We have water leaking from our bathroom into our main floor, we have a sink hole in our front yard due to a suspected sewage leak, we have water coming through or basement ceiling from the HVAC system, we have water damage in our family room from a roof leak and this is just the water problems. We have electrical problems, smarthome system that was wired incorrectly, and subfloor8ng issues.

HORRIBLE QUALITY AND DENIES WARRANTY CLAIMS

I purchased a brand new home from Pulte in April 2025. Just two months later, the inner pane of our double-glazed sliding glass door spontaneously shattered—with absolutely no sign of impact, misuse, or damage to the exterior pane. This is a textbook example of a stress fracture or material defect, which is supposed to be covered under Pulte’s 1-year limited warranty (per their own performance standards under section 10.5 for cracked windows and stress cracks). Buyer beware: Does not build to code or honor warranty

Have mold after 1 month in basement as it was never built properly. Flag at inspection and during build, was never resolved although promised it would be. Warranty denied for “underground spring” - you are not allowed to build on underground springs and nobody checked or proved that. They just dont want to honor their warranty for poor not up to code build.

This is the worst craftsmanship I ever seen, from the walls, floors, Ctop, cabinets and much more. I closed around 5/12 and I still have issues with my cabinets not being completed. Also Workers using my electricity and water, like there’s no supervision for them so they do as pleased. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. Worst experience ever!!!

I have called multiple times to fix the sink. Because it has a leak. They have came twice to fix it and the same leak still continues. I also called for chipped tiles, no one has called me back. Almost as if I never called. The ac has some kind of shortage in one room, where the ac doesn’t hit the same as the entire house. When I first moved no ac was hitting that room, someone came to fix it, and they got the ac to get to the room but it’s not as strong as the rest of the house. Pulte homes are not cheap homes I would expect better quality of work and better treatment.

Pulte does a rush job. Everything from the installation of the doors to the paint job to the construction of the walls was clearly done in a haphazard fashion showing a lack of care. Even the toilet they installed had a crack in the basin. Whenever an issue arises, I have to play email and telephone tag to get any kind of response. And then, there’s a lot of gaslighting about whether or not the issue I present is truly a problem. Don’t buy Pulte.

Absolutely HORRIBLE workmanship. Building the house was a nightmare, my floor plan was messed up multiple times, my items that were installed were incorrect multiple times, the paint is cheap, the walls were not all the way sanded down, the work looks cheap and there are multiple things that still need to be fixed including the leaking pipes. Would love to share pictures if you give me a link to upload. Not worth the 1.2 million dollars and would not recommend to anyone I know.

Please thoroughly review the design diagram, specifications, and dimensions of everything in your home. It will be a large document, but it's important to take the time to go through it carefully. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been dishonest and difficult throughout the entire process. We’ve had several issues arising from overall poor workmanship and negligence on part of their subcontractors which they refuse to take responsibility for. They nickel and dimed us for several upgrades, but bait and switched us and subbed out for things that were cheaper than what we had paid for. They have been dishonest and the quality of their homes cannot be justified by their price. I would not recommend at all.

The lack of quality control and the incompetence of Pulte homes contractors is beyond frustrating. Ten drywall holes were left to fix various issues ( water pipes , cabinets and more) after closing, and the response time for repairs is horrendous. I was promised by Dana that Pulte wanted my home perfect that’s why it took so long to finish. Let me tell you my house is far from perfect! On my final walk through with Brian and Dustin I, my son and granddaughter pointed out all the flaws and marked them with painters tape. They took no notes and kept nodding at the mistakes. Very cheap building quality, quick fix repairs, and a company that prides themselves on quality. Their advertised quality and the Pulte care experience was false. The building process was so stressful that I felt overlooked. I received no replies to my emails and had to follow up on every detail. Even after moving in, I'm still waiting for a response to the issues I've raised. The quality of the build is poor, and I've encountered nothing but lies. Pulte only seemed interested until the contract was signed. They're not a responsible builder. I cannot and will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

My experience has not been pleasant at all due to faulty plumbing in the wall of my master bathroom which created mold growth after leaking for an estimated 30 days before noticing. Zero stars. 1) My wife's foot was injured due to Pulte's poor workmanship and intentional neglect of a known safety hazard. They still deny it now. 2) They laid down straw and seed despite knowing that temperatures would drop below 32F, completely ignoring common sense. 3) There is water leakage and a strange cracking sound behind the wall, which Pulte insists is normal. 4) I have tons of other issues I could go on and on about.
