very happy with floor plan and workmanship

Very unhappy since I've moved in. Every one just dissappeared. Where is the construction manager??? I have emailed him at least 5x and I get no response. His name is James, did he get fired??? I called my sales person, Samantha and I get no response. I emailed John at the sales office also, no response from all three of these people!!! Who do I get in touch with for repairs. I have been trying to get in touch with James for at least 7 weeks now. I have a cabinet that has not been replaced since August!! Who do I call please!!!!!

Sales agent (Roxanne Martin) made it happen, very responsive and easy to work with. The Construction Manager (Daniel Ladig), pointed out the few issues in the walkthrough before I did, and had them fixed before I moved in. Was refreshing to not have to follow up.

I wish I would of gone with a different builder

My grading of side yard was not done properly and the construction manager has been delaying it since then.It has been many months and nobody is looking into it.I had a very bad experience and I wanted to escalate it.This is not what you expect after paying so much.

I think you have to monitor carefully along with field supervisor the quality of workmanship.

I expected building a new home to be very complicated and frustrating. Pulte, however, walked us through everything so easily! Even though we were out of state, I always felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns I had. I love the quality of my new home and haven’t had any problems bigger than minor, easy to fix, flaws. I highly recommend Pulte to everyone I talk to about my experience.

The process of building the house was somehow smooth. Some of the materials used were not best quality (ie. wood for wall studs, gypsum boards). Even the carpenter confirmed this. The field managers relies on the contractors for supervision. The construction is in autopilot, little supervision from field managers. If you see issues during inspection make sure they are taken care before closing. After closing you have to request warranty service which will cause lots of headaches. I had window frame redone twice due to bad construction. Wall redone because of bumps on it. Door replaced because they tried to fix a broken door. The door replaced was not installed correctly. Another person came to hammer the frame trying to fix it. Another person came a different day to finish it by covering nails and apply caulking, another day the painter came to touch up. All of this because they didn’t level the door when first installed. A total nightmare. They installed a sliding door in a shower which I pay $1,800 as an upgrade that you can’t use because the toilet blocks your way out of the shower. And you can’t get out from the entrance door because there is no handle. Pulte says is the right door and refuses to change it. Even one manager came to the house and was unable to get out of the shower and still refused to change it “because is on the plan”. Ordered as an upgrade, safety bars for the showers. They installed the wrong ones, is over 2 months and still waiting for the right ones. They tried to make you feel that you are wrong and accept their mediocre explanations and wrong products. The quality of the workmanship and material used is outstanding and all issues are addressed in a timely manner! The home took five months to build and was delivered on time as promised. The home is beautiful and we are extremely pleased.

Be prepared for the fact that your home will be nowhere near done when they say it will be. Be sure the house is complete before funding or you will have a fight to get it fixed.

everything was well. the only matter that needs attention to customer satisfaction is the title part of the deal

Our salesman Eric was great. They can never give us an accurate estimate of when the home would be completed talk to three different people I got three different estimates of completion then after longer than expected they call us and tell us it would be completed in 30 days, not giving us much time to prepare to move. After moving in our dishwasher did not work it took them almost a month to get out here to fix it and they are very slow to respond to any other issue we have been here almost 2 months and still have many unresolved issues. When I do talk to somebody they tell me they’ll take care of it right away then I never hear from them again until I call them again and they keep telling me they’ll take care of it and they still have not after almost 2 months. ... Had a great experience working with Pulte

Sales associate didn't give correct information regarding credit from pulte. He was abrupt with his tone and demeanor. His answered were ambiguous and lacked proper communication. I would not recommend eddy skyes to a future homebuyer.

Great value for your money. Responsive construction crew and very helpful mortgage consultants.

So many things to say! The hluse was not finished when we moved in. We were told that the final issue would be take care of in the next few days after the moved but almost 2 months later we still working on those issues. Next week they will replaced over 10 tiles... it has been a bad experience overall...
