Completed ahead of schedule. Sales and field manager were awesome to work with. Design center options a bit overwhelming-would like to have seen more upgrades included in base price. Overall, under promised and over delivered!

Pulte built my wife and I's dream home and it was an easy process dealing with the entire Pulte Staff!

I had to switch lots because the front elevation of my original home was drastically changed and would no longer allow access for my physically handicapped family members. There was no communication from Pulte about the change, I discovered it during my initial walk through, after construction had begun. The new lot was a compromise on my part, as it did not have the same benefits as the original, but I decided to go with it. Switching lots slightly delayed my closing date, but I was mostly able to transfer everything over from the original contract. Upon closing, the tiles in my bathrooms had to be ripped out and replaced because they were wrong and I spent the first few days in my new home allowing access to tilers. I have a laundry list of items that will need to be addressed through the warranty. Everything from crummy paint jobs to crooked installations. While many things do look nice, there are also a great many details that look like they were lazily slapped together. One reason I chose my new lot was because it had no rear neighbors. I was told the area behind the home would remain green and lush with trees and grass. Less than one month after closing, my HOA fees went up $30/month because they “forgot” to add insurance to the monthly assessments. Less than 2 months after I moved in, the green area, newly planted trees, and quiet bike path behind my home were ripped out to make way for a parking lot. The beautiful, natural view I was promised would never change is now a dirt pile awaiting ugly asphalt and concrete, to be filled with strangers’ cars, not 10 feet away from my driveway. There has been no communication from Pulte about the change, I have been trying to get information from them on how/why this decision was made, and how/why Pulte feels they can change an agreement after they’ve taken our money. Not to mention they’ve been working on this parking lot for almost two weeks, and the heavy equipment being used has been shaking and rattling my home to the point that pictures have fallen off the walls and items are being shaken off of shelves. I am angry and frustrated with Pulte for one instance after another of pulling the rug out from under their customers. The ladies who work in the sales office have been as kind and helpful as possible, but they can only do so much. Pulte needs to step up and treat their customers with integrity and honesty, and keep their word instead of changing the terms after a contract is signed. ... More

I have recently bought a home from Pulte Homes and my overall experience has been great . The sales team and the engineering teams have been very helpful during the process and while the home has been handed-over. The quality of the home is excellent and there have been no issues so far.

This is my first home in the US, and I am buying another one with the same Builder. Very good quality and trustworthy

I love my new home. Once we signed the papers to close the contractors were not responsive to issues. We are almost 60 days into owning the home and are waiting for our 30 day walk through. Other than that, the house is great!

Buying experience with Pulte Homes is very smooth. I recommend them.

Did not receive a prompt response to service request. For example, when I requested adjustment to water pressure and temperature, I was initially told to call a plumber myself. Eventually, service was provided but had to make multiple contacts. Issue could have been handled more efficiently.

Was painless and fast.

We learned that we can buy new construction for same price as older homes..We did not realize a new community is a great place to meet people more then a exist. Community..new construction gives us a piece of mind no issues for a long time...Pulte has responded timely on all small issues and has made sure we are happy with our purchase

Excellent and reliable construction company that delivered the house on time and according to the agreed specifications. The team that have supported us after receiving the house was excellent and always available to solve the normal minor issues to be adjusted.

Very good process and product

We keep being told that work will be done and then nothing . . . No one reaches back out to us like they say they are, to actually get the work done. It’s been a bit disappointing.

Built long distance. Pulte crew kept us informed, any questions were promptly answered and any issues resolved quickly. Final walk through our expectations were surpassed. Closing went smooth. You pay a little more for Pulte, but definitely worth it!

When I had questions on anything regarding my home they always helped Brian was the one responsible for my home was great I really recommend him he's great.

Great people working locally at Sterling Ridge. Josh and Annette are great employees and people. Single worst title company experience I've ever had. Title company was an embarrassment to the brand and seems as if corporate doesn't care.

We moved into the Westbury community in 2019. We had a good experience with the sales person Kelly and also our project mgmt team of Samer and Mike. We did have a couple delays for a few mistakes but Pulte and the team above made them right, and we are very happy with our end result. Don't misunderstand me you need to be proactive in your build process and watch at every step but if I did not have to move at the STUFF... UGH, I would build again with this crew and Pulte. A company is only as good as the people they have and our team is Top Notch!

We built a house in this community. We had great experience in interacting with the sale consultant, design consultant and construction manager. Everyone was patient and friendly, they listened to our need, were easy to communicate with. During the construction process, Construction Manager sent update at least biweekly or as often as needed, Responded to the questions or concerns that we had in a timely fashion. Builder did a nice work as they promised. Very trustworthy ! Our new house is beautiful and in good quality. Thank you, Pulte!

The good - the build quality was generally good. It's been a month since I moved in and I see the quality and workmanship are comparatively good to homes that I had researched. The bad and the ugly - 1) I was cheated in the options package. I opted in for a smart home package which included among other things a smart garage door opener. This item along with the smart door lock were the only items which warranted the price quoted. I later learnt from neighbors that the smart garage door opener was standard and was installed even if we don't opt for the smart home package. I was never given an answer and no response was given as I found this late in the game just a couple of weeks before closing. Please do your due diligence - talk to neighbors before believing Pulte. 2) Since the day I've moved in I noticed that there was water that was continuously draining from my water meter into the drain in the streets. I made multiple calls to the builder. Though he came in to check on it a couple of times, he was unable to fix it and told me that it was a "mystery" to him. When I wanted to escalate as so much water was wasted and I had to pay the water bill - he lied to me saying the city had emailed him saying Pulte had to pay the bills until the issue was fixed. It's been > 50 days since I closed and the water still keeps flowing into the drain 24*7 with no end in sight. I would've never bought a home from them had i known this was the kind of service I'd expect ... More
