Pulte send the wrong documents to Freedom Insurance and they are charging us so much. They are still charging us for the Cancelation of the old Insurance (Putle Insurance) and they won't update. We are getting a lawyer and we are going to include Pulte for not sending the correct informaiton.

BAD experience

Everything with Sales was good. The construction phase is one where all SawGrass members (my neighbours) had issues with a Construction Manager (Dominick) who talks to customers like piece of trash. I wish i could gives Sales team (Lori) 100/10 and then the next part of construction and post closing experience is 2/10. Definitely do not recommend Pulte at SawGrass till the construction managers learn how to behave with customers. You can buy a bigger house and good construction managers at MI homes

Disappointing Experience with Pulte Homes

Our experience building a home with Pulte was, unfortunately, disappointing. We initially chose Pulte because we believed they prioritized customer satisfaction and had a strong quality assurance process. At first, things seemed promising. The initial project manager clearly explained the construction process, which gave us confidence. However, as the build progressed, he failed to meet many of our expectations and requests. We closed in early April and were told we had no driveway or landscaping due to weather. Later we found out the Pulte was having contracting issues and it took 3 months to complete the work. Response to calls, texts, and emails was very poor. A week ago our neighbor's house burnt down and our house received significant damage. No one from Pulte had contacted us to see if we were OK. Floor Issues

What Pulte shows in their design center and what they deliver was completely different especially for flooring. The floor tile selected at design center was smooth and what they delivered has rough grooves on every tile and they even don't want to correct the isssue. Its forBronk farm lot263 even the A/C unit makes lot of noise and they aren't accepting its an issue to correct it

Felt mislead from the beginning by our sales agent. The overall quality has been disappointing and the finish work is bad. The carpet was installed too early and no care was taken by the project manager to protect all the trades from coming inside and "trashing" our upgraded carpet. Highly frustrating and disappointing! Questionable Mortgage/Title work + Poor Craftsmanship/Materials

SOOOOOO many issues. Not only with poor craftsmanship and materials, but with Pulte Mortgage and Title too. My recommendation: CAREFULLY review your Settlement Statement as well as EVERY detail in your home BEFORE signing ANYTHING. As things stand, Pulte under paid me $1,188 in property taxes. Given I took title 5 days before the end of 2024 I didn’t think much of Pulte crediting me $1383 for 2024 taxes. That is until I learned the taxes for 2024 were $2,571. We’ve been another number in giant housing market. Our design center experience was wonderful, and we felt like Pulte was invested in building us a quality home. From that point forward, it became obvious we were a number and the most important factor was how quickly the home could be put up at the lowest cost. Still long way to go for the quality improvement and responsiveness. Strong impression that your goal is just to get an approval signature without listening to the customers' issues afterwards. Pulte still lacks of providing reliable home quality to the customer satisfaction with making the reasonable profits instead of ripping off the customers.

Borderline Disappointment

We we able to purchase a spec home, we were able to see it from the framing stage and on. The framing seemed completed with quality. However once drywall went on and the end stages of the house started coming together is where I had to monitor the house closely. There is absolutely no pride in anyone’s work anymore. Builder team and construction manager were very impressive with their responsiveness. Sales person was extremely pushy and arrogant, always thinking highly of himself. Pultes construction quality is subpar, there is a lot of rattle and shaky parts in this house. Regret going with this builder, mistakes were made.

Very poor quality of workmanship overall - few examples include very bad cutting of the roof for pipes out, drywall finish around windows, baseboard footer, staircase railing, sod foundation, appliances not fixing firm in its place and many more. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire process with Pulte. The home was built in poor condition. I had to submit many warranty claims. They are responsive but considering i have only been in my house a month its horrible. At closing i was given keys that didn't work. I couldn't sleep in my room for the first week due to issues that weren't taken care of. Overall if you decide to go with Pulte please inspect and follow through. If i had to do it again i would not purchase with Pulte.

The quality shown in the model homes was not what we received in our new home . From the hvac to cabinets that we paid extra for , to the electricity . Just overall would not recommend Pulte to anyone .
