I would highly recommend not to buy with Pulte homes They use cheap quality materials and worst behavioral construction team. Once you close the home then you will be screwed up. Don’t trust sales and construction team words at any stage until you satisfy DON’T close the home.

Over all not a builder to reply on.

Pulte has 10 yr old same designs. You will not have contact from any management outside of sales person and property manager. Bad documentation Bad design studio that not accessible as per customer needs. Explanation of packages is horrible. Pulte expects Customers need to come prepared from a horrible design doc and select options in 2 hrs. One good thing is their team on ground is helpful. Their contractors don't follow a standards Pulte mortgage and Pulte insurance is another horrible company that doesn't care about customer experience and value business.

Going into the purchase of my new home I was excited and enthusiastic. Pulte had such a good reputation, however, that soon changed! They did NOT live up to their reputation in any area! No one paid any attention to the workmanship the sub contractors were doing resulting in sloppy, shoddy workmanship. It seems like the Pulte model is “throw it together and if the buyer complains - fix it - and fix it as cheaply as it can be done. While I like the home overall, the quality that Pulte keeps telling you about does not exist. Over 30 days post close and our punch list still has not been addressed. The end product is not satisfactory and we still have multiple issues with the home. The bandaids are already falling off. The cabinets are cheap. The only upgrades I would recommend are foundational with extended rooms otherwise I would recommend minimal upgrades and do it yourself post close. Worst Experience with the quality of work

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

Very Poor Quality. They don't take ownership, and there is no quality check. They just want to close the house ASAP. Once you close the house, they will just make some lame excuse in the name of "We are not a custom builder; we are a Production builder." It feels like I bought a remodeled house at the price of a New House.

We had high hopes. Workmanship is subpar Paid extra insulation in walls and roof which was not completed. Construction manager stated he thought we would not find out. Irrigation flooding front yard. Back wall falling down. It feels like we are living in a remodel in a brand new home. Pulte mortagage unresponsive and fees are astronomical. Pulte design center is the worst. They don’t know what included or what extra options. The price for options is ridiculous. We are heartbroken with experience, we had high hopes.

I raised a ticket with customer service for uneven surface in by backyard and the drain holes are too deep inside. I was disappointed by my experience with Pulte. The workmanship was poor as best. I spent 6 hours marking nearly 2000 workmanship and quality defects. Ten days later at my pre-closing walk-through - 30 minutes before closing - trades were in the house still working on the builder’s punch list and maybe 25% of the issues I pointed out. There were issues I pointed out during the walk-through that were ignored. Paint over that flaw, smudge some goop in that scratch, didn’t clean up paint splatter on the floors and tiles. Holes still needing repaired. But all we were told was when do you want painters? Did our walk through and marked up a lot of cosmetic items, holes, missing items. Come to closing and sign our paperwork to be told the painters are still there. Oh and we haven't scheduled cleaners. Painters used all types of finishes on all walls, trim is half painted, sometimes even changing from flat to semi gloss to flat again on the same board. Home horribly built. Rushed into a closing date with an ill equipped home from a QC perspective. Documented over 10 active issues with paramount issue of faulty air. Takes numerous emails that finally threatened escalation for a finger to get lifted. Unbelievably dissatisfied .
