We’re first time home buyers and we had the best possible experience with the Pulte team. Our build manager sent us weekly updates and all the staff were enthusiastic throughout the whole process.

Sales and service were excellent with Yelena always helping with floor plan options and exterior materials and showing models and options and just over all caring for the needs and concerns for choosing a new home.Alex was very methodical in making sure every building phase was done on time and confirmed the structure was built to our satisfaction. Very nice to have the Pulte Design Center available to help with selecting building materials. Patti Made things comfortable and easy to select color schemes and textures etc. pleasant home buying experience

The sales team Vickey was great, she helped us from the first time we walked in and she answered all the questions and concerns we had, 5 starts for her. Construction manager Carson was great as well. He knew his stuff and very detailed explaining all the house features. 5 starts for him Lending department, pulte mortgage was the worse. They kept asking for documents that I already sent, weeks went by without any response, it was 7 days before my closing and they yet had us qualify for the loan. It put us on a bad spot specially since we were moving from another state. I cost us thousands of dollars due to their negligence. 0 starts for pulte mortgage. ... More

Beautiful home. However, there were several items that were somewhat unfinished and or rushed. Several painting issues on the exterior and balcony.

Mr Michael was awesome and a man of integrity, I LOVE my quality built home. Mr Steve is an angel, I felt valued, I felt like every need was attended to and every question answered. Mr Steve was honest and fair and no pushy, very knowledgeable about Pulte and the homes. Mr Steve was a true delight to work with, I am honestly extremely thankful to have purchased my home with Pulte Mortgage. Mr Kelly in the office answered all of my questions, she was very relatable and professional, I felt safe with her and trusted her to work on my paperwork. THANK YOU SO SO VERY MUCH PULTE MORTGAGE!!!

Great experience with sales and maintenance teams

From sales with Derek and pricing with home of our choice we were very pleased. The condition of the home on move in was spotless. I would refer anyone to Pulte. This was our 15th move and it was well worth it. By the way it will be our last move.

Process was easy informative helpful the community is beautiful even after I closed they have been very responsive to my needs thank you for such a great home buying experience

As one of the big builders you guys are, please understand that for you its just another customer, but for the customer its their first home, one of the biggest purchase they can make, they are going to work for this for the next x amount of years. Don't make poor quality homes and rush the procedure cause you focus on quantity rather than quality. Your construction managers badger on getting all 10 ratings the next day you close the house , this can be verified with other neighbors too. They message you till the time you don't get it done. Once done Poof in the air!. They leave behind a long list of issues that the warranty person has to take care and just run around for it. Multiple cracks in the wall explanation: "we will see if we feel necessary to repair". Appliance not installed correctly" yeah go open tickets and wait for weeks to use your appliance". Carpets" all over the house nails are popping out, carpets are releasing threads, we were told that there is padding under it, you feel nothing" they show great things at the design studio but in reality. Home window frames the walls are crooked which affects the blinds. All around the house where tiles are installed there is spacing on the joints and should be filled up with caulking. While rushing to finish construction , they cross wired the entire HVAC system zones , and upon asking they tried to throw scientific terms that we use refrigerant and not freon, and it takes more time to cool and what not until the technician came and showed it to them. Within the garage, no paint on the drywall , they just give you as is, get your own paint. Public sidewalk infront of the house multiple places its chipped broken, I understand cause they are finishing the construction 10 houses away, but it hardly gives a premium feeling. Driveways, regular concrete unlike toll brothers who give pavers to the home owners within the same price range. a big damage to the wall it took 28 days to get it repaired. Please guys do better, if you focus on quality you will be able to make lifelong customers don't focus on making quick million, focus on triple digit millions and that will come with superior quality, not poor workmanship. ... Pulte did a nice job helping us through the home buying, building and closing process of our new home. They build our plan to our specifications and delivered a quality home on budget and faster than we expected.

Wow, what a wonderful experience my wife and I had in purchasing our home in Crescent Cove. From our first meeting with Michael, the sales coordinator, to James our construction manager, we couldn’t have been happier. Michael’s knowledge and assistance with designing a perfect home, to showing us homes that were move in ready, convinced us we were choosing the right neighborhood . Once we chose our home, we met with James. Our first visit found the home with numerous “blue stickers” that James said needed touch ups. The next day painters were busy correcting blemishes. Our followup found more blue stickers, as James made sure that everything was perfect inside our new home. These two gentlemen’s positive outlook helped make this home purchase a comforting and rewarding experience. ... More

Experience was great, all on schedule, and super quality. We are very happy!

