Our only complaint in the process was dealing with Pulte mortgage. Tifani the person who collected all of our financial info seemed to drop the ball often. It was the most stressful experience! The day before our closing she told us we needed a piece of information or we couldn’t close! Her words were “you have a yellow light right now”. In the meantime our realtor checked into it and we were already cleared to close. We felt like we were always scrambling to get one more piece of information!

Jason and Johnny did a great job running the project. Jason was more responsive at the end of the project than in the middle but overall he did a great job and went abbove and beyond some things at closing.

When it comes to paint, tile work and concrete, quality and craftsmanship is subpar. Tile grout issues and uneven tile placement. Paint is blotchy. Concrete has bucket imprints or areas that are cracked or not finished smoothly. Double check all your windows and sliding doors for ease of opening and closing as well as leaks. Project Manager was very responsive and corrected issues as best as he could.

We had a mixed experience building with Pulte. On the positive side, the neighborhood is great, the houses look nice, and the people we worked with (shout out to Jake, Ricky, and Leo!) were fantastic. Pulte's process is organized and they keep you in the loop, which we appreciated. A big piece of advice: hire your own inspector for the pre-drywall walk-through. We only hired one for the final inspection, and he found enough problems to make us feel like the job was rushed at the end. It leaves you wondering what might be hidden behind the walls. The builders know they have you at a disadvantage and operate as such. Work could be done quicker and with more quality. Paul the superintendent did a great job but I know his hands are tied. He does his best but is limited by the trades. Pulte and every other builder need to band together and make the trades do better work. Work took way too long. From frame to completion took 5 months. Way too long. And then at the end work was rushed and I do not believe we were given a house worthy of $680k. Feet were dragged and then we had to wait for the house to be cleaned (not very ...

Cheap quality. Finished poor. Site sales not satisfied. After service is ok. John is working hard to fix the problems. Can’t call this home luxury as posted on website and signs. However, the neighborhoods are good but would not recommend to. Family or friends.

After living in a house built in the Fulti House for 12 years, I moved to this house, and the materials are messy and the finishing is too messy. Because I am not an expert, there are a lot of problems that I have not found during inspection. This is an expensive house in Las Vegas, but there are many problems, perhaps because it was built in a hurry.

Overall, the process was smooth. I found Pulte Mortgage to be difficult to work with. Their inquiries were on the verge of being excessive. I had a big disappointment with my flex room which was supposed to have doors and they weren’t installed. After my complaints I was given the doors and I agreed to pay for the installation which was a mistake on my part. It was their mistake so everything should have been covered; I brought the issue up with the builder but his attitude was that they wouldn’t agree to pay since I had been foolish enough to agree although he didn’t say so.
