Within 60 days of moving in we had a kitchen cabinet fall apart. Opened a claim to have it repaired. Here we are 60 days later and no one has been out to fix the cabinet. Only emails and no show for the schedule repairs to be done. Dont purchase from PULTE HOMES.

Do not expect same as they treat you in the beginning. They will treat you great and make you feel like the entire home buying process will be fast and easy in the beginning but that is wrong . They will guide you to get mortgage from their own company with more benefits and easier process which is not correct . Pulte mortgage is even more worst . I will recommend to use outside mortgage . We closed on the 6113 Nauman home with Pulte on November 21, 2023 with the promise and understanding that the house was “move -in ready.” However, we received a home that was not finished, poorly constructed, and not cleaned. After more than a month of our closing date, we haven’t been able to live in the house. We have had nothing but issues since the whole process started. First, our original sales person left the neighborhood and was MIA. We ended up with three different construction managers. We had a long list of items to repair, replace, and/or fix and Pulte has dragged their feet at every opportunity. The few items that been address are still not meeting our minimum expectation.

The sales agent in every step threatens to cancel the deal and take the five percent deposit. Finished an incomplete home and still things are not getting resolved. Emailing and multiple people. Everyone says we will resolve and still have unresolved issues. Stay away from them

Donot close your home with any issues pending. Construction Managers are so irresponsible and donot address minor issues despite of 10+ reminders. Lennar has a better quality homes compared to Pulte Homes. With the money they took and quality they delivered is poor. They pretend to be acting on issues but they never.

We would NEVER recommend building with Pulte Homes. They have ruined our first home building experience and caused immense stress and anxiety levels. The quality of the trades that are used on the homes are elementary. Structure and room are solid. There were children painting in some of the homes, hinges were painted and flooring was painted. Our countertop not installed straight and many of the holes cut into the cabinets appeared to be cut with the wrong tool, holes drilled and not measured properly, caulk and paint used to cover up errors. I would not recommend buying a house from Pulte. I had a horrible experience with Pulte. The field manager is not focusing on the build. I had many issues after closing my house. They are not fixing the problem yet. My field manager is lying a lot. They messed up the staircase, interior doors, curtains, rods, etc.; I will move to a higher level to fix all my issues.

Supposed to be a new home but with broken HVAC

The “supposed” to be a brand new home by Pulte home has a faulty HVAC equipment which took over a month for some one come and take a look and after 2 attempts still not fixed , why would a brand new home that priced at 1.25 million have a broken HVAC which is not even a month old ? Where is the quality here pulte homes? shame ! My family spent thanksgiving in a cold home , thank you for nothing Pulte homes !

Home not completed. Possibly defective siding.

I have two sinks plumbed incorrectly. There is a piece of trim that was never installed. Carpet nails stab your feet in the main floor living room. When it's windy the southern siding make a lot of noise. I'm concerned that the furnace won't pass inspection due to a valve touching the door. Windows and other fixtures were never cleaned post install. Places that were shown to have defects in the walk throughs were never fixed.

I paid $599,990 to be hoodwinked

When I viewed the home at the open house there was a 4ft puddle in the basement. I was told that it is was residual water from the basement floor being cleaned. Fast forward 30+ days after closing and $599,990 later, I have a 4ft x 3ft puddle in the basement in the exact same location. Shame on me for trusting their word. Will they fix it? Even if they do, that’s a lot of money to spend on being hoodwinked.

I am very dissapointed in the home. There are visible defects in many areas and I don't have confidence in the construction. I don't plan to move in. I felt rushed and misled in the process and when I tried to cancel the purchase they made it clear they'd keep my deposit. Issues haven't been resolved. Very, very disappointing.

No responsiveness on the service request line, always asks to leave on voicemail. No follow up. Customer care manager pushes back on everything with no real concern to the home owner. Major water line leak in first 10 days of ownership. Electrical issues. Very late follow up on closing items closing. Overall very bad experience owning a pulte home.

I would never recommend building a home with Pulte to anyone. We have been in our new home for about 3 weeks and the entire experience start to finish was miserable. The sales guy, Tom H, has no customer service skills and once our deposit check cleared, he basically told us we weren’t a priority and that we were at the mercy of Pulte given we signed the Purchase Agreement. Avoid Pulte at all costs

Starting with Mark our sales agent he misrepresented many issues. Especially the closing. We were force to live in Airbnb for 3 months at 3x price of our mortgage. The quality of the build is a disaster, our windows are so misaligned we could not put in blinded. Doors are different heights, garage doors were broken and 6weeks later not fixed. The grass was dead on arrival. Tommy, our finally construction manager did everything humanly possible to help but there were to many problems. I warn anyone not to buy from Pulte. Oh, the dog park in Verdana Village is so small no one uses it.

I would never buy another house from Pulte Builders. First off before we closed the builder would not do anything about a large crack that ran over 10 feet in the garage. This formed in the beginning process of building and there solution was to just cover it up and move on. I asked for test to be done in that area to confirm there were no foundation issues and they refused. I asked for an extended warranty on that area due to it forming so quickly they refused and said if we didn't go to closing we could be charged for holding up the closing. Pulte does not pay attention to detail, and obviously doesn't care about their customer anymore and the finished product. We were given the wrong keys at closing and had to use the garage door to enter and exit for five days while they searched for the correct keys. The compressor was undersized and froze up the day before close and was replaced with the almost lowest seer unit allowed by law that they could find on a moment’s notice. It's extremely loud, vibrates and sounds like the fan is going to sheer off when it shuts off. If it had frozen up after close, we'd probably still be waiting ...

I bought a quick move in home that was already half way completed when I got it. It took two months for the builder to complete the home and during that process I did not receive much updates on the progress. The day of closing they were still trying to rush finishing the home and installing things like windows or doors.
