Within one week of moving in had to request over 24 service requests due to very poorly built homes with very cheap materials and poorly paid contractors

Horrible experience with low quality workmanship - excuses from builder were given for numerous issues we brought up. They don't take pride in the quality of work and play it off as all "acceptable". Will never build with Pulte ever again.

We found a lack of experience and ownership to the people we had to deal with in buying this house. The law firm messed up our paperwork from the start. It just got worse as we went through the whole process. We ended up having to spend over 2600.00 dollars waiting for our closing date. First day in the house master closet shelf fell off the wall. We have had several problems with windows, door, recessed lights, cracked roof truss, uneven spacing on roof trusses in structure. I will say that there has been a good effort to correct problems. Be careful. They'll hide things from you that you should know. Their finance department was the worst experience.

What a horrible experience dealing with Pulte and its representatives as a whole. Between Tim, Andrew, Cindi, Kathy, Josh, Bryan - You all took away what was supposed to be an exiting chapter in my wife and my lives. We were not in a rush to close. Just Like Any Other Builder

Before buying a Pulte Home, I was excited because I thought Pulte’s build quality was going to be superior to that of other builders. Or at least that is how it was marketed. That was definitely not the case. Getting them to fix any issue has been like pulling teeth, and they are extremely slow to respond to simple requests. Don’t expect more than what you will get from any other builder.

Horrible buying experience in general. From the sales, mortgage, and the title company everyone was pretty bad and unprofessional. They will treat you very good and give you false promises just to sell the house to you. They will for sure disappear and ignore you multiple times after the house is sold. You have to make sure you’re free at all times for the mortgagee underwriting process because they will tell you last minute and if you don’t make it you won’t get your loan. We had a horrible experience after our home flooded because water bottle was left in plumbing. We had several other issues like bathroom glass missing, no water going to dishwasher. Pulte response was less than desired. They have horrible customer service and poor response time to issues encountered. Warranty manager never respond to phone call or text. So glad you asked. Where do I start? Home was in a FEMA flood zone. This was not disclosed at time of sale. Amy, salesperson, could not show me samples or pictures of the exterior siding or brick when asked. Closing credit was to be applied for flood insurance but this was not done. Flood insurance was not purchased by Pulte as indicated on closing documents. Issues with basic functions like heat and water. Issues with home are not being properly addressed. Absolutely not a great experience buying home with Pulte, they do not maintain the community after the closing. They do not respond on time, for warranty issues, have been trying to reach construction manager, their responsiveness is absolutely disastrous.

We’ve had major systems out to the house on several occasions for systems failures including plumbing,electrical,havc mechanical, flooring, etc, just an extremely poor job on site management and quality control. Pulte should review performance standards and hold responsible their management team’s performance, but apparently do not.

We were shown a model home that really impressed us and we were also looking at other properties from Pulte and liked the finishes and setup. Worst home buying experience out of 7 homes owned

Pulte failed to work with the city to obtain certificates of occupancy - 4 month delay into house. The walls are thin. The paint - may not be paint. The trim on the house is a form material - easy to break off the siding. There were no lights or hardware on the cabinet. We paid thousands extra to get a "quality" home and Pulte just didn't deliver.

I wish I had something better to say, the mortgage experience was terrible, last minute they switched out our construction manager (he was pretty decent) to a new one that pretty much didn’t care. I still having issues with my grass and irrigation and zero answers… there’s plenty of little cosmetic issues inside the house that need to be addressed.

Poor poor workmanship. And advice to future homebuyers, DO NOT CLOSE with open items. We closed end of Sept and are still working through exterior open items one month later, never mind open interior items. But the bigger issue is quality and workmanship. Really, really sub-par. Must be a skilled labor shortage coupled with tok much work to get done. Everything with ours feels rushed and low regard for quality workmanship.

Worst Experience, Nice Floor Plan

Things that are terrible in our home: the paint, frame, drywall seams, missing range and dishwasher components, damaged microwave, unfinished paint, sketchy fixes to issues (they will hide or try to hide problems before they fix them properly, you have to make them), missing studs behind drywall seams and a host of other issues. Their homes are not measured and framed on site, all walls and joists are assembled off site soemwhere and shipped on a truck so that's one of the reasons why the drywalls seams are so bad. The craftsmanship is a joke and we get to live there, thanks Pulte.

Please do not use pulte’s PGP for your closing. Get your own. Destiny is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Pulte tried to move our closing a week later because they did not submit the paperwork to the proper county.
