I think some of the paint work could have been better

Would really like it we didn’t have to jump thru so many hoops when radon was found (it was at my home) but everything else including closing and insurance partners was good.

I purchased multiple properties. The preclosing hype was very high. The tone and drive to please and earn Kudos prior to the closing diminished a lot post-closing. Also there were at least a couple of issues that were identified before closing, and promised to be fixed immediately were not really followed thorugh. My concern is - why is there any problem in a brand new home to begin with? My advice to potential buyers- lower your expectations- you will be happy you did.

Closing delayed 5 times, often with minimal notice, still no cable or internet, with no firm hook-up date in sight, told we would get Starlink in the interim, but have not yet received it. Poor planning of light switch and vent locations and laundry room connections. Layne, Derrick and Mike are extremely responsive which is much appreciated.

The purchase process was smooth, efficient, fair, and we were treated professionally throughout the interaction. I would recommend buying a Pulte home.

What stood out most was how informed I felt throughout the building process. Questions were addressed promptly, expectations were clear, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. The team's professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through made a significant difference in my overall experience.

Working with Pulte and their professionals was a pleasure. They continually kept us informed as to the status of the house and what to expect next. They made a stressful process pleasant. Not an easy thing to do.

He was very informative, communicated in a timely manner, and made sure all contractors were doing an excellent job!

Overall, my experience was positive and I'm very happy with my new home. The building process went fairly smoothly, and I appreciated being kept informed throughout construction. As with any new build, there were a few issues that came up during the process and after closing, and some items required additional follow-up to get resolved. There were times when communication and attention to detail could have been better, particularly with some of the finish work and punch-list items. That said, the team was generally responsive when I brought concerns to their attention and continued working with me to address outstanding items. I love the layout, finishes, and overall design of my home, and I'm very happy with how everything came together. I would recommend adding a half bath closer to the family/gathering area that the third bedroom can use as a bathroom. While the home layout is nice, the execution falls short. You are not allowed to make even minor layout changes, and the quality of material installation is well below expected standards—something that only becomes apparent after you move in and live in the space. It feels as though the builder has changed their overall standards to cut costs, stepping away from traditional construction norms without giving buyers the choice to upgrade to higher-quality materials or installation. Higher standards of workmanship are definitely needed.

My experiences with pulte this time. We both have Masters Degrees and are aware of reviews. If someone cares about experienced customers have call *****.

Overall James in finance was the reason we got the house. He was easy to work with and we never felt rushed. The other departments were always rushing us and wanting us to help them do their job. Overall it was an okay experience.

I am really happy with the final outcome and truly love my new home. However, the overall build process from purchase to move-in was far more stressful and frustrating than it should have been. While the team was somewhat responsive, communication and follow-through on promises could have been much better along the way. I'd advise future buyers to stay very hands-on throughout the build.

I purchased a move-in-ready Pulte home and overall I am very happy with both the home and my experience. Before closing, the Pulte team did a very good job of identifying items that needed attention, and they were also responsive to the things I pointed out during my walkthrough. The house isn’t perfect—no house is—but it is nicely built, and I’ve been very happy with the quality of my home. I also used Pulte Mortgage, which made the purchase and closing process convenient. I did run into an unexpected and somewhat stressful issue when I was asked to provide information regarding a home from my previous marriage 16 years ago. I had purchased another home since my divorce and had refinanced that mortgage a few times without this ever being an issue, so I was surprised that it came up. In the end, everything was resolved, and the representative I worked with was very nice and helpful throughout the process. There were a couple of minor disappointments. For example, I was told my grass would be cut once after I moved in, but that was never arranged. That’s a relatively small issue in the context of the entire home-buying experience, but better follow-through on commitments like that would have made an already good experience even better. Most importantly, I love my new home and the neighborhood, and I’m very happy with my decision to purchase a Pulte home. We were very satisfied with all aspects of Pulte Builders. Everyone was very professional and any small issues were immediately taken care of.

Everything was clear, quick, and professional. We felt support on each step, and got extended answers to all our questions.

We firsthand witnessed quality work during the building process. Communication happened weekly, with narrative and photo updates. Team has been responsive to minor fixes even after moving in.

The process from purchase to move-in had some delays, but overall we are very happy and pleased with our new home. The quality and value are excellent, and the layout fits our needs perfectly. Our experience was made truly exceptional by our fantastic sales associate, who was incredibly responsive, kept us informed, and ensured promises were kept even when wider team communication lagged.

Things really need to be double checked before an owner walks thru. Quit a few issues and some seem dangerous.

From working with the seller in the community to mortgage, to closing, made our first time buying easy and stress free as it could be with buying our first home. Great quality build.

I was able to visit the site while my home was being built. I hired a private inspector to make sure everything was built correctly. Any issues were dealt with in a timely manner.

We had a major issue with something at the beginning of our build, but after a very stressful argument and many calls to corporate, the issue was resolved. We are glad it is resolved. Overall we are very pleased with the beauty and quality of our new home. The house is well built, solid and feels so fresh and new. The grounds and park are beautiful and well kept. Neighbors are awesome people. Sometimes it's hard to get responses from certain people, and other times they are very responsive, depending on what you're asking.

Most everything was ok with the house. Warranty procedure was easy, however I had to argue with the ***** to get things done. Communication was poor. One item was not approved a chip in the shower pan. The ***** said that it would not be covered because it was not found during the home walkthrough. I called the manufacturer and they said it should be covered and they covered fixing the issue within 1 week under warranty. Pulte after the sale needs to retrain customer service reps.

Overall, the purchase experience was positive. Anyone buying from a large builder understands that they generally have limited flexibility with terms and processes, but I found them reasonably flexible during the negotiation phase. My home did experience a closing delay. I pushed hard to maintain the original closing date, and as a result, the final grading and landscaping were completed poorly and rushed. Part of my sod died because rocks and debris were not properly removed before installation. I identified the grading issues during the final walkthrough and closing process, and they eventually returned to address those concerns. Unfortunately, the sod quality afterward was still very poor, and the seeded areas never properly established. I have also experienced a leak in the bathroom and another leak at the front of the house during a storm. I am still waiting for both issues to be resolved. In addition, the front door was poorly painted. I was told that someone would come to repaint it, but I am still waiting. During construction, my original construction manager left the company and another manager took over. He was a decent and professional person, but it often felt like the focus was on moving to the next project. Once the paperwork is signed and the home is closed, the ***** of attention and urgency tends to decrease significantly. Overall, my advice to future buyers is simple: do not close on the home until every item has been completed correctly and to your satisfaction.
