I've been in my new home for six weeks. I've have had a lot of issues with my home, air conditioning does not work, no driveway yet, issues with the sliding screen door, pounding noice when heat is on and a lot of other issues. If I had do do it over again I would not buy a pulte home!!!!

The experience with Pulte Homes was horrible. We’ve had numerous issues and many have taken a long time to fix and some will probably never get fixed. The attention to detail when doing the finishing was not done at all. Painting and caulking are just to name a few. We had electrical issues and a major drainage problem in our backyard that still has not been corrected. We expected somethings would need to be corrected in a new home but ours was over the top.

Electrical, plumbing, and flooring issues were supposed to be fixed prior to closing on our home. We were assured everything was completed and ready for us to move in. We are having major electrical problems and plumbing issues since we moved in and they have not been addressed yet. We also have structural issues that have not been addressed. This is our first home and we bought with a lot of excitement and hope. The workmanship is sloppy and lazy. All the finishes in our home look terrible and have issues. I’m terrified to think of things behind the walls that we can’t see. There’s no quality assurance and no follow up to reported issues. Do not build with Pulte. I wish I could move back to my DR Horton home.

Home that will cracked even before 1 month

The house started showing cracks and the ceiling starts to deteriorated and some drywalls starts to sink within a month. The builder ask you to give them a great survey rate and they do not fix the repairs that suppose to be done prior to closing if you don't comply on it. They claim the house is high quality, but I never seen this low quality even from various leasing apartments

Complete nightmare! From poor materials to inexperience, cheap contractors. Add that with zero quality control and you get a poorly built house. Pulte's only goal is to get your money then forget about you. They rushed us through the closing process, (still had blue tape after we closed) rush the construction process at the last minute. This home has deplorable plumbing issues

No one is held accountable. One of the workers was smoke pot. Grant makes excuses and just tells me to cover up the faulty work. Things were not built to standard. You will be hearing from the VA construction building office within a week

New Home with poor quality work

We purchased our home in April which was supposed to be ready November-January. We we informed in July we would close in September. We did our walk through and noticed several things which we noted and were supposed to be fixed before closing. . We closed and moved in a week later. The house was left a mess. (we were told construction clean) Cabinets were chipped and covered with paint, the workers left chicken bones, nails, bottles and so much debris in our yard and front of house. We were lied to repeated times by employees at Pulte about the size and grading of our house. The quality of the house is an absolute disgrace, lack of consistency in the finishing even though the houses are the same model.
