This is my 3rd Pulte honestly in the past 20 years!

Be sure that you know what you’re going to get for your final product. Our home was to include a two car garage. Due to poor grading of the lot, extra stairs were needed to get into the house through the garage. And therefore two cars do not fit in our garage. And Pulte is not willing to compensate us for the loss of value for our home.

Construction team were very impressive and took care of all the issues that were open. Didn’t had a great experience with pulte mortgage. There was lot of gap between pulte mortgage officer and title company.

Interactions with the builder is what made this home buying experience feel safe, and reassuring that you are getting the quality you are paying for. Julio is the person that worked with and his customer service was top of the line. Julio was very knowledgeable and put the extra effort into making sure the home was to our liking. Thank you

My wife and I love our new home. The construction is 10 x better than the last home we purchased. And the people from Pulte made it a fun and exciting process as well. Travis is the guy you must talk to if you visit “6 Creeks” in Kyle. He is the man! He went the extra mile to take care of us and he guided us through the process like we were family. A HUGE thanks to Pulte for making our home buying experience special!

From my initial visit to the development of new homes to finally purchasing the home, the whole process was very smooth. The initial sales agent worked with me at every step, ensuring my transition to the new home was accomplished in record time. I was able to.move into a move in ready home with many amenities and incentives. Everyone was and has been very helpful, including the construction manager.

We purchased our Pulte home with the understanding that we were buying into a gated community. This was stated on the website and confirmed by our sales agent. This was a major factor in our decision, and we were extremely disappointed to find out after signing our agreement and deposit that this was not the case. This feels like a significant misrepresentation and a "bait and switch" tactic. Our experience has been further soured by a number of unaddressed construction and design issues. We paid for brush nickel fixtures, but they were not installed. When we brought this to their attention, we were simply told the "plan had changed," with no offer to rectify the situation. A major safety and functional concern is the insulation in our attic. It was built with a dam because, we were told, they mistakenly believed the garage was a finished space. This damming issue has not been corrected, and Pulte refuses to fix it, claiming "that is the plan." Furthermore, there is no proper platform in the attic for safe access, which has caused repair teams to refuse to complete warranty work. Pulte's refusal to fix this poses a serious safety hazard and has prevented us from getting necessary repairs done. Our build process was also complicated by a change in sales agents midway through the project. We were never contacted by the new agent and were left without a point of contact for a significant period. Overall, the lack of communication, the failure to deliver on promised features, and the refusal to correct clear construction flaws and safety issues has made our home-buying experience extremely frustrating. Beautiful community with great resort style amenities and very friendly people. The Pulte sales person Derek was great and the quality of the homes are above average. Although we had a very good buying experience with Pulte, I would definitely not recommend using Pulte Mortgage for financing. We have been buying and selling properties for many years and have never been so frustrated with their financing process. The loan processor Jennifer at Pulte Mortgage gave us such a hard time and wanted so much personal information that was irrelevant to the loan process that we had to get financing through another lender at the last minute before closing. Although we have excellent credit and very good income sources she found ways to make the process more complicated than it needed to be over the 6 month ordeal. We secured a VA loan with another lender within 30 days of closing. After closing, Pulte has taken care of any warranty issues quickly. In summary; aside from the loan process, we had a very good home buying experience with Pule Homes and will recommend buying a home from them to our friends and family, but would warn anyone not to waste their time with Pulte Mortgage and find financing with other lenders. ... Overall we had a great experience with our home buying process through Pulte.

During the entire process the Pulte Homes staff showed excellent customer service and provided excellent communication. From the sales office associate to the construction manager, I felt taken care of.

Keeping good communicated with buyer is important and closing process is not as clear as it is supposed. Building process is rushed. The buyer has to remind the builder several times to fix the problems and not all concerned issues are repaired timely. During mortgage application process and mortgage transfer process, buyer has to call several times, leave voicemails to find the right person and get updated information. Need improvement.

Overall, it feels like corners were cut throughout the construction process. Attention to detail appears to have been lacking in framing, stucco, sealing, plumbing, and electrical work. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve put in for service request and I’ve only been in for two months. My Tesla battery nearly exploded. The whole neighborhood is going to have to replace their batteries because of the wiring issues.

We enjoyed the entire experience, from picking out the lot and home plan to watching it being built. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Our design team and construction manager were first rate. They kept us up-to-date on the progress, especially helpful since we were not local. I highly recommend the Pulte team. And now we have been just loving the New Home Experience!

Great sales and beautiful design! The fall out is the financial team, bad knowledge on loan tipes/rules and I would go 3rd party next time and pay the extra closing. House is beautiful but definitely some cut corners, dead tiles in bathroom (crazy a new house has tile that is hollow and builder says needs more for a repair! bad grout Job that needed to be fixed before mold issues. Water issues in front of my house and been getting the run around on a resolution so I called It lake Hale….. get wet every time I take the trash or recycling out. Save yourself both time, frustration and money - buy elsewhere.

I had a great experience purchasing my new home. Carolina Lemos from sales was helpful, professional, and made the process easy to understand. Gustavo Oliveira, the construction manager, was excellent. He was responsive, detail oriented, and made sure everything was finished to a high standard. Their support made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I am very happy with my new home.

Building my forever home was a really important endeavor and the Pulte sales, design and construction team made it a great experience. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The floor plan is amazing and I have the perfect lot. If I had one desire, it would be that the porch exterior would be a bit more finished with trim or brick work. That said, I really love my new home!

After believing that the Pulte Team would fix several issues they didn’t. Ended up going through warranty and obviously their default answer is no. After paying a good buck on a house they would want to follow through on fixing even minor issues but no.

I am extremely disappointed with Pulte’s lack of ownership and follow-through on several unresolved issues that were clearly present prior to closing. Despite repeated assurances, Pulte failed to address multiple concerns including: • Basement debris that should have been cleared before handover • Outstanding water and sewer charges that should have been settled • No gas connection at the time of closing • Other miscellaneous unfinished items that were either ignored or brushed off These are not minor oversights but fundamental responsibilities that should have been completed before closing the home. It’s frustrating to deal with these issues after moving in, especially when they were raised beforehand and documented. As a buyer, I expected more professionalism and accountability from a reputed builder like Pulte. Unfortunately, my experience has been more about chasing down unresolved items than enjoying my new home. If you’re considering buying from them, I highly recommend documenting everything and being extremely thorough before closing — because once the papers are signed, you might be on your own. ... More
