Very low-quality materials are used. The price is so high as compared to other houses which makes us not to refer any other customers to Pulte Homes to buy. The salesperson is not cooperative as we aspect.

Pulte Homes is not a good company to buy house. Pulte uses very low-quality materials to build houses which is not recommendable to other customers. It is worse company I ever uses. Please think before you purchase any house from Pulte Homes.

Pulte's sales person was good, but the construction manager and crews did a poor job executing and communicating. We were given a close date about a month or so out, and we jumped through hoops to prep and sell our previous home to meet that date. Leading up to close, Pulte did not disclose the poor quality of finishes throughout the home, even when directly asked. Everything about Pulte is bad, we had literally several issues after closing, they threatened us to close even with these issues identified during orientation. Very bad people, they are selling junk for 400-500k. Beware !!!

I would rate 0 but there is no option, The quality of build is very bad, Site manager doesnt care about the house. we had 100 problems after closing the home. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

I have sent numerous emails including photos displaying the poor workmanship, quality of materials and responsiveness to resolve issues that were identified during several walkthroughs and should been completed prior to closing, One may ask, "Why did you close?" Pulte strong arms buyers into closing after receiving the right to occupancy. Beware of the monetary penalty if you fail to close on their preset date in the contract.

Waited for a year for a new home, a lot of construction issues, pushed to close and many unresolved issues in the home. Be aware of these promises and really push closing until rectified

To save you some reading; there was little to no communication throughout the process regarding delays, issues, or any other problem that may have held up the closing. The favorite phrase across the board is, "not my job," which still rings true with completing items on our "weather letter" 6 weeks later. In short, Pulte took what SHOULD have been an amazing event in our lives and genuinely ruined the experience, taking all joy out of moving in. We will NEVER recommend Pulte to ANYONE, even people we don't like.

Quality workmanship is nowhere to be found in any phase of build. Contract for purchase was signed one year ago and still unfinished house (outside of house not painted, my guess is will never be caulked, yard is mud and rocks). Every phase of build appears to have been done by a blind two year old. House was just thrown together with attitude of just do it as cheaply as possible with as unskilled labor as is possible. This is my third Pulte Home and I the first I was able to choose my options and upgrades on so I thought it would be fun and exciting. Out first Pulte was a quality build and one previous buyers didn’t qualify for so we got a great bargain. The second was a no frills spec home and had a few issues, but Pulte took care of them. This house took 7 months longer to build than anticipated. Sloppy, dirty, incomplete work. Horrible attention to detail. I closed 2 months ago and there are still broken cabinets that need to be fixed and the microwave/oven combo is still MIA with no ETA. You have to beg for updates. I will not recommend anyone to buy pulte house , it would be better if you buy small builder house and save your money. Pulte is very bad and they don’t build quality house. Provide wrong in while booking and hide things at contract time.

Our family has purchased five Pulte homes in the past few years. Pulte has changed. Their mortgage company will tell you they will work with you on pricing but then not match a competitive bid. Construction was a disappointment from start to finish. Sub contractors did poor work and not mutch follow up by supervision. Pulte insisted on closing on a home that was not finished and very dirty. I wouldn’t recommend buying a Pulte Home and I question a lot of the most recent 5 star reviews, because myself and all my neighbors around me have the same opinion. If Pulte Homes focused more on building quality over quantity, plus picking the right sub contractors instead of sub par contractors, they wouldn’t have so many issues. Pulte Sales misled me early on, costing me thousands of dollars. Low quality standards evidenced inside and outside of house. Contractors show no pride in their work, or interest in doing a good quality job. Pulte construction shows no interest in quality. They are incented to put the house up as fast as possible so Pulte can collect your money ASAP!!!

The entire experience was awful. The title company was awful, the y process was terrible and there was rarely communication, the warranty department doesn’t respond to my emails. Workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to. I had a better experience with Lennar and that’s saying a lot
