Was very disappointed with Pulte and the whole experience! Pulte mortgage was a joke, the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. PGP Title was the same and to add very inept and scary to think how many other mortgages are out there with major errors. After 1 month, NO ONE from Pulte has addressed any concerns OR the major screw ups in construction on my home. No one has even attempted to make anything right!!

Watching commercials went with Pulte but it is biggest mistake, i wont recommend Pulte for a new home. First Quality of work is very poor, went with their highest upgrades they offer but it doesnt look like the best. Make sure your house is as you expected at closing once closed that it you are going around them no one to answer. I closed home hoping they will finish all the pending jobs but even after a month still not done and wasting my vacations because they schedule and no one will come. I already left a detailed experience review. Somebody was supposed to follow up, she called me once at the wrong time I scheduled a call with her at a good time for me, she never called at the schedule time and instead called two weeks later at the time I was at work again, I took her phone number to call her back. Called this person 3 times, left 3 voice messages to call me back. Never heard back from her. This sums up pretty much everything. Pulte is the worst builder, worst customer service and worst mortgage service!

Not sure where to begin, because there is so much to say. First, Pulte does a great job of having decent sales representatives and after that it is a steep decline in all other aspects of the home build. The design consultants are horrible, lazy, rude, and pretty much incapable of doing the basic aspects of their job. We never asked for their design opinion and I'm glad we didn't, because I could only imagine how bad our home would have turned out (probably even more in cost than we already paid as well). Purchased a home with this company and honestly nothing but issues. They come and fix but it takes time/only available on weekdays and just an overall pain to deal. They also didn’t march the model home entirely and weren’t very helpful with much after the sale, don’t recommend

Quality sucks. No one wants to help fix things after home is built. Loan company did not even want me in the house. Warranty guy is like trying to find Waldo in those kids books. Nothing is what you expect. I hope someone can help me feel more confident in pulte after this review

Do Not Trust Pulte Builders

Not a trustworthy company to buy a house. They change the words just like that. Until you sign the contract sales rep will haunt you. Once you sign the contract and pay the 5%, that’s it. Their real colors will come out. For a first time home buyer, this is not the company to choose for. I would say I had the worst experience with Pulte. Initially i thought it’s just me, then when I spoke to my Neighbour’s and friends who bought homes with Pulte, they echoed the same as I did. Bad bad bad experience..that’s all I can say

You don't actually make lemonade. If this was a Netflix series, my home buying process would qualify for the "horror" section. I could write several books about WHY YOU SHOULDN'T BUY A PULTE HOME. Unreal experience, that I wouldn't wish upon my enemies. I'm already planning on ditching my home and buying a different home, even with higher interest rates. DO NOT BUY A PULTE HOME.

I had the honor of building a house through Pulte and the experience was not nice from start to finish . I have complained numerous times all to no avail . You can tell that they rush the building process and it’s so sad that their standards are starting to be like that of Ryan homes. I am extremely disappointed with Pulte Homes. I have see a lot of homes they have built in Carmel in the 90’s, and That’s the reason I choose them. We purchased a home with Pulte in December and moved in 2 months ago. A week before moving in on our “celebratory” walk we discovered many issues that were not fixed on a timely manner. Our superintendent was very overwhelmed and our house was turned into us with a whole list of things unfinished that we pointed out on our pre-closing walk. My first home in 2006 was with Pulte and I can tell you my experience with Pulte from 2006 and in 2022 are quite in stark difference. Pulte Mortgage itself is very horrible to deal with. I never had such a bad experience getting mortgage with Pulte. Even the manager had to set me up with an outside banker as he understood how bad Pulte Mortgage is. I also don't appreciate new vent system with Pulte. They are made of cheap plastic pipes which in turn will get worst eventually. This will be my last purchase with Pulte. No more and never again.

Our sales agent was great she is the only person I could count on. She kept the deal together when the site manager and construction crews were screwing up the build. I could not believe or count on a single word said by anyone else. Starting with the plumbing right down to forgetting the brick on the facade. Issues were clearly visible and workmanship poor. We purchased our home on line not even seeing a model home. The main item on our list was either a ranch style house or an owner suit on a main level . This is why we picked Hartwell model floor plan. The construction quality of the house is bad. The site managers are not diligent in their work and very difficult to communicate with. Apparently, this is the same view shared by most of the Pulte home buyers in my community. I would recommend looking for a different builder if their is an option to choose from.