We were early into our house hunt and we found a Pulte new community that would be close to school and other amenities. The price was higher than expected possibly due to location. The sales rep was honest and helped us chose the upgrades that we needed. Design appointment was excellent and Abby did a fantastic job, my only feedback would be to see if weekend appointments can be arranged as we had to take day off work to make it. Work was on schedule but we felt a bit rushed at times which likley caused some build quality issues. Large crack on foundation was not expected but we were told was safe and within tolerable limits, although most of our neighbors mentiiend that they didn't have such cracks. Frmaign material looked of poor quality with numerous cracks and blemishes, specially compared to other newer builds that was happening in the same community. Again we were told that within tolerable limits, may be we just got a bad batch. Small blemishes in final finish some of them were nti taken care of, as we were told it is within contractor grade quality. But we expected a more premium finish for the price. Finally as we are two months in moving in, landscaping probably was the worst part of the build quality and it is not under warranty. Poor quality gradign with no top aoido and grass never came out in the backyard. Had to invest a fortune to fix the backyard and front yard sod. Overall, I would say a decent experience. Buy my next house o would probably custom build, as we had little control over the quality of materials and workmanship. I would likely not recommend to my friends. ... More

Lee, the construction manager was great. He has been very responsive to our needs. However, dealing with PulteMortgage was less than ideal. I have an 850 credit score, but they were very nick picky before finally approving my eligibility for a mortgage.

Negative experience with Pulte and their new community Vida’s Way in FL. We were among the first to purchase a home in new community and expected the company to be especially attentive to its first customers. We truly like the community itself — it’s beautiful and has great potential — but the constant struggle to get issues fixed completely ruins the experience. We have encountered numerous problems with the house. Many took weeks to resolve, and some remain unresolved because the quality manager simply refuses to acknowledge or address them. The most telling example is the lawn. During the final walkthrough before signing the contract, the construction manager admitted the grass was defective and promised to replace it. We submitted multiple trouble tickets, followed up repeatedly, and kept hearing: "Yes, yes, everything is under control." In the end, we were told this is supposedly "not a warranty case" and nothing would be done. It feels like the company is simply stalling and avoiding fulfilling its promises. It’s disappointing to see that behind the polished marketing language there is a lack of accountability and respect for customers. ... More

Not good at all

I was highly fascinated to have such high standard building. I like the design of the homes built.

This community's HOA is absolutely horrible in response time for architectural submittals. 45 days and beyond is unacceptable as most vendor quotes are good from 15 to 30 days! As a former HOA president and one who reviewed arbs in a community of 280 homes (and this is a NEW Developoment with no where near that amount yet) my turn around was 48 HOURS! Something needs to be done to get a grip on this timeframe!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been great! Our one concern/complaint so has mainly been the proximity to the train tracks and horn that constantly is heard all hours of the night. It’s to the point that I probably would not have purchased the home if I would have known it was this loud every night. The home, the neighborhood and the Pulte employees have been great.

I purchased an unit from Pulte Homes and was shocked at the lack of value. The unit came with no microwave, washer, or dryer—basic appliances you’d expect to be included. The paint job was sloppy, materials look and feel like the cheapest options available, and the overall construction quality is poor. The parking garage is another major disappointment. The space is so small that even a small car can barely fit, making it essentially unusable. If I could go back, I would have researched more and inspected every detail before signing. Buyers should be aware that “brand new” doesn’t always mean quality with Pulte Homes. ... More

For the most part it was a great experience, building here with Pulte. Everyone was great EXECPT dealing with Pulte mortgage.. They are the worst and ruined my home buying and build Looking back I would NEVER use them!!! .. Up until the day before they kept asking for the same things 3 and 4 times when they had it.. Had me running around during the whole process and again up until 2 days before the closing.. I was injured and disabled in the line of duty so it wasn't easy,( Not sayin boo-hoo for me ) I told them you have everything yet.. then threatened me a few times with.. if you don't resend this or that paperwork you will not close!!! The pressure was disgraceful AND UNNECESARY !!!.. Not happy at all with Pulte mortgage and they ways they worked, This is how you treat the disabled?!?!. ... More
