Our home was priced much lower than the same house in Lakeshore. Neighborhood is friendly. Staff is friendly, accessible and professional. HOA takes exceedingly long to respond to an architectural request. I am on week #5. No email or call, simply an acknowledgement of receipt email.

Even in the odd days we live in, Pulte was able to complete our home on-time and as we expected. The filed manager was always communicating progress and assisted us in first-week move-in questions and issues. Home is built soundly and feels solid. Very happy we chose to build here.

Everything is great

I paid for upgrade paint and doesn’t cover. . And painters didn’t give another coat. I was told paint company having problems with the color I chose. Supervisor wouldn’t let me change color since painters have to come back. So I’m stuck with paint that doesn’t cover.

We had a great experience buying a Pulte home.

Ron our Builder, Vanessa our Sales consultant and Colleen at the Design Center were the best part of the lengthy process. They were all so helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. Ron made sure we’re knew everything about our new home from inside and out. Vanessa was our first point of contact and one of the most helpful people through out the build. Anytime we had a question she was always there to help or find answers. Colleen at the design center made picking and choosing our home furnished so easy and without pressure. You think you know what you want until you get there. She answered so many questions, listened to my concerns and didn’t make me feel pressured to upgrade anything we didn’t want. 1. Change filed manager in the process of home building without notifying me until I found out. 2. Not detail oriented (sod is not install correctly, it's uneven and a lot of holes) 3. Outside of the house still need to be worked 4. I love the neighborhood but pulte can do better job than this. If there is a way for me to send pictures I will love to show you what happened to the house. Overall it's not a good experience.

Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

We have always heard of Pulte’s reputation for customer service. This is why we decided to build with them. We loved our salesperson, and builder. We love the design of the home. The only issue we have is with some of the options they offer. The materials can be sub-par, and for this price point we expected better. We have built 5 homes, so we know what to expect. We lived in another state, so we were not able to keep watch or monitor progress as we would have if we lived in the area. Everything about pulte was fabulous and we are loving our new home!!

The whole process was top notch compared to other builders I have bought from.

While workmanship is decent, numerous issue around the subdivision including ingress/egress issues and drainage issues. Columbus staff has not been responsive except with generic vague responses nor seem trustworthy at this point.

Cracks in basement walls. Waiting for resolution Fault contractor not Pulte but Pulte is the builder

I had an excellent experience from start to finish when I built my new Pulte home at Gramercy Park. Laura Robertson personalized my home by focusing on what was important to me in my new home. She made the process of building easy and was very responsive to my questions. Spencer Mackey built a beautiful home for me and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am completely happy with my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte homes and their excellent quality and the exceptional customer service experience that they deliver.

In comparison to a custom home builder the quality of our Pulte home is poor. Walls aren't straight, tile is crooked, windows aren't level, and paint work is lousy. Perhaps all production builders have the same bad quality, but for this pricetag you should be able to expect better workmanship! I won't buy another Pulte house!

We bought the Parklane home and the buying process was easy. The home came out beautifully and we couldn't be more happier. Our project manager was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

I had a very positive experience from first tour through and after move in. My sales consultant, Justin, was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The Design Center staff worked with me to stay in budget, while incorporating the features I most wanted. I never felt pressured to buy upgrades. My field manager, Sofia, was incredible. She was so supportive, attentive, and worked very hard to meet my move in date requirements. I am very grateful to both Justin and Sofia for everything they did to make this as stress free as possible. The end result - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Excellent builders!! If you are going with their own mortgage loan, make sure you have every document available- that was the stressful part, the building process was fast and my home is beautiful!!

Seamless process, exceptional customer service, and workmanship and quality that sets Pulte apart from every other builder. This was my first Pulte home, but will certainly not be my last.

We do not have any issues with our sales consultant. The issue is in the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. We are also having a difficult time in getting Pulte to respond to repairs that are required. I would recommend that you tour a completed home prior to committing and do not use the models as your guide for materials and workmanship.

Low quality contractors, work completed is subpar for the money spent.
