Our experience purchasing a home from Pulte Homes was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. While the initial contract signing process was smooth and gave us hope for a good experience, everything went downhill from there. The communication throughout the process was almost nonexistent. Even with the Design Center, we had to constantly follow up just to get basic information. HOA representatives say one thing on the phone and another via email. Horrible customer service. Non responsive and very cold and they have no empathy for any issues that arise for a new home owner. If I knew what I was getting into I would have never purchased a property with Pulte.

Quality of the material and build is way below expectation of a new quality home. If I can rate minus star I would’ve given a minor star. This doesn’t look like a half $1 million plus house this look like a below average amateur built the house. I will never recommend anyone to buy home in Pulte. One of the third-party vendor they have Guardian they are just ripping the customers off and their customer service is horrible. So far my experience with Pulte is very bad. I will never buy again from Pulte or recommend it to any of my friend, I had to select 1 star ratings because there is no option to select less than 1 star, Pulte doesn't really deserve even a single star. We have waited for the kitchen doors to be installed we have been waiting since 2 months now still waiting for the doors to be replaced money has been taken service has not been done. Pulte is the worst decision I have ever made. They do not have proper leadership and management and all the house they built is of poor quality. The construction managers do not have knowledge on building quality house. I had a very stressful and negative experience throughout the construction process. I received incorrect information about several items, and some things that were supposed to be completed by the closing date are still in progress. Additionally, items that were promised to be delivered were dismissed as mistakes by the sales team. These issues were not even listed in the attorney's documentation as deliverable items.

After the closing!!

The on-site crews were very attentive to resolving issues before closing. After the closing, however, has been a total disappointment...zero contact confirming issues to be addressed. No emails, texts, etc. from customer support. Issues with low quality garage door panels with obvious manufacturing defects then blaming winds. Extremely disappointed in customer service after the home closing.

This has been hands down the worst experience we could have never expected, as Pulte has such a great reputation in other areas. well, not in Florida, my friends. We have since learned that they don't actually have to hire qualified subcontractors. In our case, our construction manager, Tyler, was also a rookie and from the final condition of our home when we moved in, it appears the tradesmen could tell and they got away with cutting a lot of corners. Pathetic customer care and non-existing customer centricity

Less than three weeks have passed since I moved into this property, and I already regret doing business with the Pulte Group. The grading work, which was supposed to facilitate drainage, could have been executed far more effectively. Simply lumping the soil at one end does not constitute proper grading. I am appalled by the level of customer service demonstrated by the Pulte Group. I have never encountered such poor customer care and I will ensure that none of my friends and social circle go through this frustrating and poor experience with Pulte that I am going through.

This has been one of the most frustrating, disappointing and exhausting experiences of my life. The so-called sales agent and mortgage team were painfully difficult to work with and provided no true assistance - rude, condescending and incompetent. The builder was nice and provided weekly updates, but the contractors were sloppy and the finished home was less than quality. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone ever. Completely regret my decision to buy a Pulte home.

Poorly built. There are numerous issues with circuit breakers, concrete work is not done properly. Needs multiple follow-ups for every single issue. No confidence in the builder's inspection. Builder is more interested in getting good ratings than the quality. I have built houses with other builders like MI and Rockford. I would recommend them than Pulte.

Wish we went with a different builder. Loan company are scammers, don't fall for their incentive trick. The home has lots of shortcut issues that we needed to hire outside fixers to redo. Not worth the price
