The only positive from building this house was Dave, the construction manager. He helped always and was very kind and caring. We have many areas where paint is there. We have many dents in our drywall that were just painted over and never filled in. We have paint drips all over the house on our floors. The three external doors all close wrong and weather striping is coming off. We have huge ditches in our yard that the city said had to be made or we'd have flooding. No one compensated us for no yard now but charged us additional money for a corner lot. At least they could have taken away the ...

My wife and I purchased this new home when we moved to Texas from Georgia. The house has major air conditioning issues to this day that have not been corrected (12 A/C service calls), there have been multiple issues that had to be addressed that should have been caught by the builder before we closed yet were identified after closing, the master bedroom closet shelves collapsed, and the overall effort of the Pulte team to address customers concerns with their new homes after closing is below average to say the least. The quality of our new home is sub-par. After moving in we noticed that 2 walls in the middle of our home aren't even close to straight. They're slated to be repaired but being that were occupying the home now it will be a big inconvenience. Nice employees but poor company & quality. Still scraping paint from tiles, lots of flaws in paint job, drawers don’t close properly, electrical issues (lights in kitchen won’t work after 3.5 weeks of use), washer not functioning properly (part of deal)...the list goes on. I made a mistake purchasing a new home from PULTE. Love the neighborhood but with I had gone with a different builder.

The sales rep, mortgage process and final product all missed the mark for me. Expectations were set too high and the team failed to meet them at every step. The sales rep provided information that was misleading, the mortgage team provided quotes/offers that any other bank could easily beat (even though you are led to believe Pulte will beat any offer). And the final product is far from perfect (which for being a new construction, I expected it to be perfect). Pulte was reactive rather than proactive regarding problems. Pulte contracts with Arqai for smart homes, and Arqai is not a good company. When I reached out to Pulte to address concerns, there was no respone. Crickets. I would never buy from Pulte again.

Last minute change in closing costs to offering incentives to investors at 5.75 but making the investors that trusted the brand to pay for points at 6.5-6.75 rate is insane. Lost my trust in pulte . Never felt stressed in buying a home with any other builder like how I felt on this home. Prices do go up and down but if an incentive of interest rate1% less than what you offer to new investors to investors who have not closed, ethically what you did by not matching the rates is absolutely wrong

The sales office needs a new rep, Craig’s lack of knowledge in real estate is only surpassed by his lack of professionalism. Brian, site manager, could care less about getting “punch list” things taken care of - basically if the structure hasn’t fully collapsed, you’re not getting much attention. The craftsmanship was clearly below average. Measurement markings left behind, unfinished wood work, were all just left to be after closing. Pulte has 10 yr old same designs. You will not have contact from any management outside of sales person and property manager. Bad documentation Bad design studio that not accessible as per customer needs. Explanation of packages is horrible. Pulte expects Customers need to come prepared from a horrible design doc and select options in 2 hrs. One good thing is their team on ground is helpful. Their contractors don't follow a standards Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance is another horrible company that doesn't care about customer experience and value business.

UNRELIABLE! I hoped he would be different from all the others I've worked with, but sadly, he's not. Pulte dissapointed us. We have found so many things that needed to be fixed that is so terrible. Even my fridge was scratched and something didn’t look good inside, but they didn’t take responsibility for it. I needed to contact the appliance company so they can take care of it. We thought Pulte was a more quality builder but we were wrong. Even my garage was built with broken concrete blocks. I don’t recommend this builder. Good thing they repair everything that we had pointed to them.

We build our house in Franklin area, selling price of close to 1.5 million. Our experience since day 1 has been nothing less than but frustrating. Person (Walker) responsible of building our place knows nothing and will prefer to lie instead of saying I don't know and let me find out. 10% of non-refundable earnest money required. Had to complain numerous times during the building process on many issues to get it fixed. Kept asking good feedback on the survey both construction and mortgage process. The construction manager stopped responding right after the survey was completed even though there are some items that still need to be fixed. I am not going to recommend Pulte homes to my friends.

I decided to sign an agreement with Pulte Homes to buy my new home after inspecting the home. I was fascinated by the offer of covering the closing cost which was said by the Sales consultant and I was informed i would only be paying the 5% down payment which was $19700.
