The quality of materials was fair at best. Multiple repaints and touchups needed. The molding down the basement steps were gapping with a width at the bottom of 2.5 inches and top 1.5 inches. Was told this was the Standard with Poulti and local staff not allowed to change. As I write this we have handymen putting down molding for safety and a finished look. Our Handy men were shocked by the lack of finish. They were not complimentary with the product. One said if this was done right, I would not be here. Many items forgotten and/or missing. Poor quality finishes inside and outside. Unreasonable delays during the build process. Went through three field supervisors during the build process. I would not recommend Pulte Homes. They could have made it a quality experience, but the house just feels cheap.

We regularly experienced delays or difficulty communicating with our construction manager, Logan. During the construction process of our almost $800K home, he was often unresponsive for days or weeks at a time and only responded after several follow-ups when cc'ing everyone we'd talked to from Pulte. Whenever we met in person, Logan wouldn't take notes about our concerns and smirked at our concerns about poor finish quality and workmanship. Material used is low quality and workmanship is sub-standard. We have been in the home for 4 weeks and some of carpeting is already coming off at the seams. Some of the tiles on the floor are damaged, door knobs are loose and some doors do not shut properly. Kitchen drawers are not aligned properly. A large package (mattress) that was erroneously delivered prior to our closing date, was stolen by someone on site - which the crew could and should have left in the garage or inside the house. House and garage were not cleaned before we move-in date.

There is no light in the toilet room. They placed a handicap bar behind the toilet, that is of no help to my husband. The towel bar is in the toilet room and not next to the sink. There is a 6 inch border going into the shower so it is not handicap accessible. The cabinets are made of some material that is not wood. The toilet paper holders are plastic. The appliances are the cheapest and bottom of the line you can find anywhere. The "gathering room" is a misnomer as it can only accommodate 3 people. I don't think I would ever go with Pulte Homes again in my life. The buying and building process was okay. I'm very very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and materials used in the home even with everything upgraded. I feel like I overpaid by a lot compared to the value I received in the home. Most of the items marked to get fixed during the final walkthrough were not fixed as they had only kept 2 day window between the final walkthrough and the closing. Quality of workmanship is above average, but there are definitive flaws with the angles of the walls and doors. There are many walls and doors that are crooked and bowing right now (before settling). Our interiors doors were poorly installed; some simply don't latch properly, others latch with effort. One of our initial concerns is that we had three construction managers. Site manger just let anything pass once we moved in we found a lot of thing wrong and brought up to building manager let warranty handle it they will fix it we had 67 items on the list they have to come back and fix and a few of the item they had to come multiple times to fix

while there were some aspects of the project that were completed to my satisfaction, there were also areas where I felt that improvements could be made. One specific area of concern for me was the communication throughout the project. I often found it difficult to get in touch with someone from your team, and when I did, I didn't always receive prompt or clear responses to my questions. This caused some delays and added stress to the project.

First of all, my experience with Hector, the construction manager was GREAT! He exemplifies the outstanding customer service and responsiveness of a true professional. My experience went downhill from there. There were (and still are) a dozen items on the punch list that have not been addressed by the customer service team. Atleast in my case, i don't think this is the right value for the price i paid. Firstly my house backyard is main road facing and there is no fence provided, typically it should have been provided. After waiting over 14 months for our home, it was not up to what we expected. The cost was over a million dollars. Giant homebuilders like Pulte are only motivated by increasing shareholder value. Even when they do not have the bandwidth to sustain the rate of construction while also maintaining a minimum level of quality in their builds, they continue anyway. Moved in and had to deal with issues within a month related to build quality that left our new home damaged. Pulte was trying to deflect responsibilities and made the whole experience very frustrating. I don't think I would trust them again and would not recommend them.

I thought the home materials were good quality. Not even a month after moving in the bathroom sink basin got a big Crack. Pulte is unable to fix it because it didn't happen during closing. I doubt I'll buy a Pulte home again. Everyone should beware and pay close attention to the finishes if choosing Pulte.
