Very bad finishing work, very irresponsible customer service managers when it comes to getting issues fixed, you call them, they give you the run around, and never get back to you. They make appointment with contractors to get issues fixed, you sit at home waiting and 95% of the time, contractors don’t show up. They managed to turn our dream house into a nightmare with they lack of respect and responsiveness to the house issues, you pretty much have to chase them, and almost beg to fix issues at the house that you paid a lot of money for, like they doing you a favor. This is the worst business of my life. the house does not have any construction quality for the price. Poorly painted, caulking missing on all walls, exposed drywall, hunched walls, none with 90 degrees, all doors scratched and poorly painted as well as door frames. The air conditioning has been damaged 5 times, the last time I was without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and they still haven't given a solution. Absolutely Substandard appliances given, since one month issues are not being addressed. Only a blame game, fire alarm is not functioning well and beeps daily full day and night. Terrible experience from start to finish. Don’t communicate, aren’t honest, and don’t really care about the customer. Bottom line focused and any cost. Would love to talk to someone about all this but they actually want to hear.

Be cautious about one sided contract. If you delay closing they charge $250 a day. If they delay closing they don’t pay you anything. Delivering a finished home before closing is never in their dictionary, to have buffer for inspection is not a possibility. Pending stuff we’re promised to be finished in a week time after closing, it is now one & half month and people are not even responding. Struggling to connect. The worst build process I’ve ever been through in my life. Too many issues to type but all it takes is one look through my history. Since I’ve been in the home (2 months), I’ve already had a ceiling leak in my master bath, electrical problems (outlets not working in all bathrooms, window still not fixed that was on closing detail, landscaping not completed. I would not and will not recommend Pulte, not even to my worst enemy.

Terrible experience with Pulte. This is my fourth new build and I understand there will be problems with the home after it's finished. The workmanship is sloppy, lack of accountability is unacceptable, and communication should have been much better. My small home of less than 1,800 sq. ft. and priced over 500K, and it looks more like a $250K home. Closets and pantry wire shelves are narrow, they could have installed the much deeper size or wood shelves. Premium homes built and sold with very low quality, workmanships. Every areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installed recalled electrical panels and refused to replace that tells the ethical issue.

All areas of the home are having issues. Knowingly installing recalled electrical panels and refusing to replace them tells the ethical issue. Doors and windows do not match and close properly. The hardware installed is not aligned and is crooked. Tiles have grout and glues that weren't cleaned properly now it is too late to clean. I do not recommend anyone paying round million dollars for the home they are building. Please vet other builders before choosing Pulti.

Facing issues on many areas. First of all the build quality is very poor and finishing is not good at all. I will explain this in detail. The issues which I have stated at walk through wasn't cleared when they handed over the keys. The main front door was tight and they replaced it but I had to wait more than a week to get that fixed. Poor Quality Home for price point

All issues were uncovered after closing. Below are areas of concern 1. Poor quality paint job despite paying for an upgrade 2. Cheap finishes in the home from faucets/shower heads (paid upgrade), carpet (paid upgrade), tile (paid upgrade), bathroom sinks (paid upgrade) are poor quality and cheap looking. Many issues with new home build, poor quality and workmanship

Roof was leaking, ever since the home was built and house had mold on the walls and under the floor right after closing. Was told by roofer that this was a common issue due to framing. Pulte is still building this elevation, so buyer beware. False promises and sweet talking before signing of contract. Lot premium is a rip off, and appraisal is only for the base price. Base price includes nothing of value. I would NOT recommend this builder, nor would I be buying a Pulte home again.

Sales agent says one thing to one person and something else to another. Working with the mortgage company was one of the worst experiences of our lives. Title and insurance companies were easy to deal with. Project managers must be over worked because nothing seems to get done in a timely manner- we moved in over a month ago and our door doesn’t lock- still waiting for someone to come and fix it- have to go back to our home in the north soon so will probably have to fix it ourselves. Initial part of Pulte buying and building process goes smoothly, but once you get closer to closing it turns negative. They communicate like you are their priority, but all they care about is closing and getting your money. Once the closing date is set they don't charge it, even if they are behind. I've never seen so many corners being cut to save a few bucks and increase corporate profits. e.g. Commode door is an option. Build quality is the worst I have ever seen. Cracks, nail holes, unfinished surfaces are just a few examples. Main I sues are huge gaps in windows outside. Who does this? I've dealt with Lennar as well, and I was amazed how bad Pulte quality is.
