While they are incredibly efficient when it comes to collecting escrow payments, that urgency doesn’t extend to providing timely or transparent updates. Less than two months since we moved in, there are numerous issues that need to be addressed. The workmanship and materials used are of poor quality. Additionally, the communication regarding the completion of exterior items is extremely poor. We had to follow up multiple times to obtain a timeline for their completion. Overall we are not happy with the purchase and value for the price paid.

During the final inspections of the house, be careful not to be touched by Isaac De Pulte in Tohoqua. He is an irresponsible person who promises to fix every detail in your house and does nothing. Be careful, Pulte. He should see these reviews and take action first. He is the customer.

Do not go with Pulte Mortgage even if they are offering incentives. Their rates are way high compared to other sources. In addition, the sales consultant at our community is the really bad with communication. He kept us waiting without confirming accurate details that led to delay in closing and costing us with late fees. Its a good community but the experience with Pulte hasn't been great!

I would not recommend Pulte or Pulte Finance. Everyone was on vacation and they didn’t close the deal on time like promised. They were too busy on vacation and they wasted a lot of my time.

This bad experience started with a bidding war on lots. Then the high prices for features, then not disclosing that home wouldn’t be ready at our forced, rushed closing date. They stated that our landscaping and driveway wasn’t done due to their bust schedule even though other homes not even sold had theirs completed before winter hit. Then their mortgage people’s refusal to us for withholding funds since the home wasn’t completed at closing and Bradyn, the manager, had no estimate when it would be completed since they had 30 more homes to work on. My experience is not satisfactory with pulte, regretting now that i should gone with other builder. Very poor quality house ,didn’t do house quality check properly before closing, made me to hurry in closing rather than concentrating on fixing issues in home . Pulte should concentrate on their quality of building to give trust and confidence to customers rather than concentrating in making goals in number of homes closed in an year.

Immense Disappointment

Workmanship is poor, at best. Windows were different measurements resulting in blinds not fitting, Finish work from flooring to sanding and painting is substandard for new home expectations. Loan consultant would not return my calls AND emails. It had been a terrible experience and wish there was a lemon law for new home purchases. The home will be on the market as soon as the rest of the developers is closer to completion. Buyer beware.

We bought a million dollar home and the quality of material used is very sub standard and thats not what is expected. There are issues which were reported during walk through and have not been resolved even after one month of moving in. Lastly, the experience we had was very bad in comparison to other builder we have bought before.

This is our 2nd time building with Pulte Homes. The first time back in 2008 was SUPERIOR and this time was less then stellar. We had a great time designing the home and hoped it would be like our last. Upon delivery we were shocked at the low quality of our home and the errors that have been overlooked. We have been here over a month in our new home and we can’t fully move in because of all the issues with this home drywall fixes, paint on our new $28,000 floors, electrical, plumbing, concrete, painting. We found a lack of experience and ownership to the people we had to deal with in buying this house. The law firm messed up our paperwork from the start. It just got worse as we went through the whole process. We ended up having to spend over 2600.00 dollars waiting for our closing date. First day in the house master closet shelf fell off the wall.
