DO NOT BUY A PULTE HOME!!!!!! We have been in this house for 2 months and it’s been horrible. We have had a gas leak. We have doors won’t close properly and hinges that pop and crack, flooring on first floor getting repaired/replaced for the second time, and major crack in the foundation. I wish I would have never bought this nightmare!!!!

first the quality of paint is very bad , with small accidental touch hit any dry wall a patch of paint falls on the ground the closets fittings are too weak , the allginments are not straight the location is good , regarding the quality need to work, the flooring wood is not sticked well , few of the them hallow

My husband and I have had houses built a couple of times in our lives, and usually it was a big headache! Having this house built in carriage estates with Pulte homes was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had! The building manager communicated and worked with us throughout the whole process. Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end.

Quality to phone and finish it ok. Mortgage/closing is pathetic.

Pulte made the entire home buying experience stress free . Molly , our sales rep was professional, friendly and responsive. Our construction supervisor, Nathan was communicating the entire way . If we had questions both were responsive and trustworthy. The home was delivered on time and looked great . Overall Experience: The journey from initial purchase to move-in was lengthy but mostly transparent. We stayed on top of every requirement and did our part, which helped keep things moving. Toward the end, however, the process became more difficult and less coordinated, which added stress during a time that should have felt exciting. Quality & Value: The Lexington model offers competitive quality compared to other builders in Davis Ranch. The layout and design are strong, but there were several items left unfinished that should have been addressed before closing. For the price we paid, we expected a more polished final product. Builder Team Experience: Our experience started on a high note with the sales consultant—an exceptional young lady who guided us with transparency and care. She consistently checked in and made us feel supported. Once construction began, our manager was upfront and communicative during the three major checkpoints. However, after the final walkthrough, we were disappointed to find the home had not received its final cleaning. It was handed over in a condition far below the standard we saw in Pulte’s model homes, which was a major letdown. That level of presentation is what convinced us to buy, and we expected the same care in our own home. Advice to Future Buyers: Stay engaged throughout the entire process and hold the builder accountable—just as they hold buyers to every requirement. While we’re grateful for the opportunity to own this home, there were several incomplete steps and overlooked details that shouldn’t happen at this level of investment. It was great doing business with you guys

Within 48 hours of moving in we had to have them come and tear out a shower wall because it was installed improperly. When I went back to the sales office to find out what to do, the sales agent said ‘it’s ok, it’s under warrantee’ like it’s no big deal to have to tear up a bathroom upon moving in to my new home because I don’t have to pay to fix it!!?! We were todl that they would replace several dead plants after things cooled down but when I asked about it a month later they said it was not their problem and I had to argue with the lady about it - they still aren’t replaced After our last rain storm I noticed that the drainage from our backyard was going under our garage porch opening up a big hole. and it looks like the water may be working its way under our foundation. They said it was the landscapers problem and they weren’t responsible - although the landscaper explained to me that they had nothing to do with the poor drainage issues. Again, I had to argue and fight with a very rude woman who told me they considered the matter closed. I subsequently had their onsite Foreman come over and he finally agreed that it was their fault/responsibility and when I called the very rude lady back, she still gave me a hard time about it. This is my first and last new build as this house is now my "forever" home. I am still waiting for many issues to be resolved. Most of it could have been avoided if the subcontractors cared about workmanship and quality. Too much of a rush to just get it done no matter if the outcome was obviously sloppy or neglected. Not allowed enough time to really inspect the house before closing. The construction manager trying to get issues addressed on the actual closing day! The newly assigned warranty manager is a positive as he took the time to listen and spend time going over all the remaining issues that need to be resolved. ... More

Quick 2 week process for the mortgage. Everyone was kind and helpful in getting it done.

The mortgage process through Pulte was quick and easy to upload documents via their portal. My loan agent was responsive and was able to close quickly. The house quality is good, and better than other homes that I’ve had built. I’d buy another home from them

Was a wonderful experience. Donald was amazing to work with and very patient and understanding. Everyone in between to Kyle . Kyle was awesome and went out his way to make sure our house was 100 percent perfect.

We love our home. Our concerns along the way were not always received how we would have liked from the sales agent. We caught errors in the building process, that created delays. We were surprised by the lack of upgrades at this price point.

From discovering the home for sale, to making an offer, to closing and moving in, we’ve had a great experience. Joe, Natassja, and David were great to work with, answering all our questions. We feel good about the value of our investment, and love the neighborhood and amenities.

I would recommend buying a new home here because of great quality and value in a great development.

Had a great home buying experience. The highlight had to be the pre-closing walk thru with Josh. He did an absolutely phenomenal job explaining the features of the Home and his attention to detail was unrivaled. He was patient, knowledgeable, and more than willing to share every facet of the Home with us. I couldn't have been happier and he made us feel like we got a great home

Our experience with Pulte Homes was outstanding! From Jennifer in sales to Devor, our construction manager, the entire team was amazing. We couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went — we actually closed on our home earlier than expected! We love our new home, we love our neighborhood, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

the project manager was okay. with the respond during the construction process but the contractor or sudcontractors where messi. not good on the final touches (drywall, paint, roof tile, and the master bathroom the lights flacker when the ac turns on. (electrician have to come and check)

I'm talking about my house. The quality of the material is standard or less than standard. After just 2 weeks of moving into the house, the kitchen windows were loose and couldn’t be closed. The roof between the stairs and the living room / kitchen is too low to the extent that the furniture company could not carry the standard size sofa into the living room and I had to return it and buy Love seat instead. Stranger people park directly Infront of your home because it's considered public parking and most of the time you end up parking far from you home because other people are parking directly Infront of your home and (they call it public parking). I cannot open the window because stranger people parking directly Infront of my home and they sit in the car waiting for their friends or family members to come (and they call it Public Parking". I complaint to the office but unfortunately, they said that they can't do anything because it's PUBLIC PARKING. Parking directly Infront of other people's houses considered public parking!!!! there is no visitor parking. The area needs more lights to be safe. The entrance to the community is very narrow and unsafe, the road to leave the community is unsafe too because it's very narrow and there is a fire stand where you exit the community, the way is located is very unsafe to the drivers. In general, driving in and out of the community is uncomfortable/ unsafe for its narrow. I hope you take my concerns seriously and fix all the issues because I like our community to be the best.
