The Pulte Team is amazing - we love our new home and the whole team process that Pulte has put together is “Awesome”...including the following services: Sales, finance, insurance and amazing customer service team. We used them all and they are top quality.

The biggest problem was the completion date was delayed two months

I’ve recently purchased my 3rd Pulte home. The quality has continuously surpassed my expectations. My team that was assigned to me (Kristy Crane and Charlotte Carreon) were absolutely amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Genuinely committed to fulfilling our endeavor of the entire home buying process.

I purchased a Home from Pulte at the Cuneo Mansion in December 2019. The whole process took 7 months ,pandemic period included. There were issues from the beginning, the sales department team lacked the skills, they changed the sales contact person right after we signed, the blame passing started after that stage ,sales manager would get in touch only when I was ready to contact headquarters which I felt it was very unprofessional , he’s there to help I had a minor issue caused by the previous sales person that I needed addressed, acting like an unreachable CEO didn’t help the image of Pulte (I hear this from other residents as well, so it’s a regular business practice of his apparently) .The design department shows no interest in helping you choose anything or in selling you quality materials without triple the price , i can honestly say it wasn’t an amazing home buying experience , absolutely not , not for the price, but they build decent homes,the home plans are very modern and beautiful, the location is amazing , close to everything you could possibly need , they use lower price and quality materials , but you can tell that right away. Location beats any disadvantages, price-wise be ready to pay more for what is worth , quality speaking. The workmanship is good, they are not very responsive to issues once you do the closing survey I heard from the community . Construction engineer, Ryan was cooperant and professional , he saved the company image for us. So far after one month living in the new home I am pretty satisfied with the house. Minor issues that I hope they will address, nothing major so far! I recommend this subdivision for any age group, there’s a great mix of all ages , very beautiful surroundings. Advice for Pulte , you can improve the sales experience definitely starting from management , im absolutely sure they could use more training! ... More

From the start they were fast, honest and prompt. Couldn’t be happier with our new home and quality of the build. Craftsmanship and warranties are second to none. Thank you Pulte!

With Pulte you get what you pay for - no surprises (plus or minus). Actually the fact that Pulte was able to get the job done on a normal schedule in the midst of a Pandemic is noteworthy. There was a little bit of correction needed in workmanship, but it was minor. This was the third Pulte new house we have purchased during a 23 year period, as our retirement needs changed, each with the same satisfactory result.

Pulte was very smooth in how they walked us through the design and financing process. The supervisor went out of his way to ensure the house was not only completed as scheduled, but he routinely ensures that any repairs are addressed in a timely fashion. Overall, great builder and would definitely build with again.

The whole process, from choosing the plot, to the extra's, to the inspection on completion and finally living in the house, and in the community, have been first class. You can always find something to complain out, and I am sure some will, but for me this was a great experience and we could not be happier with our new home.

Everything went well, except the delayed closing (only partially due to COVID-19). Build quality is very good.

Not worthy for the cost of the home

Pulte home is good at offering homes at affordable price. But they are compromising on quality of the material they are using for construction of house. I feel like every part of house is very delicate and fragile.

Great home in an awesome neighborhood!

High costs for options

We are enjoying our new townhome that was built by Pulte Homes. While there have been some very minor touch ups required they have responded quickly to take care of the issues. We are quite happy with the home, the service and the entire development. They're doing a great job.

House is great for our family.

The Pulte team of designers, construction managers, trades personnel, sales and financial specialists are committed to making your home buying experience stress free and truly enjoyable. All are consummate professionals working diligently to keep you informed and a participant in all phases of construction through to closing. All workmanship is of highest caliber and should there be an issue it is immediately addressed. Pulte homes are a great choice for the new home buyer or the downsized!!

We purchased our home from a state 3000 miles away and it was one of the easiest homes we have built. During the sales process in selecting options Lance & Abby were professional, knowledgeable and very patient with our questions and concerns. They took the time to sent photos and information for us to feel comfortable with our selections. During the construction process Patrick took extra care in walking us through, via phone and video chats to walk through every detail of our home during the construction process. We were very impressed with quality and care taken to prepare our home for our walk through prior to closing. There were a few minor finishing issues we encountered during our walk through however, they are being resolved in a timely manner and Ryan has been very responsive to our needs in working around our schedule. Poor workmanship

It was a good buying experience

The whole process from booking till closing was really good and clean with Pulte. They kept all information open and informed. I moved in 1 month back and we are happy so far with overall build quality and we had great experience of buying the home from Pulte Homes

It is really funny that they erected the dry wall in two days and then took 2.5 months to fix the errors made in dry wall. Though the errors were corrected after fight, I wasted lot of time in follwoing this up. There is no gaurantee that the higher up will listen to you. If you are new home owner, make sure that you inspect every day progress. If you don't, they will work on their own and dump on you. Overall, I got home, nice and clean; but I after LOTS of affords.
