Quality of Workmanship, just average! Responsiveness to issue, poor be ready t wait couple of months to have ur issues fixed!! Celebration day do not be overwhelmed everything looks pretty in ur new home, inspect the house thoroughly every nook and corner!!! For that matter if u have washer/dryer make it a point to run a full cycle, do not believe installs for granted, Granite counter tops inspect every corner run ur fingers....Dont say Dont buy, but pay attention to detail if u want peacefu move in....Good Luck

I chose Pulte not only because of the appearance of quality homes, but because it came with high reviews. This is one of my biggest mistakes. Half stars should be an option!

1) Not happy with the quality of upgrades such as base boards, doors, Faucets, flooring. Quality is missing, drywall etc....no quality check done. 2) No supervision of work, customer has to identify and point out issues. 3) Walk through during every stage of home construction is superficial. 4) Paid for water softener hookup ~$800. I was told that whole house will have softener. After moving in found that kitchen faucet and refrigerator do not have it and that was not communicated to us during the option selection which would have helped us to make the decision. New Townhouse lots of problems...

My new townhouse was closed in June. Location is very good, but construction quality is really worse. During the final walk through, I already found some quality issues: crooked door frames, bad stained stairs. Although I never stain stair wood before, however, I believe I definitely can stain wood stairs better than their painting contractors. Also there already have three places with ceiling cracks and two places with leakages near deck doors. I contacted account manage with no response and I understand he is busy with all kinds of complains by homeowners.

Contractors were sloppy in finished work and Pulte doesn’t have an efficient means of checks and balances in place ensuring quality workmanship. It’s very disappointing given the money paid.

Not What they Use to Be in Henderson NV

We had issues from the get go with the Design Center to the Project Manager to Pulte Management. Every little thing was answered with "no, we can't do that", or "we're not a custom home builder." The Design Center was limited on some items and everything that was "included" was old school, old colors, or discontinued. There was one tile included for the floors and bathroom tile; it was beige. From there, everything was an upgrade. There are a lot of little quality issues. I felt rushed through and not truly given a punch/quality walk through. Now have a safety issue and rather than discuss the issue with me people just showed up and in a poor attempt to fix without any notification the work was going to be preformed. I think communication has been horrible since we have closed.

Mortgage company was a nightmare to deal with. The sales office knew nothing. The construction manager got his good review from me and then ghosted me. I have tried reaching out to the service team to get some things fixed for about six weeks now and still, nothing is fixed. I feel like the materials used to build the house for cheap. And way overpriced. Overall disappointed.

Cheap materials, poor paint jobs, and the worst of all, no mail box for 21/2 months. Going to the postal office to pick up mails were frustrating and dreadful.

Unfortunately, I spent almost $700K and have had so many issues with my house. The build manager Brian that we had did not fix anything that we addressed before we moved in. Now we are forced to take time off work to get issues that were part of our third-party inspection fixed. When you do get warranty fixes submitted the contractors do not show up without a call and if they show up they do horrible work because there is no quality control done by Pulte. I have recently put in a warranty request that requires 17 different contractor companies to come back to my house and address issues. ...

They pitch high quality workmanship, but the product ends up actually being low quality and they don't care to fix it. They stand behind their contracts and legal jargon to justify houses falling apart from year 1.

My gave my overall buying experience a 2 star it might have been lower based on the actual house but my loan processor Ray did a good job and others I spoke with in the office including management and title were very helpful . We had a bad experience with Pulte. We have walked into Pulte Sales office with specific requirements (lots with flatter backyard) and was routed to the available lots saying the requirements are met with those lots. The lots were considerably flatter when we signed the contract. To my surprise, just a week before closing they made it so steep that all we have is less than 25% usable backyard. We feel like we have been deceived and cheated. We invest our hard earned money to get this outcome. It is not just me, there are several others who have this issue. I would not recommend Pulte.

Poor experience with Sales agent and CM. Closing team was great though.

No sense of urgency to resolve issues raised. Closing was delayed as a result. Walk through items never followed up on. When walking with the CM to close items, majority of items not compete and evident the CM was not following up to ensure complete. Pulte sales agent did not honor items in contract and threatened to go to litigation over a small issue. Rather than honoring purchase agreement, a credit was provided and I had to perform work after closing.

We've experienced numerous issues with our new home. These should have been found and fixed before we moved in if Pulte would have done quality control. Our front porch is permanently stained in multiple places by some form of an oil based liquid. Pulte refuses to replace our porch, they tried to power wash it out and that has only make it worse. My himeboying experince in the initial phases with Ed was great! However I was urged by neighbors not to sign closing until all repairs are made. I wish I would have listened. It’s been five weeks since I moved in and a lot of my major issues which were all cosmetic in nature have not been addressed. Pulte was happy to take my money, but has been very slow in making the cosmetic repairs in my home. I would give my overall experience 2 stars

I will never recommend Pulte Homes to anyone. The Quality of workmanship and attention to details are definitely missed through out the house. The quality of materials that are used through out the house are very cheap. Not until you move in would you realize the cheap stuff used through out the house. From the plug points to wooden trims, the flat Paint, Stair Rails and the windows, the Carpet edges ripping off. You will notice it. The HVAC is another problem. I hardly get any Cold/ Hot air in the my Upper floor bedrooms and my Lower floor gets too Cold/ Too Hot. It is so unevenly ...
