The manager on the construction site ,"Bloue" solves customer problems at early stages. Is very cooperative in sharing information with other partner. He consistently exceeds performance expectations. He displays a strong personal commitment to successfully completing all projects.

The experience of buying from Pulte was great. Communication is good and customer care is excellent!

The entire homebuying process (as first time homebuyers) was smooth and seamless. We didn’t know what to expect, but we are blown away at how smooth, efficient, and easy the whole process was from putting down our deposit all the way through closing. Pulte has some truly great and dedicated professionals working for them from the sales team (shout out to Sal P.), loan processor (shout out ti Lora), loan consultant (we went with Pulte Mortgage - shout out ti Carly A.), construction manager (shout out to Joe P.), through to the customer service manager (shout out to Geoff). The warranty construction team was fabulous solved all our issues in a timely and profesional matter

I felt good about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. Made very well.

We were very pleased with the process. We had some issues with buyer financing, at the last minute that could have impacted the purchase of the Pulte Home, but we were able to develop a plan to resolve the situation. We are happy with the home and the neighborhood.

We had a water leak under the kitchen sink and the team came out right way to check and found this issue, made several repairs until it was confirmed resolved.

House is lovely. I am fortunate to get this plan in such a good price. The Floorplan is the best. I have good upgrades. Not all builders with new construction provide with cabinet handles,kitchen pendant lights. So I m happy that I m getting it and I don't Have to waste effort time and money on that. Warranty team is also responsive. They are addressing whatever is coming along to get it resolved. Jessica, Tara,Santiago,Justin are all awesome. I am happy and blessed. Thanks Pulte for making my dreams come true.

this is my first house. I recomend to buy from pulte.

I’m a realtor and help my customers purchase and sell homes daily. I found the value with Pulte (especially lot premiums) to be unmatched in St. John’s county. On top of the price point we were very very impressed with the build process and quality of work! There are always little things when breaking in a new house but overall so minimal and was easily resolved with warranty. Very happy I’m out new home and neighborhood!

This is a great community for everyone young family and older people, my daughter lives here in the community and Pulte build her house and she love her home that was build three years ago. The process was very easy, I have been a realtor for 17 years and this was the best closing I ever had. Donna

High quality home and a great building experience

I simply can't say enough great things about Pulte. Right from sales agreement to keeping us posted through construction and closing, Pulte was all the way with us. The sales team (thanks Aimee and team) ensured that all my questions while Art, the construction manager ensured that he not only kept me in loop with all progress but also ensured that house is constructed to specs and to the quality and workmanship that we paid for. So far I have nothing negative to say but good things about Pulte Homes. Starting with their people: Steven and Mary. Also, about my realtor, Renee, she is an incredible human being. As per the construction, there are some things I would have had like different, nevertheless, they cannot please everyone. I have only lived in this community for 1 month, therefore, I cannot give much feedback. Its a beautiful community though.

Jonah has been instrumental in helping us transition to our new home. I appreciate his prompt responsiveness and professionalism. He’s very friendly and understanding.

We had a great new home build experience starting with the Devonshire sales office, construction team thru the title closing at Pulte. The development is stunning with its design layout, designated common areas are beautiful and high level of workmanship. We have only a few minor construction items to be corrected in our new home but overall the construction is of superior quality!

From Michael on the sales team, to the Pulte Mortgage team, to Jose as the site manager, everyone we have interacted with has been extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the finished product is everything we could have hoped for. We love our new home. The house floor plan is great, Price with the size of the house is excellent! Great location!

We had a really great experience with the Builders at Pulte. They were prompt and very efficient. During the period of construction they were very prompt in keeping us informed about the entire process. They also helped us a lot in the moving process and were very professional and friendly.
