The construction quality of the house is bad. The site managers are not diligent in their work and very difficult to communicate with. Apparently, this is the same view shared by most of the Pulte home buyers in my community. I would recommend looking for a different builder if their is an option to choose from.

My new home has had nothing but very major issues since moving in. AC leak resulting in restoration, no hot water, bath tub leak, no electric in several rooms not to mention all the cosmetic issues. The workmanship of my house is disappointing at best. I will NEVER build with pulte again.

The builder is responsive. However, he does not follow through with his promises. We always had to remind him to take care of small issues. The craftmanship is very bad. It is a $550,000 home but feels like a $200K home. I would not recommend anyone to buy any home from Pulte. Huge regret.

Workmanship was horrible! Office customer service was not good! Was told we were buying certain options later to find out towards the end when they were putting materials into the house that tons of options changed and wasn’t updated to us the homebuyers. Carpet was dirty with stains and not takes down in lots of areas of the house. Under the carpet was not cleaned and you can fell it everywhere when you walk in the carpet. The paint was horrible. There is a limit in these reviews so I can't even list all of the issues that have come up. The quality of the trades they outsource are horrible. They are backed up and were still building the home and had not even finished many areas when we closed. Stains on the driveway, trash everywhere in the garage and yard at closing, appliances not in, took months just to get approval to start drywall, a closet wasn't even painted a month after closing, shutters weren't on the home until after closing, the floorplan sucks so bad that we are ripping out walls before even moving in, basements were ...

First day at my new home, I found out that the living room and 2nd floor bathroom ceilings were wet. The construction people came in and I was told that this was due to the water leak in ac unit in the attic. The drain pipe was not connected to the ac, so water was pouring out straight down to the ceiling below. No one inspected that the ac unit was running properly! Overall terrible experience. Would not buy again. Multiple sales reps/field reps. Had to do everything myself and follow up on everything on my own. Everything was incorrect and had to be adjusted on the go. Would not have been fixed if I was not on top of the entire build. Would never suggest to anyone.

They are building so fast they don't have time for any issues that come up. We waited a month for an electrical issue to be fixed, never have received touch up paint, yard wasn't inspected after freeze during winter for plants/grass that died. Paid top dollar for a house that is mediocre at best.

Customer Care seemed more about ensuring that issues were addressed and closed as quickly as possible rather than focusing on customer satisfaction. Rep was not helpful and challenging to work with/communicate with.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this builder. Our experience was not only horrible, we are regretful. William, the property agent, was great at his job and pleasant but outside of him the experience was egregious. Jim in sales was just cruel. After we purchased the home Amanda became our POC and the support is inconsistent. Our plumbing backed up the 2nd day in the home so I was in sewer water in the shower, the sod was not put down correctly, the interior paint job was amateurish, part of the front of the house had to be repainted and all of this (and more) took 7 weeks to complete. Quality workmanship is nowhere to be found in any phase of build. Contract for purchase was signed one year ago and still unfinished house (outside of house not painted, my guess is will never be caulked, yard is mud and rocks). I closed on my home at the end of Feb 2022, and I still have outstanding items that have not been completed. These were detected in January of 2022. Sad that Pulte rushes to sell home that are not complete and with such poor workmanship. Field managers are over worked and when fix is needed they resort to threats to the homeowner.
