While the final product looks nice on the surface, my overall experience building with Pulte was frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, key design elements were either poorly explained or not presented at all — including options like stair trim, siding choices with certain layouts not available and a natural gas line out back. I later found out these could have been included if I’d been properly informed during the design phase. We were promised that our home would be completed between October and December 2024. Pulte was fully aware that we had to move by the end of the year—had we known this timeline wouldn’t be met, we would not have proceeded with the purchase. It is impossible to get a response whether it is via the portal, in the office or the 1800 number. The friendly service received during the sales process (although not always efficient) leaves a lot to be desired once the keys are handed over. We have not moved in, 60 days after signing, and there are multiple issues that Pulte is leaving unresolved. Completely frustrated. Highly recommend to plan ample time between inspection, items getting addressed and final signature. We purchased one of the model homes. We've owned a Pulte Home in the past and we're very happy with the workmanship. However, this experience has been quite different. Since moving in we have found a number of issues. We have been met with great difficulty having these issues resolved. Going into the purchase of my new home I was excited and enthusiastic. Pulte had such a good reputation, however, that soon changed! They did NOT live up to their reputation in any area! No one paid any attention to the workmanship the sub contractors were doing resulting in sloppy, shoddy workmanship. Home horribly built. Rushed into a closing date with an ill equipped home from a QC perspective. Documented over 10 active issues with paramount issue of faulty air. Takes numerous emails that finally threatened escalation for a finger to get lifted. Unbelievably dissatisfied . If you don’t mind being just another number Instead of a human being use Pulte. They could care less. Loan processing is a joke. They could care less about you as a person in one of the biggest purchases in life they take all the joy out of it. Literally got to the point I didn’t care if I got a “Pulte” home or not. I bought the house recently and not happy because of the below reasons: 1. No provision for trash Bins in the Kitchen. No one communicated about this during signing of the purchase agreement. 2. Due to cost cutting, corner space in the kitchen wasted (they have simply blocked about 12 cubic ft storage space in kitchen). 3. No SOD in the front of the house which was committed during purchase meetings. 4. Partial SOD in the backyard, no proper grade work resulting water accumulation/breeding area for mosquitoes. 5. No play area for kids in community.

We were shocked with the lack of integrity from the team at Sapphire Point. Andrew in sales gave us frequent updates and responded quickly to most of our communications. We had really bad experience with one of our stair selection. We opted for stairs on the upstairs and when the home was done built Pulte put in a drywall there instead. This was so heartbreaking and Pulte was never ready to get it fixed or provide compensation for us to hire some one outside to fix it

If i knew i could help you improve i would spend the time. You have several issues and i am not 100% satisfied. You seem to promote your way to get a good review with simple one way form not allowing negatives. Your process is fast tracked poor quality allowing sub contractors to cut corners. Minimal supervision. No quality standards as the sub sets that in the field. Poor workmanship, the quality process is very very poor. Houses pass quality inspection with lots of things missing from what we signed up for. Many items are not in working order and had t be fixed after closing. Response to issues is very poor. Construction team just tries to dust off issues.

Home looked good on paper, demo house was good as well. After signing trouble began. During build there was a lack of initial contact, got however changed by Raul, sales guy and Steve our build foreman. No changes could be done to house and promises of a water loop got forgotten and I had to pay out of pocket. Build quality is what can pass the code inspections plus lots warranty issues. This company does not respond to warranty concerns in an appropriate manner if any response at all, does not care about the buyer, does not address buyers concerns, treats you with ultimate disrespect, allows substandard workmanship with the promise of correction without action, picks and chooses who they make allowances for based on personal preference, and while the list could go on and on there is not enough space here. Absolutely the worst experience with a builder we have ever experienced.
