Due to the pandemic we were unable to visit our home from out of state during construction. Pulte provided us with weekly updates, pictures and videos of the construction. The sales office and project management team was phenomenal in keeping us up to date and construction on schedule. When we arrived at our home for the first time it was exceptionally clean and we have found very few items (small) that need to be addressed. Pulte has totally exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend them as a a builder.

My house was built on schedule as planned. Pulte vendors deliver quality results , attention to details, can see the Pride in their work.

I have been talking with and working with Pulte homes for over 2 years, Waiting for the plot to open, then waiting for the house to be built. The home structure is really well built, and they are really responsive to inquiries and to issues with the new house build. Ive been in my new house for about 2 months and I'm loving it!

We had a few issues but it was all resolved except for one thing. But for the most part it all went well.

Hi we are happy with our second pulte home we buy. Only thing is that we were told things were going to get done landscaping wise and fixing some outside issues and we haven’t had luck doing this little things.

My family planned our move from Georgia to Texas while building a new home with Pulte. Pulte crew was very flexible given we were out of state. Pulte delivered on time which was very important and delivered a quality home meeting and exceeding our expectations in many aspects.

Quality of material very important

There is a long list of things that I am very pleased with, but I am sure the minor things that could have been better are more beneficial for any firm. Here is my list of changes I would make: - The grass was laid haphazardly and there are holes and empty patches all over the yard. - Our shower door does not close all the way and allows water to leak out - The grout was not sealed and displays each and every drop of water or dirt stain instantly and permanently.

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

I am very lucky to be with Pulte Homes.

Sales consultant, Field Manager and Design center consultant were very helpful in resolving queries and issues.

Completed review before turn over the house keys

My wife and I really enjoyed the design and build process, our sales representative and project manager were thorough and transparent. Just wish the final product would have been as perfect as the rest of the process. We have been in our house 2 months and so far we have had minor water intrusion in our basement, our AC went out, we are having minor electrical issues, and there are multiple cracks in our basement walls. To make matters worse, we have come to expect less than caring, some might say passive aggressive responses after emailing customer service with these issues.

The sales person was nice at first, then went dark and was unresponsive during the closing process. They agreed to take care of options verbally during close to just turn around and cite the written agreement a week later, claiming the outstanding items weren't on the closing documents so they didn't have to take care of them. Do not go with their mortgage company option I have never seen such incompetence as they displayed throughout the build. This group spent months ignoring my applications and I had to constantly hound them to do the basics of their job. Was not worth the 10k incentive.

The buying process, NOT SO GOOD ( Lance) lack of information on optional and details. Did not provide all options which changed our buying process and the things we WANTED to select. Mike on the other hands as the saving Grace to keeping us in the house. He’s one of the best representatives we’ve ever worked with. He top notch and knows his craft. He’s the type of people you want managing ALL YOU BUILDS!!

I am very disappointed with the response from the Pulte onsite Construction team. They were very responsive till I provided an internal feedback to their team but after I gave good feedback they stopped responding and did not fix anything.

Customer service has been great and the materials used for my house are of a great quality!

I had to babysit sit their contractor to get wood floor redone. Carpet is bumpy all over. Giving up. Missing electrical outlets. Front door not installed properly. Pointless. Many more are there...

After two months of home ownership I have a 15+ bullet point list of issues still needing resolved. Still don’t have a working oven, and a row of tiles have fallen off my home due to poor workmanship during installation. A lot of the concerns have been brought forward from even pre closing dates that have yet to be fixed. Additionally since we started this process we are now on our third foreman... that should tell you something.

We are the new homeowner from Pulte, just moved into new home since August 18th for 3 days but with many surprised issues. Irrigation system has been set up wrong initially by Loving group who is hired by Pulte which caused $1200 plus water bill for 1-2 months and Pulte told us this is not their responsibility; Important warranty registration information was not shared during closing so we missed good benefits for extended warranty. Cabinets have scratches, lawns are damaged by community truck, we are told these are all not covered by Pulte warranty. We feel quality of home is not good and customer service is really disappointed. ... More

We had 2 salespersons. Male then female. The male sold us the home and was rather minsinformed about home options/upgrades and didn't seem to care. He just wanted us to sign the contract and move forward regardless of all the options we could choose. Some of which he either didn't know himself or didn't care to tell us. He was laid off and a female replaced him. She was better. Our first field supervisor was not very hands on nor responsive to get stuff done. He was laid off and replaced. Our replacement field manager was much better in terms of progress on the house. The "trades" they use are sloppy but overall we are pleased with our home. I feel it is a quality home but they could use some finer more attention to detail trades. The 3 star trustworthiness is due to their salesmans lack of knowledge and their first field manager (terribly nice guy) but inability to produce results and multiple lies about fixes that were supposed to have been finished. ... Brand new home and already experiencing leaks in sink, cracks, paint coming out. Also, boundary vinyl wall was supposedly changed for a dent and that hasn’t changed even after a promise to change.
