I am been having a couple of issues and had to contact multiples times and will be already two month and not been fixed.

They helped me change my keys, they are always very helpful.

Buying felt easier than looking for a home and Pulte checked all our boxes

I would say a great professionalism for the Project Manager Jack, but my back yard work is of very poor quality, it was mentioned in the home inspection report to fix some things which are still left pending. When reached out to the builder it says it will be fixed by the developer but don't know when that is one of the burning issue for me

We had a rush closing in between holidays etc, but the team was amazing and really prompt to respond to requests, walkthroughs, documentation and on the closing day itself. Many thanks for Sal and his team for a wonderful experience. We love our new home!

Pulte needs to slow way down on the build process. While we have found Pulte responsive to fixing things, it seems we are always discovering things that aren't right. It definitely does not make us feel like our investment matters when we see so many cut corners and inconsistencies.

The house is beautiful and we are super happy with the workmanship and price of the house.

The quality of the sod and installation were very poor and that has been my primary disappointment.

I don’t think I could be more pleased with my new house. Short of the fact custom choices were limited. The house is exactly what was promised and finished when expected. The team was a pleasure to work with.

The quality of work I feel is sub par for the price of the house. They rush you through closing and the buyer pays a penalty if they delay closing for any reason, but the Pulte can delay without recourse. We moved into an unfinished home, unpainted exterior, and 8 weeks later, still no sod and an incomplete punch list. With the weather being a slight factor on some of the above items, I still feel it was poor planning on Pulte's part. My advice to new home buyers with Pulte is to stay on top of them every step of the way. Do not settle for less than you expect and keep pushing them. In the end, we are happy with our home, despite the issues and unfinished list... We will keep pushing to get everything completed. They do complete the work, it just takes many attempts and follow ups... ... More

Very average. Helpfulness and getting issues handles very poor

Worksmanship can be iffy, but the builders will fix anything wrong/poorly done promptly.

The house is ok, no major issues. Since it’s a builder-grade, HOA-community house, the choices on some items important to us were limited, such as quality of materials and availability of finishes. The mass-production approach also doesn’t take into account end-user experience. Due to these two factors, it will require substantial rework, something we were hoping to avoid by buying a new home. Live and learn.

Buying a new home can seem like a daunting life event but with the help of the team at Pulte buying my new home was an absolute breeze. The process was extremely well communicated, I chose all the finishes I wanted, we were done on time, and I couldn't be happier in my new home. Working with Pulte was the best decision I feel I could have made and if I had it to do over I would COMPLETELY choose to work with them again!

Sales office was good. Pulte Mortgage, was not.

Overall it’s a nice home. A few issues are disappointing and I’m not sure I would build with them again.

Our sales representative Kevin was absolutely amazing. He will accomplish great things. Can’t say the same for the quality of workmanship. Having an inexperienced eye for construction I put my faith in the construction crew of our home. Once the honey moon stage faded (60 days after closing) we noticed multiple defects. I won’t use Pulte again for a home, the price of almost 600k has given me a beautiful lot with 200k house on it. Materials are builder grade and the craftsmanship looks to be done by inexperienced laborers. Crown molding around the cabinets isn't attached, cabinets in the kitchen are the lowest grade you can buy, the backsplash tile work is short (some tiles stick out, grout lines appear to be done by a child) Great marketing but the product isn’t worth the cost. ... Am absolutely ashamed of the workmanship and quality control over my community by Jenny. The house had an abundance of issues at my final walk through that she said would be fixed by the time we closed. When closing came around they had still not been done, so I have her another week to have them done by the time we moved it and it still had not. I am incredibly disappointed with PULTE. I had paint stains all over my garage and they had told me there was nothing they could do about it, I am still finding paint all over my tile. The quality control is absolutely terrible and and our field manager the rudest. After reaching out to Pulte multiple times and attempting to reach corporate I finally got someone who was competent. We have finally got our original walk through stuff finished but now I lost my 30 day walk through and now have to deal with customer care from this point forward. ... More

I was very disappointed with the attention to detail, or lack thereof, that was placed into my home. I have been through home builds before, but this one was not favorable by any means. For the amount we paid, you would have thought that there would have been multiple eyes onsite to ensure quality control was happening. Instead we have damaged wood all over the place, specifically little chips throughout our craftsman trim, and paint that looks like an orange peels texture. I don’t understand why this happened as I pointed it out on several occasions. I don’t think it’s acceptable to receive a home that has wood filled in with “mud” or some filler - but the project manger specifically told me that the FROG often gets overlooked. I also don’t see how Pulte sells a craftsman trim, but somehow leaves trim nails sticking out in 3/4 of the doorways, slightly ironic. I had to call out the drywall on multiple occasions as there were spots that weren’t properly finished or dings and dents that were completely overlooked. The orange peel paint is probably one of the most aggravating things to look at considering it was probably the easiest to remedy at the time of application. The legs of our island were damaged and dented - of which had I not called it out, I would have been stuck with it. The cabinet paint was dinged up by the workers. I had to pitch a small fit over considering it’s the focal point of the house. Our yard also was missing a bunch of sod and it has been a fight since our closing to get this done, which is still an outstanding item. The moral of the story here is buyer beware and pay very close attention. You would think you would get what you pay for, but then again, not so much these days.
