We moved into our new Pulte home that was extremely well built. All items on our walk through list were taken care of before we moved in by our construction manager. One issue was major in my opinion and he took great care of it! All issues we have found after we moved in have been dealt with by the warranty manager and his warranty team. They all have been super responsive. It has been nothing by a very positive pre and post buying experience with the Pulte team. Thank you

From start to finish John M. was excellent to work with. We received timely updates on the progress of the build to include weekly photos. If we had any questions, John was very timely in responding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with this builder. Five stars!!!

I purchased Home recently with Pulte, After Closing I noticed few issues which needs to be fixed for my appliances to work. Like Gas line was missing for my Kitchen & Cabinet cut for Wall oven was proper. I made Pulte aware of this issues & requested them to fix ASAP. Tim from Pulte helped me fixing this issues in record time of 2 days . I appreciate their time & efforts looking into my problems & resolving them on priority. My overall Home buying experience was great.

From sales to closing it was a very good experience. Communication system works well as does direct personal weekly check ins with Team Pulte at Highpointe. Daniela and Ryan did a superb job.

Home buying process was made easy and Pulte provided plenty of options to customize the home to our style

Patrick was a superb salesman answered all questions. Joe was excellent construction manager who explained and showed the details of the mechanical parts of the house.

We found a house in the early stages of construction and felt it would meet our needs. From that point on we dealt with the various members of the Pulte team, including the mortgage financing, insurance and closing agent to get a great house. Sales rep and construction manager worked with us and answered all our questions and made the deal happen. We are very pleased.

From the initial stages to the completion of the process, Josh has been exceptionally informative about the intricacies of the construction, instilling in me a great deal of confidence in my decision to purchase the home. I couldn't have asked for a better partner to guide me through every step of the way.

All three of these professionals were a joy to work with!

The Pulte Team at Potomac Shores Town Center is top notch! The stage was set by Jennifer, the sales person and followed up by an excellent experience with John, the project manager. I can not say enough good things about this team!! Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered and she had impecable attention to detail throughout the entire buying process-she is a true advocate on the buyer side and great representative of Pulte (a perfect pairing). John carried the good service through to the construction phase. Going above and beyond to take care of questions, concerns, items and even addressing an item on his day off after the closing had already occurred!! Nice and clean place. amazing experience

Our first tie building a house. Pulte provided a great experience from buying to building. Our on site super is great to work with. We were kept well informed throughout the construction process.

Although the home building process can be stressful. Was there to work with us through many of the stressful situations. They were accommodated and responsive to all of our requests and needs.
