Very responsive team but the sales rep was overbearing and unclear often. The PM was nice and easy to work with. The main issue is workmanship. They subcontract everything out and don’t even oversee the work. Very shoddy and even when we did the post blue tape walkthrough they ignored 50% of it. They’ll blame the buyer for not “catching it” but in reality they just ignored it to save cost/time.

Overall, it has been a great homebuying experience.

Customer service: Cathy in sales, and both our construction managers, Grant and Jeff were outstanding in shepherding us through the sales and build process. All the time keeping us informed and responsive to our needs and concerns. It was a outstanding experience along the way to owning our new home...we could not be happier with Pulte and would be quick to recommend Pulte at Glen Riddle to all.

The project manager was very professional, kept me inform at all times of the progress on the construction site in a weekly basis, he was always available, very committed and patient with my endless questions and most importantly he took the time to reviewed the third-party inspection reports that I hired and took actions from the suggestions. Thank you Dustin for all your work, I really appreciate it!

We absolutely love our home and the floor plan. Heidi and Andres were fantastic to work with and always answered our questions and kept us informed.

I have had several issues with the home that were not corrected , the site manager stop communicating with me so now I am working with your warranty department hoping to get some repairs taken care of, so the experience was great up until closing then things have gone down hill from there.

The experience was the removal and replacement of an undercabinet light fixture to match the luminosity of two other units located under the kitchen cabinets. The electrician was polite, wearing a mask, and replaced the light unit in a very short time. Overall a pleasant outcome.

It’s average. About what you’d expect from building a home from a large company. Less choices, takes a minute to respond, but they do respond on everything.

Throughout building process we had to continually ask Pulte to do things that we had asked for/were part of the build agreement. Also, getting anything done through the warranty is a joke. Our kitchen sink has been leaking for over two weeks (we moved in 2 months ago), an outdoor outlet has never worked and is still not fixed, our upstairs bathroom leaked and damaged the ceiling in the main living area the weekend we moved in and is still not fixed. We have a list of about 7 things that we are waiting on Pulte to remedy. There were also a lot of things the Sales Team ‘sold’ but then later Pulte just pretended never existed or held the Sales Team to. ... More

The overall home buying process was outstanding.

The process was quick and timelines/deadlines were met and exceed my expectations for a new construction.

I still love the decision I made towards purchasing this home. There’s several things that are pending to be fixed since I moved in about two months ago to be fixed.

Any repairs needed are taken care of.

The base price is not nearly what you will end up paying. Pulte does not deter from what they know. This is a double edged sword as they are building homes quickly but without variation.

Pulte provided great service and willingness to communicate with the Buyer on a regular basis during construction of the new home. Pulte PGP Title also provided great service.

Pulte is a top notch home builder, prioritizing quality and customer service. They have exceeded with everything so far, including quality workmanship, outstanding service, and excellent warranty. I highly recommend buying a home from Pulte and also using Pulte Mortgage to get the best industry rates.

All the quality and professionalism one could expect from a big name company with an established reputation. A few mistakes were made with the numbers and there seemed to be redundant forms to sign, but these were resolved very quickly when I brought them up.

Finishes are sloppy, vent fans are noisy they keep us awake at night because flappers in duct are banging on the metal case
