder

We were treated great by the sales agent, the design center and even the title company. We felt our construction builder, Al, was subpar as he did not catch a lot of simple things that were not right. He had a bad attitude anytime I tried to talk to him and he did not return an email until after we moved into our house. It’s very obvious to me now that when you buy a house you are paying for the construction builder and his or her desire to perfect your house. In this case we don’t feel like we got a perfected house but only a barely above par house.

Not thrilled with everything for the price. One coat of paint on all the walls. Giant knot holes in wood of basement steps. Carpet racks poking through carpet. Construction seems very rushed. Not what I thought was going to get for the hefty price tag.

Terrible workmanship throughout the house. Undone caulking and painting. The garage walls dont match because the field was too lazy or cheap to have the subs redo one side after they cut it about two inches short. Backyard door does not close smoothly. Broken pipes outside my home. Front door and garage door frames were not smoothed out where screws were used to install them. The foundation has rust leaking out the side from exposed rebar. There's a crack as well. Missing two sprinklers that are on my plans but were never installed. I'm very disappointed in the shotty work the field manager ...

Interior paint smudges almost spontaneously. We should have bought appliances on our own. Fit and finish poor quality in places. Pulte considers 7 days an appropriate response time.

Pay very close attention to details when doing the final walk through of your home, making sure everything was finished correctly from the flooring all the way up to the ceiling. Make notes and make sure they follow through to correct any discrepancies.

Our brand new house... where do I begin. Upon moving in our water heater did not work. It took two service trips. The people on the Pulte service line seemed uncaring and indifferent. Also our new microwave/oven combo went out the first week. It wouldn’t turn off so it was a danger to us. We had to turn off the breaker. (Which was mislabeled). So the HVAC unit was REALLY attached to the breaker labeled “OVEN”. Pulte homes are nice homes but leave a lot to be desired. Sub contractors are sloppy and problems are not corrected prior to settlement. Project manager was not responsive to problems.

We were put on hold for over 6 weeks with no progress, they hurried to finish the house in the month we were originally told. Now seeing small details that were missed ( such as trim not being painted that's exposed, tile not fully completed in master shower. We closed almost 2 months ago and still have no sod and keep getting the run around. Our driveway and side walks are covered in dirt/mud. 3rd time Pulte customer and not Happy

3rd time building a Pulte home. This last home building experience was terrible. Workmanship was terrible and the materials used super cheap. Nothing was done on time. If you are not persistent nothing will get fixed. You hear the same complaints from the neighbors. No flexibility on adding options after the build is started. Example additional lighting when the electricians have not started wiring the house. I’m shocked Pulte would not reach out or try to accommodate a 3rd time customer. I would not recommend Pulte this time.

The individuals who work for Pulte are great and do their best to correct the poor quality of work done by the subcontractors they hire. We've been in our new house 60 days and we're still waiting on issues to be resolved. Very disappointed in the quality of work by their subcontractors. I would not buy another Pulte home.

The house is beautiful. Materials look great. There’s a lot of little things like loose door frames, dent on walls that were just painted over, there are paint drops from small to big through out the house, the finish on the cabinets have cosmetic flaws the caulking in the bathrooms are already cracked so there’s a lot of cosmetic issues that for the price of the home I would think this should not have been an issue.

Neighbors are great! I am sad to say I am still waiting to be able to use my shower in the master bath. My builder was sent to another area in the process of finishing the issues with my home. He tried but couldn't get contractors out to finish the jobs. You for sure need to keep an eye on the work that's done inside. Like painting inside and out, floors and the doors. Don't take anyone's word it will be taken care of. Don't sign off on anything until it's done!

This was an inventory home, but the overall experience has been disappointing. I was rushed to sign the agreement within two days to get a bonus, which didn’t leave enough time to review everything carefully. During the inspection, instead of properly addressing issues, I was EDUCATED on why things were supposedly fine—most concerns were explained away rather than fixed. I still have a dead tree in the front yard and a garage door that makes a very loud noise when opening. Project manager was great until we left his review. After we gave him a good review, he has never returned our calls. We had broken screens we wanted replaced and deep scratches in our cabinets. Loud music all day from the workers, working and banging til way after dark.(10:30pm)Garbage all over from subcontractors even in ponds.There is no maintaining of roads due to construction debris. Most important there are no weather heads on the intake of the furnace inlet on the roof on any of the houses including ours.

What turned into a necessary buying experience has really soured for no reasonable explanation. The front salespeople are and serve their purpose to close "The Deal". Promise made/promises broken...... elderly hand railing for steps, follow up by painters, Ring Doorbell, etc... Now for defective building issues covered by "Their Written Homeowners Warranty".
