Very disappointed in quality of workmanship. Also qualify of some materials questionable. Great example. We have been in the house less than 2 months and already replacing all the main level flooring. Cheap quality material and noticed many blemishes that were not addressed at installation. Even worse, as I was removing the flooring, there was little evidence that any dirt and debris was cleaned up before the flooring was installed.

Great people from start to finish - sales, construction and financing. Incredible communication from construction superintendent every week letting us know what had been completed and what was happening the next week. We put a lot of details into our home and they got them all. As there is in every home, there were some issues - they were promptly addressed. We have built 5 homes - this is our first Pulte home and the best experience we’ve had!

At first the response to issues was immediately taken care of by Pulte but the vendor responses are terrible. They don't respond to phone calls or they just don't fix the issues.

Things were good until the end. Since I closed I have had a terrible time trying to get issues resolved. The little attention to detail is missing. There are lots of little mistakes. For example, paint spills and splatters, lumps of plaster, scratches. Several of the items marked during the final walk through were never fixed. They planted trees then turned off the irrigation so now all 5 are half dead. They won't replace because there are still a few green branches. I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. I asked someone to come out and check the issues that I have and I get no response. I like the house overall, but the little attention to detail is missing. Pulte was very open to sharing the status of the build. Our house was finished on time and they have been very responsive to fixing a few minor things.

Quick response to all questions. Very pleasant and helpful all along the way

Great experience. The field manager was great with weekly contact and available anytime. Choosing the options in the build center was really easy and worked well. One minor issue early on was responded to immediately.

Building process very smooth from start to finish. Great communication and professionalism.

A lack of respect, attention to detail and quality of construction is less than substandard. Finishes were done poorly and now that weather is changing it is apparent this it is not an energy efficient home. The cold comes right through the windows. Poor quality at an extremely expensive cost.

Try to inspect everything

When we moved it the home is beautiful but there were Significant amount of unfinished cabinet trees and paint areas for a home that is valued at $450,000 I would expect it to be almost perfect. I think there was a lot of opportunities to finish the home but it seemed very rushed I still love the layout and the home itself but we are still waiting for some of the Cabinets and baseboards cabinets and baseboards to be finished. At the end of the day there were a lot of small things that were missed and those are usually the biggest.

The home is beautiful but the craftsmanship in some areas seems quick and not up to par with what we paid for. We are hoping that pulte will make it right and fix the issues.

The buying experience was smooth and most staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Building process was good. The 30 day warranty is Not Great and disappointing especially for what I paid for it. It’s a who is responsible?!! Or you accepted! This is not right

While we love our home and our field manager- the outsourced help was the problem during the build and many times things were fixed fast and not right. We are still waiting on a punch list of about 10 items 2 months later, with no end in sight. If we ever build again, it won’t be with Pulte

Working with the builder was a great experience. We learned a lot about homes and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We did have a few challenges throughout the process, but we are overall happy with our home purchase. Our biggest disappointment was narrowing down the closing date. We were given a rough estimate - 30 day window and we’re assured that it would be closer to early to mid October. Our apartment lease was up in September, so we decided to extend a month on our rent, only to turn around and close in late September. We asked for a different date and the response was a hard no. No explanation given, just a no. We ended up paying an entire month of rent because of their unwillingness to move the closing date. ... More

My home buying experience was okay. I just wish I was informed on when the house was completely built and finished but that is all.

They stayed on schedule which helped facilitate the move

I would recommend this builder to all my family and friends. They delivered on time and responded to every email, text message, voice mail within 24 hours. I believe the sales team and supervisor had the utmost respect for the quality of homes they were promising and I got a quality home I was expecting. I love my home and the development.
