We purchased our home from Pulte based on the quality of work that we saw in the model home and the sales personal. From the start all of their subs were sub par , from the block work to framing and roof and siding . We have been in our home for 1 month now the sprinklers did not work for 1 month and the grass is dying . Exterior paint around windows and caulking terrible, paint on roof , numerous broken tiles and leaks in roof , the flashing was 1” below the concrete siding which was short by 7-8”. The roofer said it might be a leak from a shower so we will call again to customer care ...

Buying a new home has many expectations based upon what one pays and the quality of that purchase. We were shocked with a new home with no finish out on the garage, no gutters in a heavy rain area, no fans or light fixtures, no finish out on the laundry room and a new home with wire racks in all closets (very cheesy at best.) All of this will cost us $12K or more, . While we fully understand what you may call a "spec home" yet you seem to take advantage of what you provide to a new home owner.

We experiences delay after delay in the construction of our new home and did not close until more than nine months after the promised date. Error after error was made, and our house sat for weeks at a time with no work being done, while houses around us (most significantly including Pulte spec homes - built for their own account) started months after ours and closed months before. Even at the end point we were rushed to close with major items not yet completed. Now, more than 30 days after closing, we still have a very long punch list of items to be completed. We have several issues mainly related to design and architecture ranging from unreachable switches to rain water getting into the house from exterior door. Can’t even open the back door of suv while parked in the garage. The plumbing clean outs are installed in the master closet!!!!! The namesake laundry room is designed poorly. I could go on…..

Build quality is not as per standard. The material used is one of the worst. it is available in market with much cheaper ratesAlso, the construction manager never responds after the house is closed. One of the not so good experience.

Great experience with our sales person, Vanessa. Always there for us, even after closing and made the process smooth. Our superintendent Morrison was all promises and no results. Warranty is touch and go with our warranty rep having communication issue but when we involve his boss, repairs start to happen! Our home had 49 items for warranty and even the warranty rep said he was shocked it closed in the condition it did when he came over. This is my 19th house and I’d have to say, it’s probably the worst quality of all of them.

The process to get things corrected after we closed has been a nightmare. It has been determined that the master bathroom shower and floor has to be demolished and redone, tile backsplash in our kitchen has to be ripped out and redone, had to repair a brand new dryer four times, crown molding poorly done in some areas and cabinets weren’t installed correctly and majority of the hardware for the cabinets weren’t installed properly and cabinets have to be replaced. All of these issues should have been caught by the construction site manager prior to our closing, but obviously it wasn’t or I ...

Pulte does an exceptional job on the front in selling the home however the experience post sell is horrible. To get things accomplished is like a second job. It's unfortunate the repairs/warranty items become a line item. Pulte attempts to hold out on repairs until homeowners give up

Too many issues with poor workmanship to give Pulte a good review. Many issues easily avoidable, but grossly mismanaged. The trades working for Pulte have questionable experience and skill.

The house is built in good area. The quality of materials is not very good and it seems like company tried to save as much as possible on material used. It is hard get ahold and f somebody to fix issues. Options purchased were not installed.

We went into contract and closed in April, the house seemed great when I flew over and walked it. However it seems after talking to neighbors and my own experiences you’re better off buying one built and not in process because they rush it and leave so many issues trying to get it to the finish line. I’d rather it be late than deal with what I have going on. The overall quality control is terrible. Trim plates in devices are crooked, they’re cut because boxes were installed too close to doors and the door trim made the switch plates not fit so they cut them down and caulked it. As an ...

The spec home that they walk you through is no where near what you get. Had our home been shown when we decided to purchase, we would never have made the commitment. Very poor quality and workmanship. Sloppy workmanship and home was dirty (no where near move in ready) Far too many issues to name. Our new home purchase was a stressful and anything but a good experience. Our hope is that everything will be taken care of satisfactorily. We will see. Gianni has been great to work with. Construction manager takes copious notes when you first move I , then they never fix anything. Not one thing had been fixed from the pre-move in or post move-in 30-day period. Nothing. Period.

I think I won't recommend this builder again. Quality of build is OK. Service is terrible been over 30 days didn't hear back from anyone about multiple ticket orders i put in.

When purchasing a Pulte Home it is imperative that you have the home inspected by an independent home inspector at least 20 days prior to closing. Please do not underestimate how important this step is.

One of the most frustrating experiences of my life building with this company. Inconsistent oversight of subcontractors. Lack of transparency with issues. Poor communication during the build process. If you build with this company I would never come to the construction site. Watching "how the sausage is made" will do nothing but aggravate you. Make sure to hire a private inspector before closing.

Awful workmanship.

The quality and workmanship not good and we are very dissapointed. From painting, uneven walls, hole on the ceiling, misaligned lights, sub standard undersink tubings that is waiting to burst and leak water, the awful sound of water hammer or knocking sound that I do not know where it's coming from that I always hear inside master bedroom, the uneven pavement outside my home that's collecting water and never dries out, the gap in my kitchen cabinet trim and etc. For a home worth $600,000....

We were excited to move in. However we have found 3 pages of poor workmanship issues. We submitted tickets for all. Customer Service keeps making appointments to fix the issues but never show up. Stayed home from work last week to meet with Pulte no show no call. ai guess I am stuck with Pulte’s lousy work.

Pulte has bitten off more they can chew. Sales associates rush you through bid process and choosing finishes. Builders are under pressure to finish in a certain time frame, hired workers who do not care about workmanship, and rushed to complete builds in the last days. It shows. We have somewhere around 100 footprints on our driveway from workers with concrete on their boots! We have dead plants because they were installed and not watered until after 3 weeks! We have tile in the shower that looks like a first grader installed it !The pocket door to that bath is 1 inch wider at the bottom of the frame than the top of the frame!
