The commercial sales work is excellent but when you are already inside the constumer care response and the administration consortium service is non-existent. a real shame and absolute lack of social responsibility to be a development company for families

Worst build quality and refusal to fix anything

It is astonishing that after paying over $1,000,000.00 for a home, the amount of issues present at closing and their refusal to fix those issues presents itself. They consistently try to NOT FIX anything or give excuses as to the existence of those problems. They spend more time trying to explain away problems that are fairly easy to fix.

Bad architecture overall, bad location choices hvac and heater in base ment, fridge location in kitchen etc., just to save their construction money, they realize limited lots to create artifical demand and increase price, very limted designer choice and its a lot if every chnage. Make scene every time you request for small changes, after closing, if we find any issues they mention it either too small or does not seems to be issue, we will fix when we have 9 months walk through. Substandard grass which require too much maintenance and bad garden plant choices. Overall not satisfied

I will never buy another Pulte home. From the start of the build to the end we had numerous issues. Only after moving do you truly discover how bad they built this house.

Build quality was sub par , paid excessive money and response on issues much worse . Driveway and pathway and lawn is taking more than 3 months or even for some neighbors 6 months to compete . While new home buyers now are getting everything on time .

What a joke. This entire process has been 1 fight after another. The construction manager was useless. Any time I had questions or concerns I was dismissed or ignored. Escalating issues did nothing as management did not care, want to understand or acknowledge what I had to say. Pulte quality has gone down hill and they are trading off a reputation.

I was really hoping that the home buying process will be good and easy with Pulte group. But I was wrong. Right from first step, I had very bad experiences with Pulte group. They would never stand on their own words. They always change the words accordingly to their situation. All the construction materials used were not even upto the standards they are charging. Andrew- Sales- absolutely worthless. Dishonest and untrustworthy. If you can find someone else to deal with, do it. He lied to make the sale. Craftsmanship is an absolute joke. The list of items that were fixed preclose was huge, but since I’ve closed 2 things have been addressed. My cabinets- level 4- look like trash. I was told they’d fix them at the cabinet punch on 5/19- 2 cabinets were fixed, the rest are still damaged. Overall I would avoid building with pulte. The quality of the home is poor. We have walls with giant waves in them due to poor craftsmanship. The cabinets feel cheap and are falling apart already and we upgraded them. The stair treads look rushed and show gaps and look bad. The trim work is terrible. The painters left paint splattered everywhere inside and out. They painted over nails sticking out of the trim. Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. Absolutely Substandard appliances given, since one month issues are not being addressed. Only a blame game, fire alarm is not functioning well and beeps daily full day and night. Appliances provided are substandard and not working, Pulte executives say they can’t do anything. Children have final exams and we are living in a devastated state with Pulte homes

The worst build process I’ve ever been through in my life. Too many issues to type but all it takes is one look through my history. Since I’ve been in the home (2 months), I’ve already had a ceiling leak in my master bath, electrical problems (outlets not working in all bathrooms, window still not fixed that was on closing detail, landscaping not completed. I would not and will not recommend Pulte, not even to my worst enemy.

Premium homes built and sold with very low quality, workmanships. Every areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installed recalled electrical panels and refused to replace that tells the ethical issue.

All areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installing recalled electrical panels and refusing to replace them tells the ethical issue. Doors and windows do not match and close properly. The hardware installed is not aligned and is crooked. Tiles have grout and glues that weren't cleaned properly now it is too late to clean. I do not recommend anyone paying round million dollars for the home they are building. Please vet other builders before choosing Pulti.

Facing issues on many areas. First of all the build quality is very poor and finishing is not good at all. I will explain this in detail. We were forced to close before the property had all the final touches competed and it has been a mess trying to get the builder to hold their contractors accountable for the terrible work. The house still has not been completed.
