They completely messed up with the brick work. It would give zero out of five. New house lost its curb appeal. Feeling bad. Esthetic part has been compromised with used of discolored brick in the front potion. Water logging in the back yard in 10 mins rain. This is I am reporting after 2 months of closing. Not sure what else will come in future. Over all ok nothing great comparison to what I am paying.

If I new my brand new home would have so many issues and pulte refuses to accept there mistakes and correct them. We are blamed for poor building and workmanship and they call it cosmetic. Be ware, I should have done my research and never bought from you. You don't stand beyond your work. Quality is horrible

It’s been only a month since we moved. We see several issues. It takes forever to fix issues. Customer care does respond however I feel there is no communication between the team and contractors. The time window for each pending item is taking too long. Our venthood was not installed properly and we have a huge gap between kitchen venthood and a wall. They say parts are ordered but it’s been a month and still not fixed. My under cabinet kitchen light and few recess lights in the loft area stopped working two days after we moved. The final paint on the overall house interiors is very bad and requires so much maintenance. The appliances that are provided are not good and they take no responsibility to replace it within the warranty period. The price that we have paid for the upgrades are way too high than they are worth for. Even the lawn was not set properly by them.

We moved into our home in July and have several unresolved punch list items. We have also noticed serious workmanship issues with our subfloors and wood trim throughout the house. We have been chasing both the warranty group and our initial construction contact but have not received resolution. If we had known things were going to be this bad and so different from the model, it’s unlikely we would have bought a Pulte home.

A horrible experience! The law firm at closing did not have all their paperwork together. What supposed to be about an hour long signing, a lot of the paperwork was already signed, took almost three hours. The house was not cleaned properly prior to moving in, a lot of construction dust was on the floors and countertops. Three days of living here the plumbing was backed up due to a 2’ level being thrown down in the clean out pipe. The county had to come out here and dig up my front lawn 10’-12’ down to remove it and repair the pipe and back fill, then it it took another three weeks to get new ...

The build quality is not that great. LVP (vinyl plank) flooring was popped up everywhere within the house and it is making noise everywhere. Within one week we see the windows are leaking because of rain. The workers didn't finished it properly and Builder is not even worried about checking that as a priority Drywall finishing is aweful.. I could write a book about all my frustrations with my new home and working with Pulte field staff. In short, they have promised us a lot and delivered on very little. Lots of items remained to be fixed or completed at closing, and after 40 days not much as been fixed. The only way to get things done is to send angry emails. Paint was spilled by the painters on the brand new carpet, and the tile on the kitchen backsplash is crooked. My Pulte field manager really doesn't care about fixing any of it. Ever heard the saying, “The devil is in the details,”? Well it’s so true for this house. It is evident in every aspect of this home that this was a rushed, careless job. If you like communication, you won’t get it. Sub contractors take no pride their work. If it’s good enough that’s all that matters. Paid a lot of money to have the house interior painted. It’s the worst paint I’ve ever seen. I can never get a response to issues from anyone about issues that need handled for warranty or repairs…starting to get angry at this point.

If you buy a Pulte home you will hear a lot of “ I am sorry”... and no action. For example, they painted the entire inside of the house the wrong color ...they were “sorry” after we pointed out the mistake. They installed the wrong garage door in March and we pointed the mistake out in March...The correct door was not ordered until June 3!! They are “sorry”....They were suppose to put brick around the front door but put siding....We pointed out the mistake...after arguing about it, they said “sorry” and corrected it....and the list goes on.!!
