Awful. It is a new home with countless issues that keep on coming. Everything from broken plumbing, to flickering lights, to poor craftsmanship, The biggest regret of my life was buying a pulte home.

I regret why I signed the closure documents, trusting the people they would resolve later on. I have been told that people would come over but nobody turned up since the time of closure.I still see that few of the works couldn't be completed before closure.These issues have been there since closure and delay. 1) Carpet Issue-I have few nails popped out and kids were injured too.Can you please send someone to tuck in the nails? After closing Pulte has become the next best thing to a ghost

Following closing Pulte does not respond to calls and emails for problems found in the home within 2 months post move in…basement water damage, buckling vinyl plank flooring, external GFCI not working preventing proper use of irrigation system controls, automatic garage door stopped working, backordered thermostats. These are just a few of the items.

Quality of construction is fair at best. Absolutely no follow up after closing on punch list items. Grading of backyard has caused flooding and all parties are pointing at each other. Two month old roof is leaking. Stay away.

The quality of the material is so cheap, the finishing and paint are not professional at all, and before the closing, if you point to them that there is something wrong they will fix it immediately but after the closing, they take forever. when you make a request for something that needs to be fixed they might not answer unit you follow up with them. I chose to buy a new home so I can set and relax since everything should be new, but this is so much headque. I'm spending my day calling and sending an email and waiting for people to come to fix it, and only had the home for 2 months.

If you're looking for a builder that will do just enough to get by, then Pulte is your builder. Throughout the sales process, they tell you about their quality promise and all the steps they'll take to ensure a quality build. Then at each and every step of the way, they'll fail to even come close. We've been in our home for 6 weeks now. The week before we closed, our third-party inspector turned in a 30 page report of defects to be addressed. Absolutely no action was taken. I closed with so many outstanding items but grouped them overall into following categories: a.) Closing was delayed from December 2021 to March 31, 2022. This delay had cost me a few thousand dollars for board, lodging, and additional storage extra fees. b.) The appraised value was much lower than the sales price. Pulte construction refused to giving comps to at least cover the difference. The original comp I got is the same everyone got. c.) Very low-quality materials are used. The price is so high as compared to other houses which makes us not to refer any other customers to Pulte Homes to buy. The salesperson is not cooperative as we aspect.

Everything about Pulte is bad, we had literally several issues after closing, they threatened us to close even with these issues identified during orientation. Very bad people, they are selling junk for 400-500k. Beware !!!

I would rate 0 but there is no option, The quality of build is very bad, Site manager doesnt care about the house. we had 100 problems after closing the home. I would not recommend Pulte to anyone.

I have sent numerous emails including photos displaying the poor workmanship, quality of materials and responsiveness to resolve issues that were identified during several walkthroughs and should been completed prior to closing, One may ask, "Why did you close?" Pulte strong arms buyers into closing after receiving the right to occupancy. Beware of the monetary penalty if you fail to close on their preset date in the contract.

This is my third Pulte Home and I the first I was able to choose my options and upgrades on so I thought it would be fun and exciting. Out first Pulte was a quality build and one previous buyers didn’t qualify for so we got a great bargain. The second was a no frills spec home and had a few issues, but Pulte took care of them. This house took 7 months longer to build than anticipated. Sloppy, dirty, incomplete work. Horrible attention to detail. I closed 2 months ago and there are still broken cabinets that need to be fixed and the microwave/oven combo is still MIA with no ETA. You have to beg for updates. I will not recommend anyone to buy pulte house , it would be better if you buy small builder house and save your money. Pulte is very bad and they don’t build quality house. Provide wrong in while booking and hide things at contract time.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a Pulte Home and I question a lot of the most recent 5 star reviews, because myself and all my neighbors around me have the same opinion. If Pulte Homes focused more on building quality over quantity, plus picking the right sub contractors instead of sub par contractors, they wouldn’t have so many issues.
