this is the worst builder I ever bought from!!! The ac doesn't keep the home cool, all bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the laundry room and livingroom was 80+ degrees AT NIGHT WITH THE AC SET TO 70!!! this is worse when you factor in the outside temp at night is hovering only around 70 degrees every night!!! pulte sent some guy out who is horrible at his job and all he did was blamed us from the start and said we are lying despite me showing him the proof which includes photos and videos of temperature readings!!! the ac issue was a problem on day 1 since we moved in March 27th 2025 and is ...

Dishonest and poor quality

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have been dishonest and difficult throughout the entire process. We’ve had several issues arising from overall poor workmanship and negligence on part of their subcontractors which they refuse to take responsibility for. They nickel and dimed us for several upgrades, but bait and switched us and subbed out for things that were cheaper than what we had paid for. They have been dishonest and the quality of their homes cannot be justified by their price. I would not recommend at all.

The lack of quality control and the incompetence of Pulte homes contractors is beyond frustrating. Ten drywall holes were left to fix various issues ( water pipes , cabinets and more) after closing, and the response time for repairs is horrendous. Multiple follow-ups are required just to get anyone to show up. The shower floors have air pockets in them, causing them to break—this has already happened three times in last couple of months. Construction was of poor quality. They don't have accountability on any issues. They don't build consistent homes. Similar model homes have differences in the structures. Felt like waste of money buying from Pulte Homes.

I was promised by Dana that Pulte wanted my home perfect that’s why it took so long to finish. Let me tell you my house is far from perfect! On my final walk through with Brian and Dustin I, my son and granddaughter pointed out all the flaws and marked them with painters tape. They took no notes and kept nodding at the mistakes. Very cheap building quality, quick fix repairs, and a company that prides themselves on quality. Their advertised quality and the Pulte care experience was false. They care about covering up their mistakes quickly and quietly, they care about not taking accountability for major defects, and they also don’t care about using the homeowners time to conduct shotty repairs.

The building process was so stressful that I felt overlooked. I received no replies to my emails and had to follow up on every detail. Even after moving in, I'm still waiting for a response to the issues I've raised. The quality of the build is poor, and I've encountered nothing but lies. Pulte only seemed interested until the contract was signed. They're not a responsible builder. I cannot and will not recommend Pulte to anyone.

My experience has not been pleasant at all due to faulty plumbing in the wall of my master bathroom which created mold growth after leaking for an estimated 30 days before noticing. Zero stars. 1) My wife's foot was injured due to Pulte's poor workmanship and intentional neglect of a known safety hazard. They still deny it now. 2) They laid down straw and seed despite knowing that temperatures would drop below 32F, completely ignoring common sense. 3) There is water leakage and a strange cracking sound behind the wall, which Pulte insists is normal. 4) I have tons of other issues I could go on and on about.

I would highly recommend not to buy with Pulte homes They use cheap quality materials and worst behavioral construction team. Once you close the home then you will be screwed up. Don’t trust sales and construction team words at any stage until you satisfy DON’T close the home.

While I like the home overall, the quality that Pulte keeps telling you about does not exist. Over 30 days post close and our punch list still has not been addressed. The end product is not satisfactory and we still have multiple issues with the home. The bandaids are already falling off. The cabinets are cheap. The only upgrades I would recommend are foundational with extended rooms otherwise I would recommend minimal upgrades and do it yourself post close. Worst Experience with the quality of work

1) The quality of the work is really worst The garage floor is full of cracks while handing over The back yard is having only uneven stones which renders the backyard to unusable until we spend more money on it. The counter top was provided without polishing The quality of the carpet work was worst and there are of places where the carpet is not even covered over the concrete floor There are cracks on the floor in front of the garage and the construction manager is simply ignoring them when raised to fix it.

Very Poor Quality. They don't take ownership, and there is no quality check. They just want to close the house ASAP. Once you close the house, they will just make some lame excuse in the name of "We are not a custom builder; we are a Production builder." It feels like I bought a remodeled house at the price of a New House.

Broken promises

We had high hopes. Workmanship is subpar Paid extra insulation in walls and roof which was not completed. Construction manager stated he thought we would not find out. Irrigation flooding front yard. Back wall falling down. It feels like we are living in a remodel in a brand new home. Pulte mortagage unresponsive and fees are astronomical. Pulte design center is the worst. They don’t know what included or what extra options. The price for options is ridiculous. We are heartbroken with experience, we had high hopes.
