We have been very pleased with our experience buying a Pulte Home. Josh, our salesman, has always been available to answer any questions we had. Our site foreman, Damon, has been very responsive to any problems that came up and was prompt resolving them.

Most everything inside was done well, and the construction manager responded quickly to my questions and items that I pointed out. However, I would suggest to Pulte that they have only one contractor deal with the irrigation system and the landscaping. Multiple times the irrigation system would leak and that contractor would "fix it" and behind him the landscaping contractor would do something to damage the irrigation system and visa versa.

I love my house and the neighborhood.

Stay involved with the building process. Check on your home during all buildings stages. Pulte did a great job calling with weekly updates.

Take a very long time for the final walk through. After moving on February 4th. I needed to have the master vanity replaced as it was a factory defect. The tub in the guest bathroom was badly scratched. Filed Mgr. spent an hour trying to rub out the scratches. Have not decided whether to have Pulte replace the tub. Kitchen drawer edge ragged. All the nails were raised on the steps in the staircase, garage door did not operate property due to poor painting of the garage door. Waiting since before closing to have tree in the rear of the property trimmed. Although every half constructed home has received a palm tree, myself and others on our street have not. We recently purchased a home through Pulte and were surprised by how smooth the process was. From the sales staff to the construction team to the mortgage team, each person seemed to genuinely care about us getting the home we were looking for and in the time frame we needed it. Everyone involved made our home buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

They tell you things have been ordered, but they haven’t. They insist that work was done because they believe the contractors over the homeowners—the ones who see the problems every day and know nothing has been done.

Home is nice and overall it is fine and we're happy. The warranty process is slow, we believe because of the high volume of issues with other homes in the area because of poor sub-contractor work initially, a seeming lack of attention to detail by sub-contractors initially and of course, COVID-19 is doing us no favors with the home warranty action. This causes a lot of home warranty requests that overwhelm the team assigned who have been in contact with us constantly, but the items are numerous and I don't believe this is Pulte directly, but from a lack of "do it right the first time" by the sub-contactors. Those that come to fix see the issues and seemingly display a lack of understanding of why it couldn't have been done right at first. Again, nothing really major and we are overall fine with the home, it just seems like death by a 1000 cuts, but we have to say Tino Velez that is managing the home warranty process with us is actively doing his best and working with us closely and we appreciate that otherwise, we'd be less than happy at this point. We are being patient and giving him the time to coordinate the various groups to get the home in top shape. ... More

We chose the best in line kitchen to get better look. The sample showed to us was very different than the actual material installed. They seem ugly to us and we are very unhappy. We raised the concern to sales office and they said team will not be able to help us. Sales office should have the true representation of sample that is planned to be installed. Kitchen is most important to us and we really need Pulte's help to resolve issue

My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of our home. It was completed ahead of our expectations, allowing us plenty of time to settle in. The build team who worked with us, Shane and Sam, were an excellent group - keeping us informed, and going out of their way to protect the integrity of each phase of build.

Looking at the model home we thought Pulte was good, even during construction when we saw some issues they promised to fix everything before closing. But it has been only a month since we moved in and seeing lot of cracks on dry walls, hearing water flow thru the walls, noticeable uneven flooring, etc.. wish we had noticed these issues before closing, now no response from Pulte to fix any issues.

Maintenence with Matt is the great thing with PULTE.

We love our home and the process was really smooth. Thanks to Alex and Javier for helping us through the process. They attended to our needs whenever we called on them. Alex was very thorough in dealing with Our request and making sure we are always happy. She is Phenomenal and knows her stuff. I will recommend Pulte any time. So far there has been no issues living in our new home.

Trevesta is a friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

My husband an I have built 3 hone in 30 years. This build was a major disappointment. The list of Items in the house that were not finished properly is too long. Pulte can call me to discuss if you want to know more.

The cleaning before I moved in was pretty bad. The overall attention to detail was poor. And this was after two pre closing walkthroughs. However these are things that are easily fixable. Other than that they have been responsive to try to help fix the issues.

Aside some finishing defects, we had an awesome experience with this builder right from the sales team to the construction team. They were very open and responsive. The building was great. My family loves the location of the house. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Our previous home builder is of no match to Pulte. The best thing is that, we get a 30-day to 10-year warranty with the builder performing the inspections.

The team at Pulte was awesome to work with! From the initial sales & purchase experience, the building process along the way, and the folks at Pulte Mortgage were fabulous as well. Overall it was a great experience with a super happy ending!

We moved to our townhome at Park side at Mason Mill about 3 months ago: 1.) Plumbing clogged the 3rd week after we moved in; the farmhouse sink and toilets overflowed. It was a mess when we got home that night that my wife cried. 2.) It's been 3 months. Today, I saw stains in our ceiling, which look like water marks. 3.) When we moved in, there were still blue tapes around the house for work that had to be finished. I guess the contractors did not get a chance to finish their disappointing "rush" job. My wife and I kept the blue tapes hoping that maybe one of these days, customer care will email or call us to see how we're doing in our brand new $509K townhome. Then again, I guess no one will call, because Pulte already have our money. This was our first time to buy a brand new home, which was supposed to be an exciting venture, but now all we want to do is to start over with a new home. We will never purchase a Pulte home again nor will we recommend Pulte to our friends, family or colleagues. ... More

Had a great experience all the way until we made our 30 day list of fixes and only one item has been addressed from our list. It’s been very frustrating

Very poor skilled labor, cracks in shower wall, cracks in kitchen cabinets, pieces and miters cut short, wall boards with voids everywhere, expensive hardwood flooring creaking everywhere, Pulte told us to wait a year, then they will look at it, make great quality! Not excuses for poorly built homes.
