I was in the process of moving and had a deadline to move in. Found a ready to move in that worked. Was tied it would be ready inside my timeliness that I verified multiple times before signed the contract. I wasn't allowed to speak to the building manager until I signed the contract. The day after, he told me the date I was given was NEVER the date and was out a month. We were upset but still inside out time line. As things went forward, our home manager was fired and the new manager told us the move in date is delayed 2 weeks longer. This put us at our absolute latest we could move in. This ...

The sale was not honest when I.purchased the home remotely and I had no option but to finalize the purchase because I already sold my old house and I was very disappointed in the way Manager handle my complaints because they simply doesn't care.

Our experience with Pulte was horrendous. Our home was over 4 months late and our closing date changed 3 times. One closing date changed 9 days before closing, after I already sold my house and moved to another state. The finish quality of Pulte is low. There is paint splatter on door and walls, knicks in the shower wall, and the house was not clean before we moved in. The sales team from Pulte was very shady and held back information about our build. We had to go to the city to even find out why our house was not moving forward. The overall experience was awful. Where to start, very poor materials used to build the house, very poor quality control, i found so many issues within the first 2 months that i haven't in my 17 year old condo. Looks like all they cared was to make the sell instead of building it correctly.

I would never recommend Pulte as a builder to friends and family. Extremely poor communication, lack of transparency, lack of empathy working with home buyers. The sales and construction teams are also difficult to work with and never deliver anything to their promise. I recommend that other buyers consider other options and avoid Pulte Homes until they fix their issues.

Allow me to begin by saying that the project managers here have both attempted to rectify the issues I have been experiencing. They have been amiable and tried to be on top of most things that have gone wrong. We had a terrible experience in buying our first (and certainly last) home with Pulte. We sought a home in a tucked away and quiet area, which is what we were sold and paid a lot premium for. Shortly after closing to then find out that our "quiet location" was the future Osceola parkway extension only a few houses down and in direct view of our kitchen and living room. Not only is this unbelievably deceitful sales, but on top of this our whole house had a plumbing backup upon moving in. Dishonest people throughout the company

They deleted my original review because I used a fitting expletive to accurately describe this company, and I’m not going to retype it. The short version is that dishonest, scumbag practice pervaded the entire experience of purchasing from Pulte, and there are plenty of better builders to get a house from. Pulte’s people will outright lie to your face about costs and fees, so you’re blinded sided with thousands of dollars in surprise fees two days before the close date, when you can’t back out without losing the earnest payment. This company simply cannot be trusted.

Our loan agent was by far the rudest person, she displayed absolutely no professionalism at all! She refused to speak with us avoiding 95 percent of emails and calls to her! Prayers to anyone who as experienced such dismissiveness, she literally treated us as if our business was not worth her time.

The Pulte's closing subsidiary P&P Tile representative was very unresponsive, took multiple emails to make simple changes to contract. Pre walkthrough process is worthless. Not all items were addressed before closing even though extra time was provided before final walkthrough. Was some of the remaining items will be addressed soon after closing. We are month post closing, we items are still pending. Within 2 weeks of closing and moving in, we had flood in the basement. Water line broke - making us question the quality of work. My salesman Josh and construction manager were very helpful. My loan rep Justice was a poor communicator and hard to contact. After closing on property my warranty person Brock Has been slow or unable to resolve issues. Luckily I took pictures of defects the day I received my keys. Pulte in the past has been a builder I’m proud to recommend. Also Pulte was working with Shasta pool so construction would go smooth but that failed also

Too many turn overs of oversite management has caused items to not be properly completed. Many items are still not completed after two months of moving in. Even the follow up warranty group/manager has left with no notification or who is working on completing the remaining issues. I am not happy.

New construction home took almost triple anticipated 6 months time frame to build and when closing date was finally given, we booked a flight since we are out of state residents; but then the house still wasn't ready. We then found out the interior was painted the default color but were never given a choice of one. We closed on the home and received our keys on 11/22/2022, No Pulte representative was at the close, located at the Pulte sales center at Oak Tree community. Only a Notary was present. We were not able to move into the home until 12/03/2022, because Pulte caused a leak to our two -story home when removing "used" washer and dryer on 11/23/22, that where found on our buyer inspection on 11/15/22.
