Several years back when I moved to Atlanta I had great experience with Pulte. They built my new townhouse and I was included each step of the way, had a great finished product and great follow up. For this purchase/build, I purposely sought them out as this was to be my 'retirement' home (as in I didn't want to move again until I truly retire in a few years). But with all that has happened since I financed with Pulte, took ownership of the house and lived here for a few weeks I do not plan to A) stay here for the long haul or B) invest in another Pulte home. I bought a $1.2m home and had a field construction supervisor INTENTIONALLY damage my home and property, I have photo evidence and no one seemed to care. You think that is hyperbole but it's not.

Easy, honest and responsive.

attention to detail may improve small issues that should've been taken cared before I moved in were not fixed

We reported a dying tree 2 weeks after we closed and the Pulte Customer Service manager refused to address the issue first saying it was recovering from its cigar cut ( it was not) and then said it was our problem and the HoAs problem. He basically told me he would no longer answer any email regarding this issue. The landscaping company found out about the issue, and their manager came out the same day, looked at the tree and agreed it was bad, and had it replaced a few days later.

Everything from the sales staff to the building team, they provide a great experience for the home owner and at the end you not only have a product but your dream home!!!

I have been incredibly satisfied with my new Pulte Home. From the quality of the building, to the customer service I received throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, I could not be more pleased and happy with my choice of a Pulte Home.

Loving Our New House

The only thing I can nitpick on was the quality of the appliances and the fact that I do not have under cabinet lighting.

I closed on February 29th, yes they were willing to accommodate me on a Saturday :) I am still in the process of moving in as I moved from out of state but everything could not be more perfect. This will be my forever home and I LOVE it!

From our first visit to the model home and all throughout the entire construction process, Alex, Javier and their team kept us well informed and up to date. No questions were ever too small and they never seemed bothered by our visits. Their professionalism and experience shined bright! We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of our new home. It is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Pulte!

I absolutely love this floor plan, all the storage space and soooo much room!!! Only very minor change I would suggest for me is the decor choices could be more variety, I prefer upgraded "modern/spa like" styling choices for showers, sinks / bathroom fixtures and towel rods etc.. Seems like they are fairly standard choices and getting a bit dated but I can fix this later. Excellent experience overall, I will enjoy living here!

Everyone I worked with at Pulte was excellent. Everyone answered all my questions and if they didn't have answers they always got back with me.

My wife and I fell in love with the model home and went ahead with purchasing of the home. The Sales Associate that we worked with was awesome. The building experience was not bad either. We relocated from Chicago so could only come down a few times to review the progress on the home. Project Manager building home Was responsive as well. We had scheduled our final walk through 6 weeks in advance and had requested an early morning meeting as my wife had to leave for business trip right away and was going to be gone until closing. The night before the PM calls to reschedule saying he had a closing to go to. The final walk through was done haphazardly. The day before the closing we were notified that due to some issue with Pulte and City of Lake Mary, they were not issuing us closing rights. My realtor and I had to rush to the City and ask them to allow the closing as the issue was not with the buyer but Pulte, and they accepted our appeal. Once we moved into the home, we have had issues with every appliance not hooked up properly, water not turned on etc. Poor to average workmanship in the home. This is the third new home that my wife and I have purchased and compared to the other 2 homes, the experience here leaves a sour taste. I will never buy another home from Pulte nor recommend any friends and family to buy from them. ... More

Working with the Pulte AZ office to get our A/C fixed was very difficult. Then when you complain about what’s wrong they will tell you that you are lying. Unfortunately it was 1 bad apple working for Pulte who ruined it for everyone else working there. I would be happy to give her name if Pulte wants to know.

Overall, we are happy with the buying experience but with one exception. One of the cabinets is about to fall off with part of the upper trim falling down on my daughter as she cooked breakfast. I sent an email to the warranty email address. The claim is that they will respond quickly. So far(one week later), no response to my call or email. I'm hopeful that the delay is only due to the Covid 19 problem. All of the other small paint scratches/chips etc.. are minor and certainly not serious. But I would still like to get a small amount of touch up paint so that I can do this myself. I have asked twice. No response..... ... More

Ladies up front were hard to do get ahold of. Never replied, or IF they did it was DAYS later. The quality of stuff is nice.

Yes, you get a brand new home; however, these homes are not custom built. You do get to choose some products, but pretty much everything is an upgrade which drives the price up. The men building these homes are hard working, but they are not craftsmen they are laborers.

Couldn’t be happier in my new home. The Pulte team exceeded my expectations!

The staff that helped after the sale were excellent. Even after closing, they provide quick responses to issues.

The builder and selling agent made buying a Putle home a very pleasant experience. The selling agent was very responsive to answering all my questions and the builder was very thorough in finding and correcting any small flaws in my house.

There were a few items done incorrectly and the quality of things such as paint on walls and front door could be much better, as an example.

Our home was built with quality materials and craftsmanship and the communication and caring on the part of the Pulte team during construction taught us a few things about communication and was first class. While we hope to live in our Pulte home for the rest of our lives, we know if we ever choose to move, it will be with Pulte. Thank you Pulte!

Quality of Construction is Poor and they just want to sell the houses. They also build the same elevation houses next to each other.
