HI, we are very disappointed with the construction manager as he assured us on many pending items after the closure and he promised that it will be taken care and asked us for 5 star rating, its been 2 months after closing so many tasks are still pending.

Pulte Home Very Bad experience

They delivered the home with lots of issues. Pulte is not checking the basic construction quality prior to closing. Water was leaking from my pantry and Pulte took almost 1.5 months to fix. They installed wrong tile and still waiting to replace. Outside is horrible. Water and mud in my back, left and right of my home. Pulte is not giving any timeline to fix. They did not install the digital lock either and did not reimburse till now. I am very much frustrated with the build quality and response from Pulte.

Charging the highest price but doing the least possible

After we moved into the condo, we have experienced 1. two gas leaks 2. window water leaks 3. Shower sink leaks 4. missing part for the dish washer - customer care manager said he would give us the part but never did. 5. multiple dents in the garage floor - customer care said it's not a warrantable item. 6. hard to remove window stain - had to dissemble the window ourselves and clean 7. touch up paints so bad we will have to re-paint multiple walls 8. charge us an item on the contract($200) which is never done. They denied my prior submission for a review. Laughable. If I could give 0 stars I would. House was built with 0 care. Bathtub urinated in multiple times. Drinking on the job beer bottles everywhere..food trash etc..ac didn't work for a month and a half list goes on.

My new home has had nothing but very major issues since moving in. AC leak resulting in restoration, no hot water, bath tub leak, no electric in several rooms not to mention all the cosmetic issues. The workmanship of my house is disappointing at best. I will NEVER build with pulte again.

Don't BUY!!!! Very poor quality and they don't care. They promise the world and nothing but problems. Still waiting for things to get fixed.....no follow up on anything. I upgraded everything and the upgrades are cheap!!!!!! I can't imagine how cheap the standard items are. NOT WORTH THE COST AT ALL!!!!!!!!!

AWFUL!

Pulte is clearly a quantity, not quality type company. Our home in Wild Blue was a JOKE. Justin forced us to close without mirrors or glass in the bathrooms. The entire house is full of nicks in the walls, unfinished trim work, paint on everything (not just the walls). It is the epitome of sloppy. Getting someone to care once you’ve closed - nearly impossible, unless you make your way up the chain to superiors. The builder is responsive. However, he does not follow through with his promises. We always had to remind him to take care of small issues. The craftmanship is very bad. It is a $550,000 home but feels like a $200K home. I would not recommend anyone to buy any home from Pulte. Huge regret.

None of the tiles are levelled- Pulte says this is normal. None of my furniture stay levelled. Walls are not laid straight. Doors does not latch properly, painting not uniform, drywall already having cracks, walls already shaking after one month of closing. There are 30+ issues. Builders just want to close before all proper quality checks are done and forget about it. Field Manager is always in rush to go through inspections with you. Overall experience was terrible. It starts with Sales doing a poor job helping you through the many options. Then it continues with promises from both Sales and the Construction making promises that are never kept. The contracts are written to steer you to use Pulte Mortgage, who is non-responsive unless they want something. Communication is very poor throughout the process. Then to top it off, when you finally get to the ‘Celebration’ phase of the process, the quality of the house they built is not very good. A Disappointing Experience

There were a lot of issues with the new townhouse that we recently purchased from Pulte. There is a lot of unfinished work. When we report an issue in the construction, there is no response. The painting on the wall and windows are shabby. A deadbolt lock is forgotten to be installed, and another one can't be used as the latch and the hole are not aligned. And many more. When we report the issues on the Pulte website, no response. We bought this townhouse for location. In the future, recommend staying away from Pulte.

By far the worst experience I’ve had with Pulte buying a brand new home, They over promised and under delivered on completion date, they can’t be trusted make sure to read the contract over and over again, they can change your material options after you signed the contract and there will be nothing you can do about it! They also don’t communicate with you so your always finding yourself reaching out to them.

This experience has been absolutely terrible. The day that we closed on our house there was trash all over the front yard and brought the issue up to our project manager. Worse buying experience. Closed on our contract over a year ago, our house was one of the last one to get done in our neighborhood. For many months we were told a different estimate completion date that was moved every time we didn’t meet it. Communication was poor, finally when we had what I thought it was a set date and had everything ready with the lender they missed it again making us lose a very good interest rate.
