There is no supervision on the job site and the superintendent lies to you and says no its ok that is the way Pulte does there work! Then when the blue tape walk though comes around simple things like doors closing correctly don't then you wait 14 days for someone to come and fix them. the bath tub is so scratched up the worker said he cant do any more> Iam waiting another 14 days for someone to tell me the something I cant take out the scratches

Bad Design and Super Bad customer service

1. Vents making noise and pulte says they cant do anything. Cant sit in that room and do anything. 2. Bath flushs, and shower making so much noises that you hear on whole house. If someone goes bathroom in night, flush can wake others in different room. Bad Bad design 3. Staircases railing making noise, Windows put on wrong spots 4. After closing super bad customer service.

We’re forced to close on unfinished home with a promise that everything will be taken care. But was never finished. Initially kept sending people to fix stuff and then stopped responding and when asked for upper management. Sales agent said she is not going to give upper management contact. Our experience with pulte mortgage was anything but pleasant. Our loan processor was always difficult to reach and constantly misplaced documents during the process. The last week of closing they were completely non existent and added much more stress to the process than was needed. Our loan processor would never reply back to our calls and emails.

I have nothing good to say about Pulte - they are currently building homes as fast as they can and cutting corners left and right. We closed on a house that was filthy with many issues that they promised to address as soon as we closed - joke was on us for not refusing to close and believing that they were telling us the truth. As soon as you close, they disappear. My advice? Run.

In the first week our house flooded because someone disconnected the drain in the wall by the laundry. We’ve had very little response or help to get the damage finished. From no show appointments to miscommunication. We still have sections of our house we can’t use.

I wish i could give no stars but the review has to be submitted and so gave that one. The cheapest quality of home for the price paid and staff makes sure to give you enough pressure from the time dealing with sales agent to closing and beyond. Never again, can find such dreadful experience.

I can’t even begin to explain the issues that I’ve had with my home. Pulte apparently uses day laborers that are unskilled to do work in the houses because the workmanship is horrible and there’s no accountability and apparently no one following up with anybody on the quality of work that is being produced. Very disappointing

This was the worst experience I have gone through in my life. The quality of build has been bad from the beginning. We have gone through 5 different field managers, each one messing everything up along the way. We closed in March 2021 and still have a list of items that are needed to be complete 2 months later with NO communication as to when they would be done. Pulte did a horrible job with the drywall in multiple places. It looks like the home is 20 years old instead of a new build. Pulte damaged my floors and I had to argue for over a week to get them replaced. After temporarily moving out while they fixed the floors, I returned to find glue all over the floor and the floor had bulked up in the kitchen. It was also not level in other places. It’s been 3 weeks and they have still not come back to repair the floor. The steps were also damaged by Pulte and they still haven’t repaired those either. The list goes on and on. This is the worst quality of the house that I have ever bought. There have been issues all over the house. For the first day we moved in (Friday), I used the master bath shower and turned on the water handle, the handle got popped out and strong water stream almost killed me. We have to turn off the main water control and could not live in the house over the weekend due to no water. Until next Monday, the plumber came to fix the problem. The reason for causing this issue was your plumber forgot to put in the pin to lock the water handle. What a big joke it is. Then many other issues came up ...

Don’t fall prey their pre closing experience. They literally don’t care once closing is over. We closed the house without the driveway and landscaping and it’s been more 2 months and we still don’t have driveway and landscaping . I have sent multiple emails to PM but all I heard is an excuse that it’s delay due to weather conditions. They did driveway and landscaping for all the new house closed after us and pouring basement concrete for the new construction which is far from closing . The weather rule don’t apply to them.
