Many finishes look hastily installed. In 6 weeks since ownership only a few issues have been resolved and we keep finding more problems.

On each stage it was bad experience with Pulte starting from Sales Team, Pulte Design Center and Construction quality and standard. Worst part is big brand Pulte can construct Sleight walls.

A terrible experience. More than a month has elapsed since closing and there is no internet service to the unit we purchased. We were sold a "smart house" but there is no access to internet. Very frustrating and totally inexcusable. Someone has dropped the ball.

The Sales team and Field Manager are the only super plus

We were very happy that we purchased a new home and Pulte builders were seen decent. But sorry to say other than the Sales team and the field manager none from above them seem to care about anything. I see both of them trying to do everything possible to get things done but Pulte quality and the contractors that they use are very bad. It has been one month since we moved in to the new house and we already feel we should not have got an house from them. Phenomenal delays and too much vendor dependent

Emotionally draining and Traumatic experience, we have to pay money and then beg for it to completed soon by given dates. Lot of issues after move in ,you can never get hold of customer service on phone . Requests to fix issues ETA of 4-5 months. Do not take keys until all things are taken care .

quality wise there is lot to improvise for the price of the home or you can ask 10-15% more of the price so that customer gets quality product.

If you buy from Pulte while the market is still hot in ATL , do not expect anyone to hear or address your concerns. It is take it or leave it.

Don’t believe the hype ! The houses are nice but way over priced especially what you get and the size of the lot . Our main issue is the fact that when we closed on our house it still was not finished ! It’s taking about a month to finally get things to about 90% . There is much better builders out there that will actually finish a build before you move into it . I would not recommend Pulte to anybody! No integrity or Quality control process .

bad home buying experience with sales agent, but acceptable build

sales agent is only working for commission and never care or communicate about the changes in commitment to the buyer. very irresponsible and not trust worthy. As a first time home buyer, I had worst experience with the sales agent that I went through. because of such agents, pulte gets bad reputation.

Horrible staff, decent house

James the project manager, and Mishayla the sales rep were horribly slow at responding to requests during the buying process. They would take days or weeks to respond, and then the response was too late as help was sought elsewhere. Then after the purchase James got to a point that he was rude and disappeared when he had additional responsibilities after the sale. Requested to talk to his manager Allen who also never returned my call. Really bad experience with the staff, as none of them care about a good customer experience.

Very bad experience with Pulte. Not at all satisfied. Even the small builders doing great job and service to the customers. Here starting from Sales, Mortgage, Design Center and Construction Manager and Top Management only shows attitude nothing else. I would strongly recommend not to go with Pulte not worth of Money.

The initial meeting went well we signed and during our construction process had three different people represent Pulte. House was built on schedule. Felt abandoned by construction mgr on closing day

Closing Day on a Friday is remote training day for construction Mgr. Felt abandoned on closing day. Construction Mgr met the day before and promised house would be cleaned and landscape would be finished. Next day after close I had to drive another 30 mins to a different community sales office to pickup keys. When I got to the new home the outside had not been touched, construction trash & no mulch. Inside was not cleaned as promised. Called construction mgr and he starting calling but it was too late.

Buying a home should be a great feeling and it was until I settled for the $20K at closing using Pulte Mortgage (Dawn). Never thought I would be saying this but they are not good at their job at all. And just FYI, you don't actually get or control the $20K at closing. Per my closing documents it stated " You are responsible for $0.00 of the discount point" yet when it was closing time they took the discount point for the loan rate out of my $20K closing stating that I actually didn't pay it because it came out of the $20K closing promotion. The Pulte underwriting group asks for document after document after document. It's as if they see what your assets are and attempt to drain your accounts. Once they have your earnest escrow funds, it's game over. They hold your funds hostage and make you jump through hoops.

response has been not at all good after closing is done...all open issues prior closing were not addressed and any service ticket logged has been ignored even after multiple reminders through email or in person. Pending works are not being addressed or paid attention to. if the post closing service as committed provided it would be really great. hope at least feedback like this will change the service provided.

The frustrations began day 1 with a sales team that didn’t respond or follow up to our conversations and inquiries. Many items changed, including appliances, changed after we had signed. The process took double the amount of time we were told it would take, while homes on our street that were sold months after, caught and passed our process. Mistake after mistake, no accountability, and no communication from our sales team. They’re not really a sales team, more of an order taker team that loses touch after you sign.

Communication was nonexistent. A clear lack of communication within Pulte, from a sales staff who did not care about the truth, and a site manager who had no idea what was going on. Texts left unanswered for days. 6 months delayed delivery, but no heads up until the last second. Closing walk through the house was still dirty and a contractor took a poop in our toilet. No follow up on unfinished painted areas. Sloppy work on tye bsckyard removal of trees. They left a mess, rotten wood pieces with nails sticking out.
