Great value for the price. I heard a lot of horror stories about spec home builders, even in my own subdivision, but Pulte has been great to me. Any issues I've had were addressed to my satisfaction so far. The team seems to be genuinely concerned about the customers satisfaction and has been completely transparent.

From start to finish, my home buying/building experience with Pulte was excellent! Stephanie helped me to pick the best lot, Matt made sure the foundation and frame were solid as a rock, and Josh was a fantastic communicator answering ALL of my questions and promptly addressing any concerns. Expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Nice job, team!

Pulte will pressure you to buy a home with ALL of their products - their home insurance, their mortgage company, etc. They will not stop pursuing you until after your closing. Remember, you need to put your own interests first, and Pulte will put their own interests first. Carefully review your options and don't let them bully you into buying their products. Consult with people you trust to make the best choice. Their home product is great, but they need to work on not being so aggressive. Their mortgage lender was so ruthless that he lied to me via e-mail to get a reaction out of me. This was after he had attempted to contact me numerous times to change my mind about the lender we had chosen. Personally, I would buy a Pulte house again (they do a beautiful job) but would never get involved with their other business units unless I was absolutely sure I was getting a better deal (don't take their word for it - do your research). ... They should have better team . They planted a dead tree that never got replace , I have send an email regarding the water line for the kitchen refrigerator it has been fixed. A lot details around the house. I thought for a nice Community things would run different here from other communities. Overall neighbors are Kind and friendly.

Clearly Pulte have poor communication within their organisation, which in my case of purchasing two properties, resulted in threats from Pulte about a potential closing delay due to issues created by Pulte and COVID-19. No respect for time zones, no customer focus, no apology from Pulte corporate. Overall a very stressful and dissatisfying process from when business sealed through to closing.

Quality of work is terrible, managers do not inspect the work .

Just purchased home in April at the start of the Coronavirus pandemic and haven’t moved in yet, but aside from minor glitches like tub faucet came off and some paint spots missed, everything looks good.

List of punchlist items that were to be completed between the final walkthrough and closing were not completed and remain incomplete three months later. Inconsistent communication with agent and construction manager. Last minute delays and confusion was common. Good service from title company. Numerous warranty items need attention but cannot be submitted as you are only allowed one opportunity to request warranty work on construction items.

We looked in the Spring Hill/Thompson Station area and fell in love with the Brixworth community. The Vanderbilt plan worked best for us and the process was organized and efficient. Happy to answer any questions.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Pulte. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

Model home was three years old when it was sold and we moved in on March 25th during Covid lock down. Hot water system had not been properly maintained and did not work in master bath. Response was 'you bought it as is' and we were brushed off by main office in Phoenix. We found our own plumber and had repairs done at our own expense. Other items on the final move in check list have still not been done as of May 28, 2020.

Poor communication, poor work quality, poor everything will not recommend or purchase anything from Pulte again

Purchase a new Pulte home! The fit and finish of the home are great; love the very functional floorplan. A well-built home for a fair price.

Pulte has been such an amazing company to work with. They were awesome from day one helping us find the perfect house. When we were having a little bit of difficulty with closing they did everything they could to help us. Erika and Dan from pulte mortgage were seriously life savers. As for the build itselfe our contractor Matt has been amazing. The house is wonderful, but any issues that have arisen hes made sure to get taken care of right away. So very happy we went with Pulte

Quality work and can trust.

There is no question that in today's market is quite impossible to receive a value comparable to the amount of money you pay for a home. Houses are built in a hurry and many times builders cut corners to maximize profit. My happy with the house but in less than a month living there I already spotted many quality of workmanship & materials issues that really makes you think is the house really worth what we paid for it.

Make sure the project has everything working and complete before you close. They promise and extend and are difficult to pin down a time to complete even though they use those workers to do their own homes rather than repair the items that were wrong on your home. We were luck to have a very good foreman to work with.

My home is amazing and absolutely awesome. The entire process was easy and each and every department was trustworthy and helpful!

Totally satisfied with process. Home was delivered in time frame promised and costs were within parameters discussed.

Would have got 5 stars but my AC line wasn’t hooked up and leaked out into my walls and floor, doorbell didn’t work, oven was broken, melted parts in my dishwasher, grass was dead due to a covered up sprinkler head.

Have always like Pulte Homes but never purchased one. Always thought that the quality and workmanship was top notch. Our purchase was a bit less than that. Attention to details, caulking, painting and clean home before move in was lacking. They need to revisit those issues to make sure the customer can move in with little concern for major things such as those. I don't want to move into a home and then have to go behind a 'professional' that has 'rushed' at his/her job. Overall, they are in the process of trying to make it right and make us as the homeowner, happy. That matters!!!!

New to NC. Love the area and neighborhood. House lacks attention to detail but overall is better than average. Disappointed with recreational center and pool not being finished. Should have been done before social distancing came along. Have a few issues with the house that have been submitted but also aren't being addressed.
