For the amount paid, I think they could have done a better job with the finishing details and better inspections of unfinished work or damaged work.

was told that all the lots were at least 3K square feet. that was a marketing lie at worst, an honest but negligent oversight at best. Once i found out it wasn't, I was not allowed to cancel my down payment even though it was a few days later. Also, fortunately for me, there is a 1 year warranty because there were lots of things that were not QCed well before turning over to me (however, it does take away my time, which i do not appreciate). also there are some ongoing design flaws i am dealing with- such as repeat flooding in my garbage can area.

We had a terrible time fighting with Pulte about weather proofing issues before windows were put in. The house was filthy when we moved in, and I’m tired of fighting to have things corrected that weren’t done correctly the first time.

Poor job of painting throughout entire unit. Some walls look as if the paint brush was to dry. Kitchen cabinets as well as some closet doors have some spots, scratches, small cracks, and uneven paint finish. Was not told that top window does not tilt in to wash. How can we wash them especially if it it’s difficult to take screen out. One of the planks on wooden floor is lifting So very disappointed, thought that Poulte had a reputation as a fine builder that is why we bought looks as if that is not the case at least with our unit. Our site manager promose get things done nothing done. Most of houseing numbers W missing.Call something to fix take weeks to fix it.Big pormises no excutions. Customers are furestrated, Front desk lady Gina is very good.

Quality Build Issues and Nonresponsiveness

This is our third new home build and the worst. Pulte is building too many homes too fast. Supply chain issues and worker shortage has led to many build quality issues and subpar work by their subcontractors. Field Manager does not keep promises that were made for items to be fixed so that we would close on home. We have had build quality issues throughout and it has been many months since we closed with nothing being addressed.

The electricity in the garage does not work, the water heater does not work, there are no mosquito nets on the windows. the doors are made of paper, the walls of cardboard. The neighborhood is unsafe, cars are stolen all the time and people enter the neighborhood because there are no bars and they leave the gates open. a disaster everything

Many broken commitments

Many items were left incomplete, even though promised, the week of closing and remain that way a month later. We should have held out and made Pulte live up to their end of the contract.

Field manager over-promised and under-delivered so many times

Would not do it over again given the chance and I think that's about sums up how I feel about the process and our new home with Pulte. We were made to feel bad when we brought up issues. We were treated as if we were wrong in many instances. Just terrible customer service for the money we paid.

The build of The home seemed okay when we walked through it, but the actual finishing of the home was terrible. The painting was atrocious and the house was left a mess. Grout work and tile was done poorly. Front door threshold brick doesn’t come up to meet the actual threshold and needs to be redone. Crumbled cement corners. They have good intentions but are seemingly inept at providing good service after the sale due to cut rate vendors and poorly trained personnel. Too much sloppy workmanship. They utilize your home after it's sold as a model/sample for other prospective home buyers. The materials specified are somewhat inferior at times and quite a bit of the workmanship is far from superior.

We felt really good when we signed, but once building was started the work was rushed and we felt like we were nagging when we pointed out issues. Now that we're in the house we keep finding things that annoy us. Such as the slightest finger touching a wall will leave a mark because they used very cheap, flat paint.

Pulte’s trust factor is low. They tried to get us to accept broken, faulty, dangerous cabinets in the kitchen even though they were aware of the problem before I saw the house the first time. I have been in the house over a month, and they have just now replaced them. The yard in the back is nothing but weeds. The cabinets have no pulls on them even though they were not made to be used without them, the appliances are very low grade, and Pulte refused to replace the tub/ shower combo for my son who is disabled and a vet even though I was willing to wait for it and pay for it. Low Quality with No Attention to Detail

Low quality with not attention to detail results in a subpar home. They do enough to “finish” the home, but every day I notice something new such (cracked and jagged tiles, crooked pulls, nicked hardware, dented cabinets, stained counters). Given these issues I do wonder about the things we can’t see. Requests for fixes result in a not covered under warranty/ not our responsibility response.

Pulte's lack of responsiveness and truthfulness

Pulte tried to ignore major structural deficiency, tried to force us, the customer, to accept poorly installed LVT floor, installed a garage door if less cost than what was shown at the time of contract signing, left a very dirty garage floor with ingrained dirt and refused to clean, and fraudulently claimed exterior grading and sod installation as weather delayed construction at the time of closing and still have not completed the work 6 weeks after closing. There are several other deficiencies that I do not want to include here for the lack of space and time.

The ineptness of the individual assigned to process our mortgage through Pulte. The failure to repair anything in the home after closing

During the mortgage application process we were asked to provide the same financial and personal information multiple times as Pulte lost or misplaced it.
