This home was ‘technically’ finished for closing after 6-8 months. However, multiple work issues remained unfinished after closing. Pulte states they inspect contractor work throughout the build process, but that was not the case. Most neighbors, like myself, had to contact Pulte multiple times after closing regarding pending work. It wasn’t until 2 months after closing that all my contractor issues were completed. Quality of work is questionable. I do not believe Pulte monitored or inspected all contractor work before signing off on progress. We have not had a great experience this time around. It’s our second pulte home. So many problems and very difficult to get things fixed in a timely fashion. Our last Pulte home was better quality. This time it feels slapped together.

As a first time home buyer I was really nervous and had lots of questions but Jill and Cory were so great and made the whole experience easy and painless. All and all from stated to move in was about 1 & 1/2 months!

Everything was great until recently when I started living at 18 Degrees. During the walkthrough, my wife and I were told that the insulation between units are good and that there are multiple layers between the units. However, we have noticed that we can hear our neighbors through the walls and that's been unpleasant. For having homes close to a busy street, I would have appreciated a thicker window and better walls for soundproof insulation.

Love my home! I do think they should have included shelves (for sure) and seats in the showers. I need to figure out how to put safety handles in the showers. Wish the tile sealing was already done. Other than that everything is marvelous.

After understanding the process of upgrades lot price etc. it was a great experience very happy with final product . And the attention from Ray the building manager for Pulte at Montville Reserve Medina ohio

My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and cannot say thank you enough to everyone at Pulte that helped make our dream a reality. Our sales agent Vincent went above and beyond to find the perfect lot for us. Working with PMC was a very smooth process. The CMs Adam, Windy and Shea are the best. Their dedication to quality helped us to trust that we are getting a great home. The CCM Tony has been fantastic. We are very happy with our home.

The whole experience was great beginning to end. There were some delays on the lending side, but it was handled very quickly and professionally. The biggest critique I have with the home is placement of light switches and a few outlets for convenience. Outside of that, the workmanship method my standards, and the materials used in construction were better than my last home with a different builder!

Builder cheaps out on so many things that could make house much better for very little extra cost.

Prompt communications, resolved any Q's or issues. Quality work. Friendly great communicator.

We purchased this home while still living in Texas. The initial process from picking the style of the home, the lot and all the finishes was a simple and easy process made possible by Tom & Maureen. For most of the homes' construction, we would get weekly updates from our construction manager, Wayne. The process was well defined and gave us a sense of ease considering we were doing this long distance. On our final walk through, everything was as what we had expected and could not have been more pleased. As with any new home, there are always a few tweaks that need attention and the Warranty Team did an excellent job of taking care of what needed to be addressed and followed up on the service visit. The Sales Rep and Builder were great. Professional and knowledgeable about the house and the community. Notified us throughout the entire building process. Took care of things if they didn’t like what they saw on behalf of us. Generally really nice people.

Overall a very smooth and enjoyable experance Build quality was great !

They attended to every detail. Was extremely responsive and delivered a fantastic product. In fact we are considering buying another unit!

The design of the Gateway I with the option upgrade 4th bedroom is very good and practical. The overall craftsmanship is satisfactory BUT the concerns are relating to quality control. If one had carefully & thoroughly seen the finish in the areas we picked up, they would have been dealt with prior to taking delivery and closing. The Major and Moderate defects have been attended to and well-coordinated by the care manager. Some of these could have been picked up and attended by a closer inspection for quality control. There are some matters that will be attended to at the first year’s anniversary relating to: • Quartz countertops seem in the kitchen to be eliminated • Uneven paint application (white patch) near the vent area in the owner’s/primary bathroom • Some LVP flooring in the living room joins, are uneven and/or heavily scratched. These have been warped and will need replacing • Damage to the dry wall entrance from main bedroom to bathroom. Slight chipping was probably made when installing sink units or bath • Molding underneath the two windows have black smudge paint marks on the white painting • Kitchen ceiling near side window needs to be attended to make smooth and even This being the reason for Quality of workmanship & material that follows through to Overall Homebuying Experience being 4 out of 5, and the rest 5 out of 5. So, scoring over 90% totaling the 5 categories is an A+ grade which is excellent. Note that it is impossible to score 100% 5 out of 5 and there are always going to be items that will show up within a couple of months of living in the house. Does not necessarily need to be perfect but it must be right! No blame is made to any individual or specific department as we are all human so, the takeaway from this being, there could be room to step up in quality control area prior to preclosing and/or handover. Therefore, take this as a learning opportunity in the interest of progress. The positive overriding factors being one would be hard pressed to find a new single story dwelling Gateway I design with the options and upgrades of this caliber for the price point in 2025 and going forward located adjacent to an affluent area. Please note: The HOA management company do not read properly homeowners’ responses and the content of their replies as well as approach leaves a lot to be desired. A few messages were sent to them underscoring concerns. Very unprofessional. They showed lack of understanding and addressing issues as well as their language and tone are substandard. Implied disparate treatment as well as discrimination against WA State and Federal Fair Housing Act laws that were close to being reporting to WA State regulators. It was very unprofessional that resulted in soured relationship with us and as well as other homeowners. Recommendation that Nova should be replaced to restore goodwill between the HOA and homeowners. ... More

The process was ok. Some deceptive initial sales tactics. Adding in random lot prices that fluctuate. Not adding radon remediation when it’s obvious that the ground had potential radon - being an old farm. Our construction mgr Dan was great. Honest. Trustworthy. At closing we had several issues which are still not remedied two mos later. One was our backyard not draining properly- yet our neighbors had an entire work crew adding dirt and seed the same day they moved in. I have asked for an update and heard nothing. And now it is too late for grass to grow.

We have had nothing but issues with this home, and construction managers who say something will get repaired and then it either doesn’t or takes forever. From the craftsmanship to the Pulte Mortage people rushing us through every step. I couldn’t be more disappointed with a million dollar + transaction. I would never buy another home through Pulte again.

Working with Pulte was seamless. Amy and Auggie were available to answer any questions and provided weekly updates. We lived out of state and were felt comfortable with the process.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish building our home! Our sales agent was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions. The construction manager was just as great, constantly checking in and making sure every detail was up to par. The entire process was smooth, organized, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of our new home. Highly recommend!

After closing warranty service is poor. I shouldn't have to work this hard to get my issues addressed.
