Deciding to build our retirement home we toured many neighborhoods to not only choose a great location, but also helped us zero in on the builder choice. Seeing the quality of planning with Pulte neighborhoods, prompted us to stop at the model home to work through an initial home planning process with Matt at Blue Ridge Creek. From that moment on, we were "catered to" as new home builders, working through the many questions to be answered and decisions to be made. Then being introduced to Nick our Construction Manager, who initially walked us through the timetable and various decision timelines, and visually kept us updated on progress with weekly emails including pictures of our build process. This was exgtremely helpful since we were from out of town with only occasional visits to the site. The finalization and closing process with Aaron and the Pulte Mortgage group and closing team also went smoothly. This was my first time buying new construction and the things that stood out the most about my experience were the professionalism and great service from the Pulte team involved in my purchase. If I had any questions or concerns on any aspect of the purchase/build, whether it be the upgrade options, mortgage process, construction phase they were addressed almost immediately. Great overall team effort.

Pulte Builders are the best! They had my best interest at heart and helped me with my sale from start to finish which helped me tremendously being an out-of-towner. I would highly recommend Pulte Homes for their workmanship.

We love our home and are exceptionally pleased with it. There have been a few issues, but between the project manager and warranty consultant, things get fixed pretty quickly. The difficult part of the home building/buying is we lived in VA while the home was in TX. Until the last 2 months, it was difficult to get updates on the home. The final project manager was the best in keeping us informed.

My project manager had way too many homes. It was evident in the responsiveness and ability to keep up with issues. There were a few hiccups along the way that I had to stay on top off, but the painters are a disaster. It was ridiculous what was missed and how many times they had to come back. By the time we closed, I basically just gave up. I’m also disappointed that the ceiling/attic isn’t strong enough to support any storage. I would like to attach some indoor gym equipment for kids to the walls and ceiling, but Im scared the roof would fall down..even though I was able to put something similar in my last house without issues. Whenever we had any questions about anything dealing with the construction to the purchase to even after the closing, Pulte was more than eager to assist us in either answering a question or acting on a concern, immediately. We consider Pulte to be an excellent partner in the building of a new home. And would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Worst experience. Would never build with Pulte ever again. Had to visit the house every day to make sure house was completed properly and on schedule. Had to go above site manager’s head on multiple occasions to his boss to make sure proper repairs were completed. Initial Electrical and plumbing done incorrectly in the kitchen, no water to the dishwasher, multiple cabinets damaged, windows leaked at the time of closing and then charged $700 in late closing fees because I wouldn’t sign until windows were repaired. Told me since I didn’t find it during the walk through it was my fault. I could go on with even more issues. Do not build with Pulte. ... More

Pulte is a good builder and we feel happy we went with Pulte - our field manager was very helpful and responsive!

Great experience, great support from field manager Chris and Sales Cam. Also great service from Pulte mortgage team.

Home is great with appliances and tiles and hardwood floors. All ceiling LED lights are very nice and bright the home. All staffs are friendly and quick response to any issue that I have concerning the home.

Our overall experience with Pulte was very positive, with a few small but bothersome issues. There were a few repair items we pointed out to the build team during our various meetings. While some of those were addressed upon reinspection, others weren’t and we had to repeatedly ask for some minor repairs and touch ups to be completed.

From beginning to end, Pulte has been extremely amazing! The home built for us is top quality and every employee showed great customer service! We are so happy to own a Pulte home and would highly recommend them.

Built our home from start to finish -picked out the absolute perfect home and lot. We could not be happier. From the time we walked into the sales center to the design center and the build. Everyone was so professional and communicated with us along the way. They all gave us updates and met their build times. Super excited with our home and the process was stress free!

The quality of the work was great. Very responsive and no major issues with the construction. From day 1 to closing date everything was great.

The house is leaking less than 30 days after closing and the heat system is not working in just 30 days.
