Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. They managed to turn our dream house into a nightmare with they lack of respect and responsiveness to the house issues, you pretty much have to chase them, and almost beg to fix issues at the house that you paid a lot of money for, like they doing you a favor. Absolutely Substandard appliances given, since one month issues are not being addressed. Only a blame game, fire alarm is not functioning well and beeps daily full day and night. Appliances provided are substandard and not working, Pulte executives say they can’t do anything. Children have final exams and we are living in a devastated state with Pulte homes

Terrible experience from start to finish. Don’t communicate, aren’t honest, and don’t really care about the customer. Bottom line focused and any cost. Would love to talk to someone about all this but they actually want to hear.

They distract you from the big issues before closing. Then once you close everything has to go through warranty. Don’t close without a professional at your side

The worst build process I’ve ever been through in my life. Too many issues to type but all it takes is one look through my history. Since I’ve been in the home (2 months), I’ve already had a ceiling leak in my master bath, electrical problems (outlets not working in all bathrooms, window still not fixed that was on closing detail, landscaping not completed. I would not and will not recommend Pulte, not even to my worst enemy.

Premium homes built and sold with very low quality, workmanships. Every areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installed recalled electrical panels and refused to replace that tells the ethical issue.

All areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installing recalled electrical panels and refusing to replace them tells the ethical issue. Doors and windows do not match and close properly. The hardware installed is not aligned and is crooked. Tiles have grout and glues that weren't cleaned properly now it is too late to clean. I do not recommend anyone paying round million dollars for the home they are building. Please vet other builders before choosing Pulti.

Facing issues on many areas. First of all the build quality is very poor and finishing is not good at all. I will explain this in detail. The issues which I have stated at walk through wasn't cleared when they handed over the keys. The main front door was tight and they replaced it but I had to wait more than a week to get that fixed. Still I'm having issues with the door. Also the storage door at downstairs and the sliding door of closet got broken after first use. We were forced to close before the property had all the final touches competed and it has been a mess trying to get the builder to hold their contractors accountable for the terrible work. The house still has not been completed.

At the end of the day the bones of the home might be great, but they sure can’t finish a home. So many finishing issues wity trim, appliance installation, paint, cleaning, chaulking, sloppy work, building materials all over the windows, lack of care of finishing things out of view, carpet pulling, and more. and when we talked to pulte, they blame the trades.. lol. The builder is not worth it.

I don't have any words to say how bad the whole process is and how much mental stress and pain they can give to buyer. Everything they will say we will fix and force you to close the home and they will give you letter of intent and finally after the close ... you hear the words "" As per Plan"", we won't do anything. The new home becomes 10 year old within a year with so many breaks and fixes as part of warranty. We had a water leak in the office room downstairs. We put in a warranty claim. The initial response was very fast which we appreciated it. The leak was fixed and stopped quickly. However, we’ve been waiting for more than a month for the drywall and the carpet that were damaged to be fixed. This should not take this long. My wife works from home and uses this office for work. We are having a very bad experience with the warranty issues to be completed in a timely manner. It is very disappointing.

There are a lot of problems waiting to fix, and all house was rough finish! All the bricks in our front yard and back yard are improperly spaced and uneven height, leaving a big gap, and some of them have black oil stains on. Unfortunately, they have not been solved at present. The ground on the second floor squeaks, walking on it has a sense of insecurity, currently lived in a month, there are two bedroom doors cannot closed.

This is our second home but our first ever built and the whole process was stressful to say the least. I was disappointed at the quality that the house was delivered. The quality of workmanship and materials are embarrassing and doesn't worth the money we pay for the house. We came upon several issues while we did our preclosing check up and our concerns were heard until we had to involve more people. The house would have been delivered better if Pulte homes didn't push to finish the house sooner than it was supposed to. I doubt we will go with Pulte homes for our next house. NEVER AGAIN!
