the contractors that were used to build our home home didn't care about the workmanship very sloppy have a large list for warranty work to be done

This review doesn't allow me to put zero stars so I had to put one. I was lied to repeatedly by the salesperson and project manager saying that I would not hear the train inside of my townhouse if all my windows and doors were shut. I repeated it back to both of them and they said "YES". I have witnesses btw too. When the train goes by it's so loud it's difficult to carry on a conversation in my home or hear the TV....but that's not the worst of it....when I went on my walk thru the home was visibly not cleaned. I absolutely love our new home, but am so not satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Many items we noticed while our house was being built and brought it to the attention of the superintendent on more than one occasion. Nothing was corrected at that time and the trades continued working. When we did our first walk through these items once again brought to the attention of the superintendent. Pulte warranty department never answers the phone, and when you leave a message they don't call back. I called them on Wednesday June 19, 2019 and today is July 1, 2019 and I still haven't received a call.

1. Sales person have NO sales experience and ZERO Knowledge home sales or options. 2. Sales person is very arrogant, NOT trustworthy, fabulist, her ultimate goal is MAKE MONEY in sales NOT providing accurate information. Lot of options were missed during the final selection process. If you are considering a Pulte home, I would strongly encourage you not to! This experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Quality and attention to detail are severely lacking. After spending a significant amount of time after closing having contractors correct items, they actually have created more issues and damages because no one from Pulte is managing the process. Pulte relies in the homeowner to find things or otherwise they hedge on it being overlooked.

The home was not completed, had a gigantic list of cosmetic issues that weren't small. Very poor quality build, Pulte as a whole can care less about customer service. I would never recommend a Pulte home to anyone that I know and I would never consider purchasing a Pulte home in the future in any capacity. My advice.. Run....

Do not buy a Pulte home unless you like fixing things yourself or having contractors coming and going once you move in. Our home was not nearly complete yet our scheduled closing was fast approaching. We were assured that it would be done in time. Pulte scheduled what they term as a "Build Quality Celebration" AKA final walkthrough 3 days before closing (side note - there was almost zero leeway as to the time and date Pulte required this to be done). This was by far my worst home buying experience. I will never purchase another Pulte home, the workmanship was extremely bad for the price paid. The builders, contractors and warranty department were extremely untrustworthy and not willing to make their errors right without me putting up a fight.

We love our first new home, because it belongs to us... however, the quality and workmanship Pulte gives their clients is close to zero. I have seen apartment maintenance men do finer work then that which is made up within our home. Once you close, despite issues you find during your walkthrough - you can kiss your “fit to finish” warranty and the communication from your Pulte contacts goodbye. After moving in, we have had so many issues with our home that we regret buying it. It’s as if no one looked at the home to ensure things were done right. Cabinets are misaligned, improperly installed, broken, nails missing from showers, grout is multiple colors or missing, door knobs damaged, paint splashes and grout EVERYWHERE, light fixtures installed crookedly, framing issues, dirt and sawdust everywhere, nails in carpet, metal debris in lawn - this is an absolute nightmare.
